I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The check in process was smooth, and the staff provided excellent service very attentive and professional. During my stay, I enjoyed breakfast at the hotel restaurant. While the food was good, I felt that some staff could improve on friendliness and engagement. a simple smile or more genuine presence can go a long way in making guests feel welcome, no matter where they come from. That said, I truly appreciate the efforts of the hotel team and would recommend this hotel for its comfort, service, and overall quality. a little extra warmth in the restaurant would make the experience even better I also felt a bit sad that I couldn’t use the swimming pool due to the rain in next day, as I was really looking forward to relaxing there but thanks overall good experience,.

However, what truly sets this hotel apart — and what makes us eager to return — is the phenomenal team at the Club Lounge. I want to emphasize this clearly: the Club Lounge staff is simply outstanding. Their level of professionalism, warmth, and genuine care is something you rarely encounter, even in the world’s finest hotels. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed not as guests, but as valued friends. The team anticipated our needs before we even expressed them. Every interaction was graceful, attentive, and deeply personalized. They remembered our preferences, engaged naturally with our children, and ensured that every visit to the lounge felt special. The service during breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening canapés was flawless — elegant yet warm, refined yet relaxed. It is not just about efficiency — it is about heart. I loved the hotel and the club lounge. The friendly staff, Kate, Indira, and Jacob, made our stay especially enjoyable. Our glasses were always full. The cocktails were excellent! The rooms had a beautiful view, and the pool was incredible.

I arrived at the hotel at night and the reception was exceptional, very helpful and caring. The hotel is very clean and gives warmth and coziness. The rooms are large, a huge and luxurious bed, it feels like sleeping on a cloud. A well-equipped shower with huge and cozy towels. Room service is available at any time and is welcoming. Excellent breakfast with a very rich buffet and very gentle waiters.

We spent a perfect week with our family. What we appreciated most: location (direct access to the Mall), the facilities in the hotel ( swimming pools, Gym, Spa, breakfast, exclusive lounge), the people for sure who treated us with care. We stayed for a week at Kempinski Boulevard. It was our 2nd visit to the property and we loved it. The room was amazing and the housekeeping staff was very helpful . The extra bed had some technical issue and they immediately replaced it. Ahmad served is at breakfast and was very attentive to our needs. So was Igor at the Executive lounge. He made is very comfortable and would keep checking in on us. We can’t think of staying at any other property on down town dubai.

It is really the worest in room dining I've ever seen in my life ..all hotels take 30 - 40 min ( and this is what they used to repeat it in this hotel) but it takes 50 - 60 min because I keep calling them looking for my breakfast. I don't advise you to take i n room dining if you have any other plans.

You used the Club Lounge during our four night stay and couldn’t fault it. The quality of service was of the highest standard , the staff couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable. There was a wide variety of food on offer and the atmosphere was relaxed. After the hustle and bustle of the mall the hotel is an oasis of white and crystal calm.

Everything was top-class, especially the cleanliness and comfort of the room. A big thank you to Deshika, the room attendant, for her great work. She was very kind and always did her job with a smile. This hotel truly makes guests feel valued.

Outstanding hotel steps away from the Dubai Mall with its own over street bridge to the mall. The Kempinski brand never disappoints but this particular one is a cut above. The rooms are fantastic ( we had the executive suite) the service is impeccable and management is most responsive ( namely Amina, Ari and Hassan). The hotel has a fantastic pool with Burj Khalifa view. The club lounge is one of the best I’ve seen. The in-house restaurant has a fantastic vibe. The restaurant manager Hassan made sure we were enjoying our experience. He was most gracious and personally followed up on every request even some that had to do with our stay at the hotel; not just the restaurant. We were truly overwhelmed by kindness by everyone. We will be back in March and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else other than the Kempinski the boulevard.

We checked in on 14 Jan 26 (619) for three nights stay. I wasn’t feeling well suffered Asthma Attack and tried to shorten my stay, reached out to booking.com who told me to inform the hotel and they can support without cancellation fee. They were not very supportive and I ended up staying the 3 nights. They remembered our anniversary which was a nice touch with the cake and rose petals. I would like to commend Mr. Meky from the Food & Beverage team for his exceptional hospitality. From the moment we arrived, he was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring a great dining experience. His professionalism, friendly attitude, and attention to detail truly stood out. Mr. Meky went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable, and his service added real value to our visit. My stay was excellent and truly one of the best experiences. The hotel location is perfect, with direct connectivity to Dubai Mall via a flyover, which makes it extremely convenient. The staff were very helpful and professional, and the concierge team was outstanding. Special thanks to Mr. Bijay, Mr. Jerome, and Mr. Yasir, they helped a lot with all my queries and provided very informative guidance throughout my stay. The check-in process was smooth and fast, which I really appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dubai.

Spacious accommodation with stunning views, welcoming and attentive staff, and perfect location near Downtown Dubai's attractions, with an immediate access to dubai mall through a covered extension bridge. This was our Third stay at this hotel. Hotel is connected to Dubai Mall, excellent staff, clean hotel, excellent breakfast. Only puzzle, on the way back from Dubai Mall to the hotel, was finding the small door that connects the Mall to the hotel. No sign, no color .... nothing at all.!! Thanks to all Housekeeping and restaurant staffs including Syed Ali from Housekeeping and Hanna who works at the restaurant.

We had an amazing night at La Librairie Lounge, definitely my favorite spot in Dubai. The place has cool vibes, perfect for having some drinks, and of course a great view to the Burj khalifa. The music and decoration make the place look so elegant and sophisticated. This is the perfect place to come with friends or in couples, you will enjoy so much.

We spent two nights at Kempinski The Boulevard after our stay at Raffles The Palm, hoping to enjoy the vibrant downtown location close to the Burj Khalifa. The hotel indeed offers a fantastic view of the Burj Khalifa from its pool area, and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and the pool with that stunning backdrop. However, our room experience didn’t quite meet our expectations. As a Titanium Discovery member, we were disappointed that booking through Trip.com led to a room facing the main road, resulting in significant noise from traffic. Additionally, the room amenities were insufficient for two guests, with only one teacup and one chair on the balcony, making it uncomfortable to relax together outside. The room temperature was also challenging to control, and it remained extremely cold despite adjustments, making for an uncomfortable night. The pillows were too soft and didn’t provide adequate support, which further impacted our comfort. Overall, while Kempinski The Boulevard has a great location and wonderful dining options, the room experience didn’t reflect the five-star standard we expected. In conclusion, while we appreciated the location and amenities like the pool and breakfast, we might not choose Kempinski The Boulevard again in the future.

The hotel itself is magnificent. The facilities, furniture, location, cleanliness of the rooms, everything exceeds expectations of the Kempinski brand. The views from the rooms are absolutely fantastic. Burj Khalifa is just a few minutes away, as is Dubai Mall. On a positive note, I would recommend booking "City view" rooms. The hotel offers them as a cheaper alternative to the "Downtown view," but the view of the city and the sea is definitely more interesting than the view of the Burj Khalifa, which is only a few dozen meters from the hotel windows. The biggest problem with Kempinski The Boulevard Dubai is its staff. Most people do not understand English very well, their Indo-English is so incomprehensible that it is impossible to communicate with them on the phone, for example. One example of their incompetence - I tried to order something through room service, but in the end I had to go to the reception in person because I couldn't understand the person on the phone at all. Another example: the bar staff didn't know what a gintonic is. When we explained that we wanted to mix gin with tonic, they brought us gin alone after 10 minutes. One more example: when we were leaving, we ordered a taxi from a specific employee in front of the main entrance, and after waiting for about 15 minutes (with our luggage), the same employee!!! told us that he hadn't ordered a taxi, and he can do it if we wish so!!! I am a member of the Kempinski Discovery (their loyalty club), and this was not our first stay at a Kempinski hotel. But in terms of staff quality, it was definitely the worst. I definitely expect much more from a 5-star hotel.

Overall very happy with another exceptional Kempinski property. Obviously the location and connection to the Dubai mall is fantastic. I think Kempinski does this extremely well (usually staying at Kempinski in Bangkok which is also attached to the mall there) and this concept makes it extremely unique in terms of ease of access. After a long day at the mall the last thing you want to do it try to find an uber or taxi which on weekends is extremely difficult to do. Hotel reception staff is amazing, we had a gentlemen by the name of Prashant taking such great care of us, this made the our feel extremely special because we did not feel like any other guests rather like welcomed back in our home. It was wonderful to feel home away from home.

I want share a weird experience with the reception desk regarding valet parking and service, i visited my friend and i give my car to the valet as usual Next day i went to the reception desk to pay the valet charge and i surprised that they increased the price to 500aed which was 50aed for overnight and i paid that amount from two months ago, the problem is no one informed me that when i give the car to the valet, and when the valet guy try to help he ask for the receptionist girl ( Amina ) that was the name i remember correctly and she went so unprofessional with weird smile saying that ( no we never had any amount of 50 dirhams in our valet service and another girl working there she was saying the same, of course i was shocked because its not my first time to visit my friend who is residence and owner there not a hotel guest and she gives really bad attitude during the conversation, and without asking any manager she decided to give discount for the valet from 500 dirhams to 300, I paid in cash of course cause was late for work But the thing is she didn’t give any receipt and she was insisting that the valet fees was never 50 dirhams, and when i went out to drive my car i asked the valet guy and he said ( yes sir you right it was 50 dirhams from 2 or 3 months ago before they increased the price) hopefully you investigate about this because it was surprise and unprofessional employee behavior for such chain as Kempinski group

Spent my birthday at the brunch here and the food was amazing. As was the service. Excellent. Ahmed looked after us and was very good. All the food was very and to an excellent standard but it was the deserts that stood out for me. Amazing. The strawberry and cream dish was the absolute best. Loved it.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Reception staff was warm, pleasant, and helpful. She gave us good information about the hotel facilities, restaurants, etc. Our check-in/out was easy and hassle-free. The hotel lobby is spacious, nicely decorated, and had ample seating. Our room was clean and well maintained. The balcony had an awesome view of the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room came with all amenities. The Wifi connection throughout the property was very good. Hotel staff were friendly and ready to assist. A pedestrian walkway connects the hotel to the Dubai Mall. It is about a 20-minute drive from the airport. This is a great place to stay in Dubai.

Hotel, and their staff are very good. Breakfast was very good. Rooms are spacious and direct access to Dubai mall. For a business trip, its a great hotel. Possibly for a young couple, its also a great hotel. However if you are travelling with kids, or if shopping does not interest you, then, there are other great hotels which I personally prefer. But, we each have different taste and needs.

stayed at Kempinski The Boulevard Dubai from August 16th to August 22nd, and my experience was extremely disappointing – far below what one would expect from a 5-star hotel. I had specifically booked this hotel for one week, paying extra for breakfast every day to make things easier for my wife, who is pregnant, and our young child. Unfortunately, what was meant to be a relaxing stay turned into a stressful and frustrating experience. On the very first morning, my wife and child went for breakfast around 10:30 AM. They waited more than an hour for a simple order of eggs, while staff repeatedly brushed them off with “just a moment.” Meanwhile, another family who arrived later was served quickly. To make matters worse, when the order was finally ready, it was handed to the wrong table – to a group who hadn’t even ordered it, and they accepted it. My wife, pregnant and exhausted, with a crying toddler, left the restaurant without eating and had to go to Dubai Mall to buy a croissant just to feed herself and our child. This is completely unacceptable, especially after paying for breakfast. After I raised a complaint, the hotel’s management promised to send breakfast to our room daily instead. While this was better, the service remained unreliable. On the last day of my stay, August 22nd, I placed my breakfast order around 10 AM with clear instructions – especially stressing that the eggs must be well-done, as my wife is pregnant and cannot eat raw or undercooked food. Despite this, the food arrived 45 minutes late and completely wrong: raw eggs, missing dishes, and nothing as requested. After another complaint, we were told it would be corrected, but by then we had already wasted most of the morning and had to leave the hotel to eat elsewhere. That means two fully paid breakfasts were wasted. To make matters worse, when I went to check out, I wanted to discuss these issues directly with the hotel manager. Instead of addressing me, she deliberately avoided me – stepping away and hiding when she saw me. The front desk staff claimed she was “busy with another guest,” but it was clear she had no intention of speaking to me. This behavior showed zero accountability or respect for guests. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Poor service, repeated mistakes, wasted time, and an unprofessional management team that avoids responsibility. For a property that markets itself as a luxury 5-star hotel, the reality is far from it. I left the hotel frustrated, disappointed, and feeling completely disregarded as a guest. I will never return to this hotel, and I strongly advise others to think twice before booking. For the price charged, the service and treatment here are absolutely unacceptable.

Had exceptional experience and service day in and day out. Really impeccable assistance by Ahmed and the crew. Totally make you feel at home and nothing is too much for these guys. Highly recommend. Life changing stay literally. You won’t want to stay anywhere else after visiting here.

We had an overall great stay at this hotel — the rooms, facilities, and atmosphere were excellent. However, our experience was overshadowed by a very unpleasant interaction my wife and daughter had with one of the hotel representatives at the restaurant regarding breakfast. The matter was handled in a surprisingly unprofessional way, which left us disappointed. We escalated the issue to hotel management, who listened and acknowledged our concern, but unfortunately, no clear resolution or follow-up was provided beyond a sympathetic response. While the property itself is wonderful, the way this incident was managed did not meet the level of service we expected.

This was our second stay in a suite with access to the Club Lounge. The hotel is perfectly located in downtown Dubai with direct access to the Dubai Mall and many rooms overlook the Burj Khalifa. The service is exceptional and the hotel facilities are very good. The Club Lounge is one of the best we've experienced and both Jacob and Prabesh deserve high praise for their dedication to the guest experience - always professional and friendly with a desire to ensure your expectations are met. The food in the Club Lounge was very good, particulalry the desserts. Hope to stay again.

The hotel is a tunnel away from Dubai mall the shopping heaven. This is my second stay here and I’ll always check the availability before booking a trip to Dubai

Luxury rooms.. excellent location near by Dubai Mall.. After a long week you can treat yourself to this hotel .. I have tried breakfast in my room, and in the restaurant of the hotel where you can see Burj Khalifa and enjoy your breakfast and the few of the restaurant. The room is big and luxurious..the view of the road or Burj Lhakifa are both fantastic. There is a bridge connect between Dubai Mall and the hotel. Thank you, Prashant, for your care and services.. Thanks for all the receptionist staff ..they are friendly and kind to all customers.

Room very comfortable and staff are very friendly, only the noise of construction was annoying but staff already inform us the timing of work start and finish apart from this every thing was excellent.

It has been a downgrade for this hotel starting last year. Lack of staff, plumbing leakages during this and my previous stay. Empty minibar, no cutleries, cooking utensils. Property wasn’t well maintained. It looks like the management is trying to cut operating cost. Previous ipad system have been removed. In room dining selection have been reduced. Disappointing to see the downfall of one of the best hotel and service in Dubai. Even with a high price during low season, the quality isn’t justified.

absolutely loved the atmosphere at La Librarie! The restaurant feels like a mix between a boutique café and a library — calm, stylish, and very relaxing. The food was delicious, especially the desserts, and the staff were super kind and professional. Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys a quiet, elegant dining experience.

Everything was good except for a strong, unpleasant smell coming from the air conditioning. Since it’s impossible to stay in the room without using the AC, you’re forced to endure the smell, which led to headaches and poor sleep. After reporting the issue to the staff, their solution was to add a “pleasant” scent to the room—presumably to mask the AC smell. Unfortunately, this just resulted in two strong competing odours, which only made the headache worse.

From the moment we arrived, the experience at Kempinski was nothing short of exceptional. The check-in process was smooth, and we were warmly welcomed by Ms. Heba, who noticed it was my daughter’s birthday. She went above and beyond to surprise us with a beautiful and heartwarming gesture. It’s a memory we will always cherish, and a true example of personalized hospitality. The entire staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or restaurant team, everyone seemed genuinely dedicated to making our stay comfortable and special. What sets Kempinski apart from other luxury hotels, in my opinion, is not just the elegance of its design or the premium amenities, but the genuine warmth of its people. The variety of breakfast items was limited — it could have been better. The selection of cooked vegetables was very limited. There weren’t even potatoes available every day, in any form. And if there were potatoes one day, then there were no mushrooms that day.

Our stay at the hotel was overall a great experience. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were welcoming and professional—especially Kavishan, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. A special thank you to him for the warm hospitality and for helping us with our rooms as part of my GHA membership. It truly made a difference. The suites were spacious, with beautiful views, and well-suited for a family trip. The hotel’s location is excellent, and the amenities and service were consistently high-quality. If I had to offer one small remark, it would be regarding one of the suites, which had a strong smell of cigarettes. Since my niece has asthma, we had to switch the suites (considering I reserved two) to ensure her comfort. The hotel staff responded promptly by placing a scented air refresher in the room, though it didn’t completely resolve the issue. I mention this only in the interest of maintaining the hotel’s high standards, especially for guests with health sensitivities. Additionally, while the hotel is well-suited and great for families during the day, I would gently note that the atmosphere in the lobby late at night may not align with the expectations of all guests, particularly those traveling with children. This may be related to the presence of a nearby lounge on the third floor. It wasn’t a major issue, but something for family travelers—especially from the GCC—to be aware of. That said, the overall experience was excellent, and I would certainly recommend the hotel for its service, location, and attention to guest needs. We look forward to returning.
