Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Great breakfast buffet. Staff was wonderful and helpful and this was right by the long-distance bus location so it was perfect from Sapporo. Umbrellas free to borrow and nice baths.
Room a little small for 4 with luggage. Room also smelled a bit musty.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026雖然是有歷史感的旅館，但是維護的非常乾淨整潔，塌塌米上的床墊跟棉被都非常舒適，棉被是溫暖羽絨被，房間內也提供咖啡機，無敵湖景第一排，晚上的煙火會從房間窗戶正前方開始。 房價一泊二食，非常方便，餐點也好吃，對面還有超商，即使需要補購宵夜也方便👍👍

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026酒店虽然有点岁月，可是酒店四周和房间都很干净。去了几间酒店，只有这一间主动为我们拿行李，所有的员工都很热情。最满意的是可以租私人热汤不用去公共澡堂泡澡。 晚餐和早餐真的十分好吃，尤其是晚餐真的惊艳我们了。
多准备自行车给住客租用。

מלון ישן ישן מאוד ריח קשה בתוך החדר כל המתקנים מיושנים מאוד מגבות דהיות ומיושנות כאילו שנות ה70 והמלון עצר מלכת הבחורה בקבלה דקלמה את המסר שהיה לה להעביר בצורה אוטומטית לא אישית בכלל

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Supreb location right on the lake front with a front row view for the evening fireworks. It is a Japanese hotel so beds on the floor, in fact everything on the floor. Bathroom the size of those you get on a cross channel ferry ! If you want to experience this as I did, enjoy but be prepared. Great breakfast, with huge range of western and Japanese food on offer.
Staff were not very helpful I asked if the restaurant was open, reply - yes but full. Even for residents ? Yes full. Its a huge restaurant and I suspect they just could not be bothered ! It did not spoil our trip as we fould an excellent restaurant not far from the hotel, perhaps a blessing in disguise.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026地理位置非常好, 外面就有便利商店及伴手禮購物店, 面湖房間晚上方便看煙火, 早上寧靜湖面也非常美麗。泡湯空間及設備規劃算不錯, 讓人可以徹底放鬆一下。
四人房空間非常小, 榻榻米鋪上床鋪後, 桌子及坐墊都要撤到旁邊才有空間行走, 所以要打開行李箱相當困難。

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026窗景美，直接看到湖景，房間空間大，公共泡湯池很舒服，也附上盥洗用品，可說一應俱全。晚餐內容豐富，早餐還好。棉被很暖和，床很舒服，而且是一人一床，很好睡。
櫃檯服務人員沒有盡責說明飯店的一切措施，例如腳踏車出租、車站接送，事先在booking詢問可否到車站接？都沒有任何回應，check in 時，也沒有主動詢問送到車站，都要自己主動詢問並確認再繳費。這一點不是很ok。

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026The stay was value for money! The room, the onsen, the food was all good. Was worried that the room was going to be too cramp for 4 people, but folding the beds when not in used and shifting the furnitures to the side allowed us to accommodate luggage and seating space. The onsen was a nice experience providing 2 settings. The kaiseki dinner was delicious. We had 2 different menu for 2 nights of dinner which my family was really glad for. The view was amazing!! And the staff were all very welcoming and polite :)
More hangers would be useful. Providing boilers in the room would be useful too. They had small portable centralized boilers on the level which we could use to refill the thermos flask provided in the room. But it wasn’t enough because we kept needing the warm water.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026湖景日式床鋪房空間舒適，5人住不覺得擁擠，一泊二食，餐點都好吃。洞窟溫泉很酷，戶外湯通風很好，隱蔽性也好，整體環境清潔。飯店對面就有便利商店，飯店還有腳踏車可供租賃，也有接駁車往返JR洞爺站至飯店（需付費預約200円／人），真的很方便！這次入住，晚上還欣賞到煙火表演，太超值！

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026地點就在溫泉街上，地點非常方便，停車也有專人引導，入住時有親切的台灣小姐姐協助覺得格外親切，還貼心告知房內煙火有20分鐘，但房內只能看前10分鐘的重要資訊，但其實也夠了，前十分鐘跟後十分鐘只是施放位置不同，但依我觀察是幾呼一樣的內容，甚至上半場還比較好一點。男生大浴場有好幾池，露天、洞窟、一般浴池都有。跟家人泡得非常愉快。房內也整潔，榻榻米上鋪的睡墊很舒服，很難得的體驗。早餐以日式為主，但還是有咖啡麵包茶，選擇多元。
隔音稍微不好，但還好我投宿的當晚房客素質普遍高，並未影響任何睡眠品質，就睡前聽的到隔壁在聊天。與其說是設備老舊，倒不如說是間古色古間的飯店，還使用鑰匙開門，非常日式。打開窗戶還有紗窗，就在這之間有些微蜘蛛網，硬要說不好也就這個地方而已了。

Reviewed May 30, 2026湖景房很棒，晚上看煙火非常美麗，清晨迎接羊蹄山。對面就有便利商店及公車站，非常便利。喜歡傳統日式酒店的旅客很適合，客房有提供浴衣使用，早餐也非常棒，最棒的是飯店人員的接待服務，都非常親切有禮，來不及線上訂購回札幌高速巴士，櫃檯人員直接電話聯繫巴士站協助訂位，解決了燃眉之急。

Reviewed May 27, 2026早餐中規中矩，咖哩不錯吃，肉丸也頗優，還有提供雪印的北海道限定養樂多「カツゲン」。 晚餐可能視方案有所不同，種類豐富，儘管每樣看起來都不多，但是吃完真的是很飽。 湖畔的房間窗外就是洞爺湖，天氣好的時候可以看到遠處的羊蹄山，景色十分優美。晚上在房間就可以看到湖中施放的煙火，從 8:40 放到 9:00 左右。但是只有前半可以清楚看到，後半因為施放船開到右邊去了，會被建築物擋住。建議可以搭乘一次夜間觀賞煙火的遊湖船。 房間外走廊也有公共洗手間，多人入住不用擔心搶廁所問題。 溫泉很棒，男用露天溫泉很優秀，雪景應該會很厲害。 旅館對面就是 seicomart。
房間沒有提供電熱水壺，要自己去一樓大廳裝。不過入住時有提供冰熱水各一壺，保溫保冷效果還不錯。

Reviewed May 19, 2026If you like old hotel Showa Era vibes, then go for this hotel. It feels like time stood still in this hotel - old furniture, flooring, arcade machine and darker alley ways. Amazing view of the Lake from our room. Breakfast buffet was basic and decent. Hotels along the lake tend to be expensive and this was one of the more affordable ones.
My travel companions preferred a more modern looking hotel!

Not a friendly hotel, and it is VERY OLD and you get yell at if you speak English apparently. Didn't even bother to use the onsen although we still got charged for the osen tax. The breakfast is really not impressive to be honest....
