Beau cadre. Superbe piscine bien entretenue. Chambre spacieuse et beaucoup de bois.

Nice gardens and pool area. Room was traditional and spacious. 3 minutes by moto to the seafront.

Not really a criticism but the bungalows are not sound proof. We had to listen to our neighbors rave music at different times and was also woken up at 5.30am by kids shouting and screaming while they played in the pool. Not amused.

Beautiful garden with a nice swimming pool. Room was very spacious, everything fonctionnal. Staff was very kind and very helpful. The location of the resort is perfect.

There were only few customers and the breakfast was served at the table. I understand that the restaurant could not realistically have a buffet type of breakfast and the choice was limited.

We thoroughly enjoyed our break there for 10 nights. The bungalows were superb. The food was great. The staff are lovely and the pool was perfect. We were the only guests for a few days and they made it feel very special. There are a couple of restaurants around that we tried. We especially liked The Wave restaurant.

If you’re looking for a lively time, there’s not a lot around the area But it’s perfect for a relaxing break

The hotel was excellent, very larg and nice room, very good location, amazing nice pool.

Breakfast was limited. The huge bathroom needs some minor renovation.

Seul défaut: petit déjeuner était inclus mais ils demandent un voucher: petit bout de papier à présenter au petit déjeuner… mais que personne ne nous a donné ! Nous n’étions pas les seuls dans ce cas ! Dommage

L’emplacement, la chambre très grande

Personnel ne parlant pas ou très mal l’anglais, difficile à communiquer et se faire comprendre…peu de sourires pu même bonjour, très peu de contact avec les clients….service extrêmement lent. La machine à café au petit dej ne fonctionne pas, l’expresso (plutôt un mini ristretto) arrive après 15 minutes (et est facturé!) ….

Very nice and big room in a fantastic garden. The swimming pool os amazing. The staff is very helpful, especially at reception. 2 minutes walk to crab market end restaurants

Durch den Kolonialstil ein wenig altbacken.

Top hotel, 2 nachten verbleven. Wel erg duur vergeleken met de andere 5 sterren hotels waarin wij hebben verbleven in Cambodja.

De laundry service. Onze witte was werd klaarblijkelijk niet gescheiden gewassen waardoor ons witgoed nu allemaal gevlekt grijs is geworden. Beetje jammer toch voor die prijs…

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, es war Mega ausgestattet, es war sehr großräumig, es war jeden Tag ein leckerer Obstteller da, es war genügend Wasser vorhanden, es waren genügend Handtücher vorhanden. Der Pool und die Anlage waren Mega schön. Wir waren mit einem weiteren Pärchen die einzigen Gäste.

Beim Frühstück ist ganz viel Luft nach oben. Man kann sich gleich zusammengestellte frühstücke aussuchen. Die nicht immer den Erwartungen entspricht. Den Kaffee konnte man nicht trinken. Der im Zimmer in den Tüten war besser.

Très grandes chambres, très confortables, dans un lieu calme et arboré, remarquablement entretenu. Superbe piscine où l'on peut aussi boire de très bons cocktails. Personnel très gentil et prévenant. Nous conseillons de réserver une chambre du côté opposé à la route (ce qui était notre cas). Un établissement de grande qualité. Un petit cadeau au moment du départ.

Vraiment rien. Peut-être une partie du personnel pourrait-elle mieux parler anglais, mais ce n'est vraiment pas grave, car avec des sourires, on finit toujours par se comprendre. Une des deux chambres que nous avions aurait pu être mieux éclairée (lampes de chevet dans une chambre, et pas l'autre, utile pour lire au lit), mais là aussi rien de grave.

We enjoyed our stay at Try Palace. Our room was very large, nice and clean. The food at the hotel was good. Choice of 3 options for breakfast. Pool was lovely! All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Beds were a bit firm for our liking.

Good place in a perfect location for a short visit to Kep. Beautiful garden, large swimming pool, big rooms.

This hotel was superb, the rooms were enormous, the service was great and the staff were really friendly. The pool was stunning. It's about 2 minutes walk from the crab market, which is lively and fun and the restaurants of kep. If you get the chance take a tuktuk up to Led Zeps for the sunset, it's magical.

The wooden bungalows were extremely spacious with extraordinarily high ceilings. All wood furniture and interior was well done. Bathroom was well appointed and included an attached soaking pool. Located steps from the Kep Crab Market. Email enquiry requesting early check in was answered within minutes and the room was ready upon our arrival with a nice plate of fresh fruit.

Breakfast was fine (good croissants!) but nothing spectacular. The gym equipment was dated and the treadmill is on its last legs.

We had an excellent stay around New Years eve, 1 minute walk from the crab market. Nice stopover for those like us travelling from Sihanoukville to Vietnamese border. The hotel was also helpful in trying to find back our lost phone.

Everything, the room, the staff and the food ! The pool was very nice as well !

Staff and facilities

As we were the only people there the breakfast was limited, and the evening meal was only offered pool side the one meal we had was not good so we didn’t eat there again. On the final night there was a large party and we were unable to enjoy the facilities.

Rooms are Huge. Clean with several beds.

The pool area is luxurious. Staff are very helpful. The room abd bathroom was huge. We liked the traditional wooden furniture. Fresh fruit each day was a nice touch.

These things were minor. Most staff speak very basic English which will likely improve as more tourists come back to Kep. The coffee served at breakfast was really chicory drink - this should be labelled as such.

The resort is lovely and staff very helpful. This is my third stay and I will be booking again when I return in 2024.

Very beautiful rooms with massive wood. Huge and nice swimming pool, with excellent pool resto and bar. Friendly staff.

Unique property of about 16 bungalows, extensive and beautiful hand-carved woodwork throughout the room and resort. Walking distance to the crab market.

There were a couple small details that didn’t ruin the trip but were a bit surprising. The bed was quite stiff, the plunge pool in our bungalow couldnt really be filled (the water was slow to come out and the drain, even when closed, still let water through), and the safe in the room did not work. We were there for only a brief visit and didn’t report these to the hotel as they weren’t big issues for us, but might be for others. This was our first time in Kep so we have nothing to compare to, and our overall experience was good.

Amazing resort! Huge rooms, great swimming pool, very good facilities and restaurant. Nice staff. Located next to Crab Market, which is a must see place.
