Once you step outside the hotel, the smell from the wet market hits. They need to upgrade facilities, equipment. Really needs renovation.

The breakfast is different every day and was very tasty. The suite was large and the beds were very comfortable. Housing keeping was great and sorted out travel cots for the children. The location although odd at the beginning is very good, especially the shopping mall and nearby shops.

I feel like this isn't a 5 star hotel for sure. The lift's barely worked and for a day they didn't work and had to use the staff one. For a 5 star the room was just okay, I would expect better. When heading to the breakfast, there wasn't anyone to greet us and felt like we were distrubing the staff eating their breakfast but turns out it was some sort of meeting/conventation at the hotel.

The room was clean and well kept, I liked the fact that you can walk to the mall Bangkapi.

The breakfast in the morning is extremely disappointing, I would not recommend including it into your payment for the room, the area where the hotel is located was not the cleanest although convenient.

It was so convenient as it’s near to the bangkapi mall and it has the connected bridge to access.

The location is one hour from the city

The overall looks can seem quite exclusive, but overall the hotel feels run down. From the eerie hallways, to the smell of the hotel. This place has a lot of potential if they touch up the hotel a bit. About 10 min walk to a nice mall

The room was 3 huge rooms with double bathrooms Price was excellent! Great for families! With that being said it was on the 17th floor which I personally don’t like being that high up and room needs updating painting- trim is scuffed. Only there for one night and it suited our needs.

I liked room, staff and lactation. Its specially good for happy time for couple. No disturb by anyone, internet was good too

The location is hard to find, it may be helpful to get a sign outside leading you to the entrance inside the mall.

Hotellet ligger lidt spøjst midt inde i et shoppingcenter. Samtidig ligger hotellet lige ved siden af et market som lugter fordærdeligt. Værelserne er store og fine, samt er morgenmaden helt okay.

This hotel is ideal for families or for any other type of travel. We stay 7 nights in january 2025. Of course, we made deep search before coming to Bangkok. Because there were not enough comments in tripadvisor. 1.Hotel met our expectations. Family room is big and comfortable. 2 rooms 2 bathroom 1 big saloon. We feel like re home. 2. Cleaner on 9th floor do her job like a bee. Rooms are very clean. 3. All hotel staff are very polite and do their best to help you. 4. Restaurant on the 6th floor are very clean. Chief and staff always very polite and do their best for your breakfast. We asked omlette and chief cooked very delicious omlette. It is mainly for asean kitchen. But u can find basic international food. 5. There are lotus and bangkapi shopping mall in 5 minutes walking distance. You can find mc donalds kfc etc. 6. Hotel is next to sky train connects you anywhere in bangkok 7. Taxi to airports or historic areas are 300-400 baht. We used grap always. Taxi come in max 5 minutes. 8. There is a night market next to hotel. 1 kg mango: 30-40 baht. Fresh and cheap tropical fruits. 9. Please make early booking from web site that we did. You can save money and spend this for other things 10. Perfect holiday. We will come again for sure.

Showed no photos of the outside now i know why, the rooms are really dark litlle to no light, unstable wifi, terrible location taci found it really hard to find. Will never go back not the cleaniest place either.

Decent location at the edge of the city. Amenities are basic. No microwave tho. Room was clean, hotel was no-frills, none of the extras that most folks dont use anyway (like gym, swimming pool, spa, etc.) Area around the hotel is a wet market, with even street sellers selling raw meat. Caught us by surprise. That said there's an overhead walkway below a nearby flyover that lets you avoid all the smell. You can use it to go to the nearby big Malls that have better shops and food. The mall the hotel is located in kinda smells because of the wet market and doesnt have much going for it except maybe a Big-C minimart and the Amazon Cafe. Dont recommend hanging around inside; the pickup point is next to the lobby and is convenient for Grab. Room service staff mostly know basic English. Place tends to see Chinese tour groups coming and going. Given all the points above it makes sense. Overall a decent enough and value-for-money place to stay if you are mostly using it as a place to rest during your trip to BKK.

the staff was nice and helpful. some of the hotel policies were strange. the rooms were supposed to be closed but there was a hole from bathroom to outside that couldnt be closed so it was difficult for the air conditioner to remove the humidity from the room. cleaning staff was good. furnishings were outdated and the place could use a coat of paint. outside it smelled terrible. not the hotels fault but the wet market was smelly and scary to me.

Very spacious, near lotuss, alot of shops just infront of the property, near suvarnabhumi airport.

Many china tourist, one of them tried to open our room door and even try to push the door open despite us trying to close it back. Dosent really feel safe as other tourist were super noisy, walking around in their underwear and putting garbage outside of the rooms. Very inaccessible to the city area, train station is very far and takes more than an hour to reach the green line.

The staffs are extremely warm-hearted and helpful all the time. When I get trouble in calling taxi or suggestion on travel tips, they are all nicely and patient to help me through. The location is convint, by 5minutes walk can reach the biggest shopping mall in bangkapi, and lotus and markros are nearby

The entrance is on an overcrowded street and the street is narrow. Food vendors are busy in the small street 24 hours a day. The traffic is always busy.

Hotel is super convenient to street markets and shopping at the Mall Bangkapi. The breakfast buffet is presented as both American and Thai, on the American side it's not much, barely warm hard yolk fried eggs, (no salt or pepper for the eggs), chicken sausage which is really bland, corn flakes as your cereal option. Some of the Thai food is okay. We stayed in the suite, which was pretty nice. There was problem with the reservation being on the wrong days due to a glitch on the hotel com website, Pantip refused to adjust my days so I had to pay for a 4th night which is pretty crappy of them, it didn't cost them anything to change my dates to one day earlier. Lots of traffic around the hotel, outside is really busy but once you are inside it's pretty quiet.

+Spacious room +Cleanliness: Housekeeping was good in maintaining its cleanliness during the stay. +Functional location if you need to be in the Bang Kapi area: The area is pretty far from the city centre so if you stay here, you must have a specific purpose. Close to the Lotus supermarket and the big mall The Mall Lifestore Bang Kapi.

-Poor breakfast: My room rate included breakfast but the buffet selection was extremely limited and the quality was poor. The western selection consisted of one type of sliced white bread, one type of plain cornflakes, some cucumbers, tomatoes, shredded carrots and cut peppers that passed off for a salad station. The Asian selection was mostly carbs like rice, fried noodles, congee and cold fried eggs. Even when the staff just brought out a tray of eggs, the eggs were cold. It felt like breakfast was made with no heart and provided only to fulfil obligations to big tour groups staying at the hotel. -Wear and tear: While the room was clean and had a nice design, it felt like the furniture needed a fresh coat of paint or some upkeep as there were obvious signs of age or paint chips. -Vicinity of the hotel can feel chaotic and congested at times: You may be walking shoulder to shoulder with other pedestrians or perilously close to vehicles. This can cause walking time to be longer than what it shows on the map.

the lift not working properly, shaky and need to repress the floor button every time it stops if not will auto going down to level 1. midnight 2am we have stranger trying to open room door, very scary. called reception and the reply is receptionist give the wrong room number to housekeeper for checked out room. it is not acceptable, very terriable experience.

Rooms are dirty, and not cleaned very well. We had to call to get our bed sheets changed because they were dirty. Cheap yes, but you can find better value for your money elsewhere. Breakfast is horrible, and hotel filled with impolite yelling Chinese people.

Hotel is attached to an IT mall that’s pretty quiet but has a nice coffee shop (Joe) and Thai massage choices. Adjacent to lots of food markets and close to the mall Bang Kapi. Hotel is kinda sad and dated but the ladies keep it clean. Rooms are large.
