Had a lovely welcome when we arrived and all the staff very helpful. The Claremont is in the centre of Woodhall Spa, so once we arrived we parked the car and never used again until we left! Bedroom was lovely and big and airy, comfortable beds and great shower too.

Clean and comfy rooms, friendly staff who are always ready to help, excellent location for exploring. Would highly recommend for a relaxing trip

Location perfect for us. Breakfast was excellent, cooked to order and delivered with a lovely chat and a smile.

The "bollards" for the residents car park are set too close together to manoeuvre the car out of there. The angle of the parking spots makes it difficult to get the car straight enough to get through the very narrow space. Our car was scratched by the pole.

Breakfast was excellent. Served between 7 and 9 am. A choice of cereals, traditional breakfast and plenty hot drinks, we chose the cooked breakfast which was cooked fresh and good value for money

Great location. Really comfortable large room, absolutely spotless bathroom. Easy free parking and excellent breakfast. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and really seemed to enjoy having people to stay.

The moment you walk through the door you was welcomed extremely well with a big smile and a polite manner from Rebecca (manger)that made you feel at home straight away Rebecca went through all the ins and outs of the property and even sorted us out with a extra day stay which we asked for on arrival because we was so pleased with how everything was, especially on our first visit to this property and will definitely be visiting again in the near future

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast choice was great. Rooms were well presented, clean and had all the trimmings associated with good hotel accommodation.

Room was very warm, which is a little out of the hotels control. We did have a fan but as we were on the top floor we felt the heat more. Air con would have been an advantage. Car park is very small for large vehicles. But can park on street.

Lovely building in a lovely village. Extremely friendly staff and all in all we had a great break. This the second time I have been - once for work which led to me coming back for a repeat visit. We hope to come back!!

If you remember it is a guest house and not a 24 hour a day hotel then you can’t go wrong.

Excellent location for the village - you're in it! Great for visiting all the local attractions- Tattershall, Horncastle and Lincoln. Excellent bus link if you want to visit Lincoln city- avoiding traffic and enjoying the countryside.

The host was very friendly and and the property was homely and comfortable - We enjoyed our breakfast in a lovely dinning room. Fridge available for you to store food and drink. Good parking and a small garden at the rear too.

Centrally located with the town on the doorstep. Warm welcome from staff at reception and information given about the area. Breakfast was good with efficient service and checkout straight forward. Very pleasant and sociable.

Narrow entrance to private car park so was unable to park there. Found a spot roadside but it would have been helpful to be forewarned about access. No other problem.

Most of the room was spotless. Comfortable bed and a well needed fan due to the heatwave.

The host was very warm and welcoming, and the service was thoughtful and attentive. The hotel is located in the heart of the town, with convenient transport links. The room I was given was very spacious, bright, with a good view, and it was very clean and cosy. Breakfast was generous and delicious. It is a great place for travellers to rest and resupply.

Overall, i had a wonderful stay but it would be breakfast menu could be expanded a little to include waffles and pancakes.

Great location right in the heart of the village older property so high ceilings on suite facilities in all rooms a fridge freezer and microwave for guests to use clean and tidy helpful staff just what you expect.

The Claremont is a lovely small hotel, the room was spacious and had everything needed. Rebecca who was on Reception when I arrived is very friendly and helpful, which as a lone traveller was much appreciated. The included breakfast was very good and the fact that they provide a takeaway option was a bonus.

being picky, due to the age of the building there was limited power sockets and not in the right places for charging your phone during the night.

Room was cold when we arrived, however heater worked well when turned on. Breakfast was ok but felt there was an oily smell that lingered.

there wasn't anything particularly to dislike but if I was being picky a little more storage in the bathroom would be good but I appreciate space is limited

The staff were very welcoming from the minute we arrived, offered some friendly useful information, the room was very comfortable and spacious. In a really central location.

There was an electric heater in the room, we did have to use this when we arrived but it did warm up. The heating was working in the morning. The tea and coffee facilities were quite poor standard, but breakfast coffee was lovely.

Close to all the shops and restaurants 5 min walk the accommodation was clean and rooms was a good size private car park to the rear of the property staff were friendly and very helpful

The breakfast was a bit on the small side but tasted nice and cooked well would of been nice to have some fresh orange avaliable or cereal but is out of season so maybe in season there's more avaliable
