Rooms were small. Perfect for 1, but tight for 2. Between people and luggage it became a bit of a jigsaw puzzle to get from the bed to the bathroom.

現在前台幾乎都是非日本籍的外籍人士，與日本人的服務態度就差太多太多，在交代入住相關的事情時，缺乏熱誠，像機器人一樣一直唸一直唸，口音超重，只顧把自己的東西講完，其實真的會聽不懂懂在講什麼，再次詢問，並沒有耐心的回答，感受很不好。

The check in time. That guests and their luggages are stationed in that small Reception area to await The room keys at exactly 3pm. And will just call in everybody to queue again like a lottery call. Its quiet chaotic. And stressful with only 3 chairs! Big luggages fr check ins and check out are laying around reception area. ROOMS so small for double bed. So tight for large luggages and cabin luggages, no room to acrually sort out

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Świetna lokalizacja, przy dworcu Nippori do którego można dostać się bezpośrednio z lotniska Narita (my asekuracyjnie 1:40 zwykłym szarym pociągiem, czerwonym jest trochę szybciej, ekspresem poniżej godziny). Z tego dworca kursuje zielona linia pociągu wokół centrum i głównych atrakcji; szary, czerwony i zielony pociąg na karcie Welcome Suica. Obok Family Market (tańsza Żabka) i wiele lokalnych restauracji czynnych do późna. Bezpiecznie w nocy, WiFi działa bez problemu (na miasto lepiej kupić pakiet lub eSIM), lodówka i klimatyzacja ok, w recepcji bezpłatnie można pożyczyć przejściówki do kontaktów i przechować bagaż.
Pokój malutki, ale byliśmy bez walizek, więc daliśmy radę. Poza BBC kiepskie kanały. Mimo zasłon wczesny świt (i wczesny mrok w Tokio).

The mattress was not comfortable. Very uneven. Time for a replacement. The breakfast was the same everyday. Even the juice never wavered from orange juice.

隔音很差 已經跟櫃檯人員提早告知說要遠離電梯房型，他們也回信給我說沒問題，到現場還是給我電梯對面的房型，晚上隔壁那對情侶好像在當小偷模樣，都在凌晨1～5點 一直點進進出出 然後在走廊一直說話 還是一對素質很差的台灣情侶，我反應給櫃檯人員他們沒有處理，房間也不願意更換，我很好奇連鎖品質都是這麼隨便嗎？房間的床睡一睡還會塌，真的非常離譜的一間飯店。

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Location was excellent. Nippori is the best location if you come from Narita and if you need to fly out via Narita as well. The hotel is just 4 or 5 minutes from the station. The station also has an elevator which is helpful if carrying heavy and multiple luggage.
All rooms are meant for 1-2 people, ideally a family member. If sharing with a friend, note that rooms at APA hotels are pretty small. The room assigned to us was moldy, had an unpleasant smell, and had dirty walls. The bed is too soft in a way that it sinks in the middle. Half the staff was nice, the other was rather unhelpful.

雖然是連鎖商務旅館，有基本品質，但不同時間的房價差異較大，有時較貴，有時可檢便宜，訂房時自行衡量。早餐普通，雖是自助餐但菜色選擇少，可考慮在附近吃。

アパホテル全部そうなのですが、個々の部屋の温度調整ができないところ。館内一括管理らしく、いつも微妙に暑いです。

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026チェックイン前でも荷物をお預かりくださり、受付だけしていただけたので（部屋にはまだ入れず）、夜遅くにホテルへ戻った際、ルームキーと荷物を受け取るだけでスムーズに入れました。
バスルームの壁に、明らかに自分のものではない長い髪の毛が2本壁にへばりついていました。 私は気にしない質ですが、それでもあまり気持ち良いものではありませんでした。それだけが残念です。

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Gute Lage, bei Bahnhof Nippori, sehr nah zum Südeingang und zum Keisei Skyliner. Blick auf die Gleise wenn man ein Zimmer nach hinten hat. In Nippori relativ wenig Angebot zum Einkaufen und Essen, aber dafür ist es ja an der Yamanote Line. Wegen der Lage zum Skyliner haben wir es für die letzten 2 Nächte gebucht, damit wir früh ohne weiteren Transport direkt damit nach Narita konnten.
Alles gut, APA Standard eben.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026o hotel é muito bem localizado pois está do lado de uma linha de trem/metrô que vem direto de Narita sem precisar de baldeação, e na estação tem a JR line que vai para todos os principais pontos turísticos em 15-20 minutos. muitos restaurantes bons na rua e uma conveniência super pertinho. o quarto e banheiro são pequenos mas cheios de amenities como roupão, pantufa, secador bom, tem tudo que precisa. achei o café da manhã muito bom também, várias opções orientais e ocidentais.
no café da manhã não repunham muitas as coisas, imagino que era porque fui mais próximo do horário final mas se tem um horário do café entendo que ele deveria ter todas as opções até o fim.
