No es un hotel de 5 estrellas en lo absoluto, si acaso de 3. Nos cambiaron tres veces de habitación por problemas con el agua, en una salía muy caliente sin poder bajarle a la temperatura, en la segunda casi no tenía presión y estaba tibia, no caliente. Así nos bañamos tres veces porque ya lo habían arreglado pero, no quedó bien. Por eso nos cambiaron otra vez. Las almohadas estaban llenas de bolitas. Había momentos en el que el hotel no tenía olor agradable. Lo escogí por las 5 estrellas y 8.6 de calificación pero, ambas estaban incorrectas.

El estacionamiento esta muy ajustado: apenas para autos chicos. El agua caliente tardo muchisimo en salir y con presion baja.

Los cajones de estacionamiento son un poco estrechos en el nivel 1.

Reviewed Jan 3, 2026Fui a correr el maraton de mty en diciembre, asi que la ubiciacion fue bastante buena para conocer la ciudad, ir y venir al parque fundidora, etc. en la zona hay muy buenos restaurantes, y todo esta relativamente cerca, lo ideal es rentar un carro para poder moverte pero en general la zona es muy buena, segura. El desayuno no es nada del otro mundo, cumple la expectativa para empezar el dia con algo en el estomago. La habitacion es grandisima
la cama al final de 3 noches tiende a ser algo incomoda pues te hundes y terminas con dolor de espalda, quiza valdria la pena mejorar los colchones. la llave de la habitacion se desconfiguraba mucho, aunque el personal del front desk fueron muy amables, una de las habitaciones no cerraba bien.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2025Nice and quiet hotel, staff were quick to resolve any issue. The hotel room I was in did need a bit of maintenance. The shower head wouldn’t spray properly and the air conditioner would leave the floor humid and slippery. Any clothes I left out would be damp. Having a mini fridge in the room would of been nice to store any left overs or to keep any drinks cold. But overall I enjoyed my stay.

WiFi is not strong so you won’t be getting good service in the room. Tv sucks, no good channels, nothing to watch. The bed is terrible. I couldn’t sleep all night. The pillows are hard like the bed and it’s just a cheap mattress. I sat on the couch and one of the legs broke. I do Not recommend this place. The only reason why I gave two stars is one for the staff, and one for the location. The rest is terrible. Stay at a brand hotel.
