Mobiliar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, trotzdem gepflegt und ordentlich

Zimmer und Bad waren prima und groß. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Wir konnten früh morgens bei der Ankunft unser Gepäck abgeben. Die Lage ist gut, 10 Min zu Fuß in die Stadt. Die Kommunikation vorab hat gut funktioniert. Gefrühstückt haben wir dort nicht.

The location was good, and the host was absolutely lovely! Really enjoyed my stay in this lovely place. It felt very homely.

I couldn’t quite figure out the lock on the door and there was no peep hole but that may be a me issue! Otherwise, absolutely nothing, it was great.

We loved staying at Sunny Garden in Hoi An! Thuy and her family made us feel so welcome that it was hard to stay goodbye :)! Thuy helped us with everything and even prepared a birthday cake for my partner after I had asked her for candles the day before. The room was awesome incl the natural lemongrass smell and the location ist great as it is a calm area very close to the old town of Hoi An (walking distance). You can rent a bike for free at Sunny Garden if you want to explore the different areas outside of the old town :). We would always come back! Thanks so much for everything!

Everything was great!

Quiet location (relatively to Vietnam), but a short walk to the old city. Thuy was lovely, made amazing breakfasts and organised multiple tours and tickets for me.

We loved everything! Thuy was a lovely guest and helped us with everything ☺️ She booked us a day trip to the Marble mountain and the monkey mountain which was unforgettable, prepared delicious breakfast for a reasonable price and was even able to exchange some money for us. We will definitely come back!

The family who run Sunny Garden are so lovely, kind and welcoming. Their daughter is very special. Our friend was unwell and Thuy really looked after her! Thuy gives lots of information and organised us a car to My Son, a cooking class and a bus to Hue! The room is HUGE and the bed is very comfortable. The location is perfect. Really quiet compared to the old town but walkable in less than 10mins. Thank you for everything and we really hope to visit again one day!

The host and her family were completely wonderful. She was very helpful with any questions we had. The place is as the pictures show, the room is located walking distance from the center, but on a quiet and calm street, so really enjoying best of both worlds.

We have enjoyed our stay in Hoi An. Staying in Sonny Garden Homestay was a real pleasure. At arrival everything was explained. Tips were given and Thuy is able to help with everything. We used the bicycles and even got a bigger one when they saw it was too small. Also an early morning trip to My Son was nice. Only two groups at the moment wevwalked around. Price was good. We went to the Memoriesshow and tickets wete arranged by Thuy. She gave her what's app for 'just in case you need'. The room with the balcony was nice, clean, big enough. Good shower area with even a 'rain shower'. Laundry service was ok. Not that expensive and she manage all for you. Minibar very resdonable prices if you need. The location is ok. Just a short bicycle yrip to old town (free). Walking to the market 20 minutes. The street is vety quiet in the evening. It can be a bit scarry, but there is a good way to walk in the light at night. The roomprices are relatively cheap. If we need a place again, this Sumny Garden Homestay with Thuy and her friendly and helpfull staff will be firbsure on the list.

This place is one of few places I have visited in Vietnam that has it all! Usually I feel like something is missing, but not here. The prices are very fair and you also get to use the bicycles for free. The location is quite close to the old town, but since it is just across the bridge, it is nice and quiet when you want to relax. Best of all is the family that owns the homestay, they are so kind and welcoming, that I extended my stay. Thuy is so service minded and kind, willing to help you with anything if you ask for it. I hope more people get to experience staying here with Thuy and her family.

It was in a good location walkable to main places. Friendly staff / owner who explains where everything is on a map on arrival. Very clean and comfortable. Easy to book activities through the accommodation too. Free bicycle.

This was our second time staying at Sunny Garden and once again we had a fabulous stay! Everything about Sunny Garden is excellent including the gracious hosts, the warm welcome, the spacious room, and the delicious breakfast. One of the things we enjoyed most was that although Sunny Garden is within easy walking distance from the old town, it is far enough away to be removed from the noise and busyness. It is tucked away on a street surrounded by the local community and as such you can be part of local Hoi An life if only for a brief time.

Our favourite place we stayed at over our travels in Asia! Thuy and her family were so lovely and welcoming. We loved it so much we extended our stay! The rooms are very nice, light and clean. Beds are super comfy. Water provided in the fridge in the room! The bathroom is very nice and clean too. But the best thing has to be the AMAZING breakfast! Walking distance to the hoi an old town, you wont regret staying here! Thank you :)

One of the best places we stayed in Asia. Thuy the owner and her mother are lovely and very accommodating with all your needs. The place is very spacious and clean and close to the main streets with free bikes to use. The breakfast is the best with a lot of options and a big plate of different fresh fruits every day.

The breakfast was very good and the host recommended the Banh mi. This was just great. The room is very nice and clean. The homestay is very well located and everything in Hoi an is within walking distance. There are bicycles to get to the beach.

Best place to stay in Vietnam at all! We really felt at home right from the start. Dũng and his dear mother were always helpful and attentive. Dũng immediately gave us many helpful tips and information about Hoi An. Also, he was extremely helpful as we had problems with our visa. Thank you Dũng for everything! We will be back!!!

Very kind and welcoming hosts (mother and son), impeccably clean, great breakfast options with the freshest fruit we’ve had so far! On top of that great location, free use of bicycles and great tips on where to go and to eat.

The price you pay is really too low for the value you get (you read that right). Everything was perfect!

I loved the quiet place and the room was very nice and spacious. The hosts are wonderful, always able to contact Hguyen and he and his mother took good care of me. Nice bed, hot shower, nice breakfast, all good. Only thing was a bit of a funny smell when entering the room, but then I am really fussy. "Chopsticks" is a lovely good restaurant nearby. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Nguyěn for everything! ♥️

Great homestay a short stroll from the old town. Very clean and modern rooms. The host is so helpful and really is the reason you should stay here. Nothing was too much trouble and he was able to arrange tours and help with transfers. Breakfast in the quiet garden was the highlight of our stay. The perfect place to stay in Hoi An.

You can hear every sound outside of the room. A vegan breakfast option would be phenomenal! Other than that it was a great stay!

Very nice family, one of the hosts speaks English very well. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the breakfast really good! The location is convienent, a supermarket is nearby. The garden was really pretty with a lot of plants. Also, the family can help you get transportation or tours and you can use bicycles for free! We originally booked for 5 nights but stayed 2 more. Overall: we would definitely recommend!!

Everything about this property is outstanding! The room is spacious and clean, located on a quiet street within walking distance of Old Town. The breakfast is delicious with lots of choice and fresh fruit. But by far the most outstanding part of Sunny Garden are the hosts. Dũng and his mother are exceptional hosts going above and beyond to make sure our stay was the very best!

Excellent location, close to everything. The host was very good and his mother who provided lovely breaky every morning..fruits being the highlight. The host went out of the way to assist with my tour and bus booking to Hue.

There's not much to not like, except some construction was happening next door which was at times noisy.

Lovely rooms, big and wide, very clean and comfortable with great patio. The decoration of the rooms are very calming and beautiful The bathroom is also very wide, hot water on demand (gas boiler). The clean and change towels every day. But dung, the host made the real difference! At the second we arrived, he gave us warm welcom, with a bottle of water for each of us, opend a map and explained us everything we need to know about Hoi An, from the best places to eat in, to the best market places in the city, and even told us which pars of the city is higher (in case of floods).In addition, he always make sure everything is fine with us, and shared with us some cookies and sweet that made by his family. We really felt like home! Highly recommended!!

Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Hosts went out of their way to ensure our enjoyment and comfort. Great value for money! We arrived just after Typhoon Noru and they upgraded us to ensure we had a fantastic room and a great stay. Beds were very comfortable and the whole establishment was very clean, with lovely decor and well maintained.

The place is very clean ,garden is obviously beautiful! The owner of the home stay would make you feel like homey. Owner is very friendly,he would apply for any information that you need . They even let me cook in their kitchen with no extra charges 😁😁 The bedroom is reasonably big and the bathroom is very big and also balcony. Very much recommended!

Quiet location but only 10 minute stroll to Hoi An’s Old Town. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable but it is the exceptional hospitality of the host family that makes this such a great home stay. They could not have been more welcoming and helpful and repeatedly went above and beyond to assist with every request.
