Unfortunately, our experience with the staff was very disappointing and made the end of our stay unnecessarily stressful. First of all, when we arrived, we did not initially have access to the accommodation, even though I had already completed the online check-in. I had to call them, and they told me they had not received my wife’s identification document. While I was still on the phone with them, I sent her passport, and only after that did they immediately send us the access instructions. The main issue, however, was the check-out experience. The official check-out time was 11:00 a.m. I politely asked if we could stay just 30 minutes longer, until 11:30 a.m. The staff member eventually agreed, although his attitude already felt quite unfriendly. Despite having agreed to the later check-out, at exactly 11:30 a.m. he started knocking repeatedly on our door and putting pressure on us to leave immediately. We had only arrived at around 9:00 p.m. the previous evening, so this made the experience even more unpleasant. We were not trying to stay for hours beyond the agreed time; we simply needed a few minutes to finish getting ready and leave. What made the situation even more frustrating was what happened afterwards. When I came out to return the keys, the same staff member then made me wait for several minutes while he called a colleague to verify whether I had actually paid for the night. I explained that the reservation had already been paid through Booking.com, but he apparently did not trust what I was saying and insisted on getting confirmation from his colleague. I found this very contradictory: we were rushed and repeatedly pressured to leave the apartment immediately, but afterwards he had no problem making me wait while he checked a payment that had already been processed through Booking.com. We spent seven days travelling around southern Spain and stayed in four different accommodations.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Ligging is prima. Ernaast is een prima restaurant voor het ontbijt en je loopt zo naar het strand. Parkeren achterom of in de buurt ging gemakkelijk.
Het inchecken was lastig. Je ontvangt blijkbaar per email vooraf een code om binnen te komen en in een kluisje je sleutel te kunnen pakke. Hadden we niet ontvangen... Dus bellen... De kamer leek gerenoveerd. Maar dat bleek al snel op de badkamer dat dat met de Franse slag gedaan was..... Er waren in de douche kunststof panelen over de oude tegels geplakt die her en der al los waren. Hierdoor liep er tijdens het douchen (veel) water achter. Wil niet weten wat daar aan schimmel ontstaat... Verder is de nieuw laminaat vloer bij de deur naar de douche los en kun je struikelen. Een gordijn is met plakband tegen de muur geplakt om lichtinval te vermijden. Het ergste was de airco.... Deze maakte veel lawaai en we besloten deze tijdens onze nachtrust maar uit te schakelen. Hij leek uit maar blijkbaar ging een deel van de unit niet uit waardoor we om de minuut hem hoorde starten met een flink bromgeluid.

Staff inesistente, mai incontrato. la struttura aveva i muri sottilissimi e si sentiva tutto quello che accadeva nella camera accanto. La camera molto molto minimal, con zero appoggi e senza tapparella, solo una tenda oscurante poco efficiente.

No me gustó que la habitación era para 3 pero era imposible dormir en el sofá cama, era incomodísimo, no apto ni para la la niña que pesa poco. Además encima hay una terraza y el aire no tiraba, hacía bastante calor. Tampoco me gustó que iba todo con códigos y no había nadie. No tuvimos ninguna incidencia pero en el caso de pasar cualquier cosas me gusta que haya alguien. Por un precio de más de 300€ por una noche creo que se espera más.

Это не отель 3 звезды, а грязный сарай в здании ресторана. Деньги не вернули! Отдыхали в Малаге с 20 по 24 июля 2026 года. Забронировали этот отель на Booking.com из-за красивых фото и статуса "3 звезды". Каково же было наше разочарование, когда мы приехали по адресу. ❗️ Это даже близко не отель. Это какая-то пристройка к ресторану с отдельным металлическим входом, похожим на лестницу в сарай. Дверь была заперта, домофона нет — только телефон для связи. Мы прождали 30 минут, пока нам откроют. Внутри нас ждала маленькая грязная прихожая, которая называется "ресепшн". Там с трудом помещаются два человека. Везде пыль, запустение. Никакого намёка на чистоту и комфорт. Но самое неприятное — атмосфера и контингент. В коридорах шатались полураздетые девушки с сомнительным поведением. Мы почувствовали себя неуютно и небезопасно. Мы сразу отказались от заселения и потребовали вернуть деньги. В ответ услышали: "Вы же подтвердили бронирование". Но как можно подтверждать то, что скрыли за красивыми картинками? Фотографии в интернете — это обман. Реальность — опасные и грязные апартаменты на дороге. После долгих перезвонов с Booking.com и менеджерами отеля мы так и не получили ни копейки. Компания перекладывает ответственность на отель, отель — на Booking. В итоге мы остались без денег и без жилья в чужой стране. 🚨 Огромная просьба: не попадайтесь на эту уловку. Проверяйте свежие отзывы, не верьте идеальным фото. Hotel Casa Dalia — это не отель, а грязный хостел с подозрительными постояльцами. Booking.com покрывает мошенников, не возвращая деньги за неоказанную услугу. Будьте бдительны! Итог: потеряно [сумма] евро, испорченный отпуск и испорченное настроение. Очень жаль, что такой сервис существует в 2026 году.

May la chica encargada de la limpieza fue muy amable y estuvo pendiente por si me hacía falta algo. Tampoco hubo ruidos molestos por la noche por lo cual pude descansar sin problema. La verdad es que se agradecen alojamientos como este.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Very nice room we were given a lovely room with a balcony! Very efficient self check-in, we had been travelling all around the coast of Spain and this was another lovely area to see with nice beaches
Maybe personal preference but We found not much to do around the area!

's Ochtends gingen we ontbijten en hadden onze bagage op de kamer laten staan en zijn die pas 20 minuten na de officiele uitchecktijd gaan halen, waar de receptiemedewerker ons vrij grof op wees. Er is 100 euro van onze creditcard gehaald hiervoor. Wij hebben dus een zeer negatieve ervaring met dit hotel en komen ook nooit terug

La parte de afuera pintarla es lo único de resto todo súper limpio nuevo y bien organizado todo que ver

La forma de hacer la cama,en mi estancia el personal no hizo la cama y simplemente estiró las sábanas.

Reviewed May 15, 2026I've been coming here for over 6 years, great location near amenities and for easy accessibility for work commitments, always gave this place a 5 * rating .. though they have several different 'owners' I'm not normally the type of person to criticise but.......... I have always wherever I stay make sure I leave the premises near to perfect standards..... (Even take rubbish clean plates ect my boyfriend says I'm mad but that's just me ) And for doing so most places offer us a discount because of how we leave the premises (he often jokes you are going to leave the cleaners without a job) This time around since the last 'ownership' things changed not only did they change our room then cancel our booking or walk in to the room whilst we were asleep or construction work coming on and coming in to take measurements (which we did not complain about) apart from various other sanarios I won't go into . For me the last straw was we asked for a room with a terris as always as we both smoke when we arrived it was a room without a terris I understand we cannot smoke in the room but what I can't believe is apart from charging us the 100€ penalty for doing so as we booked room with terris they charged on top for cleaning and noise distubunce 400€ All I can say is we have stayed here over 30 times and never had a problem,the absault conery ...such a shame they acted this way ....all I can say is it isn't what it once was nor did they ever treat us like we felt welcome were as the past 4 years before that they did .

La estancia fue bastante mejorable. La limpieza de la habitación no era especialmente buena y, además, al llegar había un olor raro o poco fresco que hacía que la habitación no resultara acogedora. También se apreciaban desperfectos en la habitación: una de las paredes, de color negro, tenía varias zonas con la pintura levantada, dando sensación de falta de mantenimiento. Sin duda, lo peor fueron los ruidos. Tanto el frigorífico como el aire acondicionado hacían bastante ruido durante la noche. Además, debido a la ubicación de la habitación, se escuchaba continuamente la puerta del garaje situado debajo, así como las puertas y movimientos del resto de habitaciones. El aislamiento acústico es bastante deficiente y dificulta mucho el descanso. Por otro lado, la cama también resultó bastante incómoda.
