The staff at the reception were quite rude. Kept asking for all these different documents which are not required and seemed to discriminate against us because we are foreign. Every time we provided a document they would think of something else really trivial to try and catch us out. Much better hotels in Guangzhou

The bachelor service apartment is nice and clean ,just that there are different motels on different floor

飯店一進去煙味超重得比，不吸煙的人，不要訂這間啊，因為飯店沒有區分無煙房，優點是飯店下面就是地鐵，交通方便

北京路や駅にも近く便利です。ホテルの下が商業施設となっているため交差点に面している出入り口（商業施設の出入り口）から入ると、受付まで辿り着つけない事はありませんが、案内はありませんので非常にわかりづらいです。宿泊者用の受付がある出入り口は、通りから４０ー５０m入った建物東側に別にあります。洗濯機やキッチンなどが付いており、洗濯もできて便利でした。（洗濯物を干すところはありませんので、もし長期滞在の場合は、なにか自分で準備が必要です）部屋の清潔さはそれなりですが、不快に感じることはありませんでした。３１階からおそらく眺めは良いのでしょうが、空気がそれほど綺麗ではないので遠くまでは見渡せないのが残念です。コンビニや食事をする場所も近いので便利でした。

安くてアクセスもよく、ちょうどよいです

Overall stay was pleasant. However, location was different from stated address. Took us some time to locate the building. It should be properly stated as inside 捷登都会 building. Otherwise overall stay was decent.

Location is good with connected walkway to MTR but no proper signage. Apartment entrance is behind the shopping mall so for 1st timer, you need to keep asking to get your way around. Shops and eateries are within walking distant. 5 mins walk to Beijing Road Pedestrian Street. Room is big and clean with all basic provisions. Staff do not know what is nearby and what can recommend to travellers, you have to do your homework and depend on yourself. Don’t ask them anything cos they will give you a standard reply: I don’t know or I have no idea. Overall: Good, meet my needs, will stay or recommend if anyone visit Guangzhou.

Avoid this place unless you have no other options. It is old, dirty, under some sort of contruction (but not in an improvement sense) but cheap. Issues: - My room door did not close properly. If I did not slam it or force it closed the door would never shut. I found this out the first night after checking in when I could hear people in the hallway, only to discover the door never closed when I came into the room. - The door lock on my door would only take the room keys (which have the rooms stated on them and you can only have 1 key per room) every now and then. I would have to stand at my door for 2-3 mins each time and attempt to open the door 20 times. - ROACHES!!!! My first room had nats, second room roaches, 3rd room was clean. I was with my team and some of their rooms had roaches as well. The hotel stated they would take care of it, which ended up being them using bug spray; bugs came back the next day. - elevators are horrifically slow - Rooms are just not cleaned properly. There was dust and mold in places in the room so you can never get fully comfortable. Positives: - COST effective - Location - Washing Machine (no dryer/drying line) Preference concerns: - Bed was rock hard firm - Cleaning staff ignores all do not disturb signs and comes into your room daily. No matter what I did they came in to "clean the room", which meant moving all of the stuff around daily. Talked to the front desk and that didn't change anything.

The front desk was un-friendly, calls to front desk were not answered 50% of time. House keeping was average, floor not clean, no change bed sheet for 6 nights.

Hotel reception was inefficient and unpolite. Hotel only would provide one room key to 2 guests and was told it's their POLICY. Room wall paper was torn. Shower was disgusting smelled bad. Toilet rolls didn't get top up at housekeeping. Hammer noise was very loud in the afternoon. This is the hotel i regret to book

My stay was very immaculate

MRT is underneath the building, So many places to eat and shop....Close to Famous Beijing Road walking street. So convenience to get around.

Very convenient location, close to subway station. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Staffs show hospitality and provide assistance when needed. Overall ti was a pleasant stay, will choose the hotel again when coming back to Guangzhou next time.

服務員態度不佳，入住發現廁所瘀塞,冲水後厠所水湧上來另地下濕透。要求換房但服務員態度差，未查過電腦已說沒有房換。說會叫清潔員通好就可以，不要再放衛生紙落去就得。說全酒店厠所都是不可放衛生紙落厠所的，換都沒有用。幾經辛苦才肯換房，換了房厠所跟本沒有問題，跟本不是全酒店的厠所去不了水，而是服務員不肯換房吧了！

地理位置佳，就在北京路公园前地铁一，二号线上，出行非常之方便，离北京路步行街只是几步距离，周围食肆林立。办理入住也很快，唯一不足是我订的房间没有衣柜，衣服没地方掛，只能挂在厕所裏。这很不方便。总的来说，也是一个愉快的入住。

離步行行街、地鐵近，生活機能好，交通便利，飯店整潔。

Close to subway station and pedestrian street, many restaurants nearby, easy to access. Unable to provide second key card to room. Washing machine does NOT have dryer function, very limited number of clothes hangers provided.

Location is very good, but do not trust Google maps as it brought me to a deserted building site. The check in process was took more than 15 minutes because Expedia/their system didn't register my booking at all. Having flew an overnight flight and to reach the reception after the long search for the property, that was really devastating. The name of the property listed on Expedia is also different from the actual place. I got so confused when I finally reached there. There's no hair dryer, no cutleries despite that there's a kitchenette in the unit. The receptionists were quite helpful though.

There seems to be an air conditioner external unit attached to the window, very noisy at night. Otherwise it's good value for money. Great location.

It was the third time I stayed at the hotel this year, and I was pleasantly surprised when the cheerful staff remembered me when I checked in! Check in took a while because there was a queue and only one computer was available, but the staff did their best and apologised for the delay. I like the simple, modern and bright room, which has a cool bathroom and a really comfortable bed, unlike the hard beds in some other Chinese hotels. There is a metro station right next to the hotel and a popular shopping street is across the street. Great location!

Never had any cockroach issue, no cigarette smoke getting carried over to mine from next door, no renovation in the hallway until past midnight, no construction outside starting from 3am, no loud singing contest outdoor till 11pm never could distinguish what this couple said next door and all staffs were absolutely very kind and were English native speakers. Overall wonderful stay.

Excellent location. Next to Metro GongYuanJian station. Apartment entrance is between A Mall and Mayflower Plaza. At lobby there are a few other apartments counters. Yimi is a better one in comparison. From Guangzhou East Train station take Metro yellow line to GongYuanJian station exit F. Taxi RMB 35. About 5 minutes walk to Beijing Road Pedestrian Mall. Taxi to airport RMB 110 without traffic jam.

Great room size and space. Location is perfect subway just right under the building. No chairs in the lobby, bad system of elavator makes me wait for too long everytime i up or down

Good location, clean bed sheets and environment, no bad smell. But the Kitchen has no utensils, ask from the cleaner was given only bowls and chopsticks, no spoon knife and pot. Towels was old and have stain.

Two period staying at this property, location is excellent, the room cleaness is so so, at the first period of staying , the smell from the pipes of bath room is bad. The second period staying the water is split all over the floor from the flashing pipe

The place is very convenient! Very clean! The room is smoke-free, eats downstairs, and has fun. The price is reasonable. I like it the most. It has a washing machine.

Well located in a convenient area minutes walk away to Gongyuanqian train station (which is also an interchange). 5 min walk to Beijing Road for shopping and food. Room is spacious and clean. However, the waiting for lifts can take some time even though there were 3 to 4 lifts. Our access card couldnt scan and we had to ask the reception to scan for us. This was kind of irritating to us. Otherwise, it is a value for money hotel which I will certainly recommend.

This apartment is close to the metro station and shopping malls. Visitors could find may restaurant and travel to everywhere easily. The staff was friendly, and she helped me to check-in a bit earlier because of the typhoon. If I visit Guangzhou again, I definitely stay in this apartment again.

I took my parents on a GZ holiday and we wanted comfortable and clean accommodation in an easily accessible location. We found it at Yimi Mix.

GREAT location. Great housekeeping. average front desk service, if you can speak enough chinese to get by. the only mild frustration we experienced day-to-day are the insufficient elevator cars/speed for the volume of guests in this building. we stayed here for a week, and were lucky enough to experience a black out and got trapped in the elevator on our first day - again, just our luck, probably not a common occurrence. Overall would stay again because it's still a good value for the area.

Apartment is massive with comfy bed, large bathroom and shower and also a washing machine. We stayed for 2 nights on a quick stopover and were very surprised at how good the place was. Very close to a metro stop so nothing in the town is too far away. Would definitely stay here again

It's a big room in a great area. Just a little empty and sterile.

Good location as connected to metro station. Many restaurants and shopping nearby. Problem with security as anyone can take life to your floor. No proper non smoking rooms available as I requested for a nonsmoking and there was an ashtray in room.

Overall it was a great stay for me. I had Business King Room on Level 25. From all the reviews, it appears level 25 has bad cleanliness. But my room was fine. Their housekeeping is on Level 25. Bed was firm/hard which is what I'm used to and Chinese beds are meant to be hard anyway. Room size suppose to be 50sqm which I don't think it's 50 but close. It's fine for 1 to 2 people. The only thing I was abit disappointed was the lack of hair conditioner, body lotion, soap/body wash. I had to buy my own soap in the Metro station (you can get them in Watson shop). They had shampoo but it was within a tube on the wall. They did supply toothbrush, brush and shower cap. All the towels etc were fine and clean. Room was clean and I was lucky my room didn't have any smell of smoke. Toilet paper - i see many comments online about it. Their toilet papers come 1/2 of normal size. I saw their delivery so it's normal. They do fill them up if you've used it all. Best part of this apartment was the location. You had metro station underneath the A Mall (where the hotel was situated) and there were many restaurants & small shops downstairs and nearby. There is H&M and Uniqloo downstairs and there are 3 levels of restaurants. Beijing Rd is literally 5 mins walk (cross 1 street and you're pretty much there). Beijing rd is abit small and short. If I come back to Guangzhou again in the future, I will stay in this apartment but i will make sure I bring my own supply of toiletries!

Interesting that the room has a kitchen but they do not provide cutlery and plates!

I was very impressed with the room I was given in Guangzhou. The room had a great view, was very spacious with all the facilities I needed,and the price was very reasonable. The staff were very friendly also.

This serviced apartment is located in Amall building, on top of 公元前 subway station. Hence getting around was exceptionally easy and convenient. It is walking distance to Beijing road shopping district (less than 5mins away). There are many eateries around such as 又一间茶点轩, which serves excellent dim sum at an affordable price. The room I stayed in had 2 queen size bed. It is equipped with quality finishing and branded appliances such as electrolux induction cooker, dishwasher and Siemens washing machine. It has ample storage, all beautifully hidden behind the wall, perfect for medium to long term stay. My room was on the 31st floor and had a 180 degree view of the Guangzhou skyline.

Great location in the heart of the city with a few minutes' access to the metro system. Perfect for business and leisure travellers. The room was surprisingly large and well-equipped with refrigerator, microwave and induction stoves (but no utensils). No worry for reheating takeaways or leftovers from the indulgence in Guangzhou, the capital of gastronomes.

Very good location, 公園前 exit E is connected to the hotel, water in shower is sometimes very hot and very cold, room is clean with washing machine and sink, overall is great!

Overall the condition of the hotel was great, it is one of the newer hotels inside the location. Could be a little challenging to find as it is inside a building with other hotel reception desks like E-Stay Executive Suites. The room amenities were average but everything needed for a comfortable stay was available. There were a few time the towels were stained but mostly just from being old, not from being unclean. I have stayed here multiple times throughout the years and the views have always been nice. Did not have any issues with the rooms being listed as smoking, there was no residual smoke smell in any of the rooms we stayed in. There is also a washing machine but no dryer for convenience if you need to do laundry. Overall, highly recommended and convenient!

We had a very good stay at the hotel. It was at a very good location but it is not easy to find especially if you are first time visit. Nevertheless, we found the hotel.

Stayed at yimi for four nights and it was a great experience. Love how convenient it is to get to the Metro and the location of the apartment. There is always friendly staff on duty to answer my queries too. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a convenient yet affordable stay!

This apartment is very new and great location. Close to bus stops and train, shops, restaurants. Spacious room with great park and city view. Very clean, house keeping available daily like they said. Better than most 3-4 star hotels.

Rooms look remodeled, looks nice but quality of room isn’t great. Floors creaked when we walked. The shower head was loose from the wall because the bolt had came off, we notified hotel staff right away, they offered to fix it the next day. House keeping was great and staff was very nice. Location is great, next to a nice park and right upstairs of shopping mall with lots of restaurants.

The apartments are big and very comfortable, does not have all the facilities of big chain hotels or the price. Two blocks from Beijing Road. Limited English speaking staff however they tried hard and we got through. Overall a very positive experience

It was good overall because of its location, above metro station & close to Beijing Lu (shopping strip and food junctions), however the apartment itself is very difficult to locate as there aren't directional signage on the outside of the building to find it. But once you find it you'll be fine - (it is basically connected to A-mall, through the doors next to the lift behind/ near H&M)

Everything is ok other than the cleanliness of the room. Dust can be seen on the surface of table, tv rack, etc

Nice location on top of the Subway in the center of Guangzhou near to every market and next to Beijing road for afternoon shopping ...

The hotel is new at great walkable distance to shopping. Our rooms are on a high 31th floor with great view.

housekeeping was terrible, not even clean bathroom everyday. staffs are not helpful at all. the only good thing is location, easy access to subway, malls & plenty good restaurants.

I stayed in three different Serviced Apartments throughout the last two weeks in Guangzhou and this one was by far the best (worth the additional money). Location and Comfort are great. Here you have a big livingroom, separate bedroom. Big windows, city view. Decoration, furniture all very new. Location: You have the subway station Gongyuanqian within a 5min walk and several malls for restaurants, coffee, etc. Comfortable for home office (bright and good illumination). Downside: The WiFi is very slow, however still acceptable.

Great location in Guangzhou. Perfect for a week of business accommodation. Washer and kitchenette made it a bit more comfortable for an extended work stay. Much of the building is currently under construction. This wasn't a horrible inconvenience, but should be noted.
