Geräumiges und schönes Apartment mit allem was man braucht in hoher Qualität. Nur 2 Minuten von der Tramhaltestelle 50/51/17 entfernt. Passte wunderbar: sehr empfehlenswert.

Auf beiden Seiten der Wohnung war der Verkehr recht laut. Die digitale Concierge funktioniert gut, bloß wären ein paar lokale Infos -- nächster Supermarkt, leichtester Fußweg zum Bahnhof, etc. -- auch praktisch gewesen.

Its very near to the main station, u can view Limmat River from the unit, it was very clean and spacious for our family of four

Our unit was on level 4 and there are no lifts on the building. We had to carry our 23kgs luggage. There are also no washer and dryer. However, all these are in my knowledge when we booked it so we were willing consumer, all in all, nice apartment with good price

Staff very helpful, easy access, very clean and in great condition. Shutters were great, especially with kids.

Only thing that would have made a real difference is air con.

The property is spacious and clean. And it is close to the Zurich HB station. Overall, we liked our stay. Just be mindful that the unit does not have AC, it might be challenging for the hot days during the summer.

The laundry room is located in the basement. Guests are required to prepare coins in advance and purchase their own laundry detergent, which can be challenging for international travelers who may not have local coins and where to purchase supplies. The coin-operated system is also difficult to understand. I inserted CHF 2 for a washing cycle and selected the recommended program, but the machine stopped before the cycle was completed. I had to add additional coins to finish the wash. Clearer instructions about the required payment amount and how the coin system works would make the experience much easier for international visitors.

The weather was too warm when we stayed in the property. There was a fan in the e property but weather was just too hot .

Location, apartment was very nice

Having fans in every room should be mandatory. As we were 3 guests and sleeping in both rooms we needed 2 fans. They did find us 2 fans but it was not sure and in the summer the apartment is very hot. All in all an excellent property

La ubicación es excelente . Muy próximo a la estación. Muy limpio y espacioso. Nos encantó el detalle de la cafetera con las cápsulas . Todo un detalle.

Tuve que llamar por teléfono para acceder el primer día. El código de entrada no funcionaba.

Hubiera sido de agradecer disponer de una tostadora de pan y siendo 4 pax 4 tazas de café. Sólo había 2 (así lo indica el inventario del menaje) Por otro lado, aunque facilitan pastillas para utilizar el lavavajillas, echamos en falta estropajo y jabón para fregar algo puntual. Por lo demás, todo bien. El sofá cama era bastante cómodo, estaba muy limpio y el personal que trabaja en la limpieza muy amable (coincidimos con ellas, necesitamos hacerles alguna consulta y fueron muy amables)

Check in 16 olması çok geç ve klima yok, inanılmaz sıcak bir hava vardı

geräumiges, modernes Appartement mit Balkon. Gut ausgestattete Küche, Bad mit Badewanne. 2 Ventilatoren - da es sehr heiß war, Klimaanlage wäre natürlich besser. Problemloser Self Check in - wir sind sehr spät angekommen, aber das hat alles super geklappt.

Big apartment, spacious with basic furnishings, very sterile interior. Kitchen is wel equipped. Nice little balcony. Self check-in is easy. Luggage storage is not garded.

- The building is totally not soundproof. Noises from the neighbours, people in the hallway (no elevator, the whole building are booking apartments except 2), doors slamming. You hear the upstairs neighbours very loudly: every footstep (!), every moving of a chair. The silence hours after 22 PM are not respected. - No airconditioning, only (loud) fans. The bedroom is on the streetside, so if you open the windows you have noises from the street. With the very high temperatures in august, it was almost not bearable in the apartment. - No smoke detectors/fire alarms in the apartment. We had expected more quality for this price and for a city like Zürich.

This is a 2 room apartment plus kitchen & bathroom & it is reasonably spacious for 4 people & everything seemed to be in perfect condition. There are laundry facilities in the basement, which are shared with the other similar apartments BUT you need 1 Swiss Franc coins to operate the washing machines. The location is within 25 minutes walk of the Zurich HB main train station, which has a good shopping centre with cafes & supermarkets under it, which is also next to the interesting City centre. The tram, bus, rail & short boat cruise system in Zurich is brilliant... every time we stepped out of the Apartment there seemed to be a tram coming (5 minutes into the City) & likewise on the return journeys (you need to buy the excellent one or three day Zurich card to get "free" travel & entrance to many museums in the City). The Apartments seem to be well run & it is easy to communicate via Booking.Com messages to the Staff that look after them.

There isn't any air conditioning, although a fan was provided for each of the main rooms. Also, trying to obtain 1 Swiss Franc coins for the washing machines (you need 2 or 3 one Franc coins to feed the machines) isn't easy if you haven't brought over some cash, I eventually was able to get 15 Swiss Franc coins from UBS Bank in the City Centre who charged me 5 Swiss Francs for the privilige.

Nice appartment with everything i needed. It was too good for 3 people. Excellent location.

NO lift, I had to carry my big trolly bag till 3rd floor by stairs. If i was opening the balconies & windows, there were insects coming from out side. Be careful & I got locked in the bathroom for 2 hours because the key was not working to unlock the bathroom door. If its summer there should be 2 fans in two rooms, it was only one in the bedroom. This summer it was 24 degree in july :(.

Очень удобные апартаменты. Чистота идеальная! Постель и полотенца белоснежные. На кухне имеется все необходимое. До вокзала и центра города минут 10 пешком. Наше пребывание было прекрасным, спасибо!

1. Property did not have Air Conditioner. Zurich was very hot in those day of July and the Fan available in the room was not sufficient to cool the apartment. My family had to spent the whole night in suffocation. We even can't open the window of one of the room as it opens on the road. People looking to book this property in summers should take care of these factors as now a days Europe is hot 2. Apartment was very old. The construction had old facilities. 3. It was 10 Minutes drive to either main train station or 15 minutes to airport which at time get difficult to reach through tram. 4. Oven was not up to the mark, at times it got difficult to cook due to low heat pressure. 5. Host did not provide the unique charging sockets, i tried to call them after 8 PM bit no one was available to help out. 6. No one was present at the check in counter. I had to call them at their call center to get help for check in which was a tedious process.

The place is clean and spacious ,even the location its near Zurich HB station.Complete with house utensils and all,provided clean towels and toiletries.

It is freakin Hot, yah i understand that the current weather is extremely hot that is why you should put AC's in the apartments for summer season like this..we didn't sleep because the full house was warm and hot ,the electric fams are not enough to cool the place..i suggess you should atleast put portable AC if big AC is no asap

Die Unterkunft ist nahe am Bahn und an den Flussbadestellen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles haben wir sehr sauber vorgefunden. Klar bei dem Hitzewetter wäre vielleicht eine Klimaanlage schöne gewesen, aber es ging auch ohne gut.

Da fällt mir spontan nichts ein.

Konnte früher einchecken, Hilfe am Telefon war sehr sehr freundlich!

Aufgrund der Lage konnte ich nachts die Fenster nicht öffnen (Straßenlärm), aber dafür hatte ich eine sehr zentrale Unterkunft. Eigentlich logisch, trotzdem nicht so gut geschlafen.

Clean and big enough apartment for a stay of 2 people. Area is quiet, so you don’t have any noise from the street. Staff was super helpful with early check in, check out was easy, they also have luggage room which is not usual for this type of accommodation. You have everything what you need in the apartment from hair dryer and iron to coffee/tea.

Close to 0 soundproof inside the building, so you need to be lucky with your neighbors. There is no AC in the room, I don’t know how people stay there when it’s warmer than 23-25 degrees, especially on the basement floor. 2 small bottles of water would make this apartment perfect.

Spacious and clean, the front desk was super friendly and supportive.

We were swarmed with a lot of insects do we couldn’t leave the windows open for too long.

Access to the public transport

Great location, with close access to all of the city sights (tram stop is 50m away). The apartment was spacious, very clean and well appointed. Zurich known to be a more expensive destination but I think this apartment offered very good value for money. Supermarket and cafes close by for those who want to prepare some of their own food.

Didn't really impact our stay but no air-conditioner - it was fine to open the windows at night to cool down but that also meant a little more noise (worth noting for people visiting at the height of summer).

Das Apartement liegt toll in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofes und der der Innenstadt und auch der Flughafen ist in 15 Minuten mit dem Taxi erreichbar. Sehr geräumig ist das Apartement angelegt, auch war alles sehr sauber. Auch die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist top.

Wenn man was aussetzen möchte, dann dass wir keinen Code erhalten haben, um die erste Türe auf der Straße zu öffnen, diesen bekamen wir erst nach telefonischer Urgenz. Die Balkontür ist defekt, man musste sich ca. 10x spielen, damit sie geöffnet werden konnte und ein bisschen mehr Grundausstattung wäre fein (Öl, Salz, Zucker...)

Die Lage und Sauberkeit war super!

Todo. Muy agradable, muy cuidado, muy cálido, amplio, temperatura perfecta, hemos estado una pareja con dos niños (1 y 3 años) perfectos. Sin duda repetiremos si vamos a Suiza.

Lo único malo, y tampoco es muy grave, que no había ascensor, la próxima vez pediremos uno de los pisos de abajo

Locatia foarte aproape de AutoGara si Gara. La locatie am gasit o combina frigorifica, un expresor Nespresso, bucatarie complet echipata, inclusiv aragaz cu plita magnetica, masina de spalat vase. Zona linistita.

The apartment was home from home. Clean, everything you need for a home stay...even an umbrella for a rainy day. The check in was straight forward and the location was perfect for walking in and out of the city.

宿泊前に、City Stay側と色々とメッセージでやり取りできたので安心できた。ホテルへ到着し、コードでドアを解除、階段を降りるとPCがあり、デジタルチェックインとなっています。必要な情報を入れて簡単にチェックイン完了。追加のキーも作成できます。部屋の中は、十分な広さでベットも快適でした。食器類、料理器具は全て揃っており不自由なし。食洗器が無かったが、食器洗いスポンジと液体洗剤もありました（事前にお願いしたせいかも）。電子グリルレンジ、オーブン、冷蔵庫、大きめのデスクも完備。お風呂はバスタブがありました。洗濯機は共用です。3日間の滞在では仕事から帰ってきてゆっくりできる時間が取れました。近くに美味しいピザ屋や、マリオットホテルのレストランも近い。駅まで徒歩10分。

Ev cok temiz ve konforlu. Evde yemek yapmak icin mutfak esyalari yeterlidir. Zurih merkez e yürümek istenirse 7-8 dakika sürer. Eve 2 dakika mesafede tramvay var 2 durak sonra merkez istasyona ulaşım sağliyorsun . Ev sahipleri çok yardımcı oldu. Ütü ve saç kurutma makinasi tesiste mevcut.

L’hébergement était super, spacieux et très propre. Les instructions étaient très claires pour récupérer la clé en toute autonomie. Très bon rapport qualité/prix

Un peu plus de dosettes à café (3 à disposition) et des cutips auraient été appréciés. Pas de place de parking rattachée au batiment mais parking public juste à côté de l’établissement (avec tarif très correct pour Zurich).
