The pictures are misleading. Prostitutes or Doll Girls wait outside. Very close to the slums and not safe to walk around. Room made us start itching within minutes.

One of its biggest highlights is the excellent location—right in the heart of the city and very accessible to key spots around Manila. It made getting around so convenient, especially for quick trips and sightseeing. Another standout is their comfortable bed—perfect after a long day. The room felt cozy, and the bed provided just the right balance of softness and support, making it easy to relax and recharge. Overall, a great choice if you’re looking for a well-located stay with comfort you can truly rest in
In terms of service, there’s a bit of room for improvement. The front desk staff could be more welcoming and friendly, as the approach came across a bit firm at times. However, she still accommodated some of our requests, which we appreciate. On a positive note, the security guard on duty was commendable—quiet, respectful, and very helpful, which added to the overall experience.

La Clim est très bruyante. On entend tous les bruits dans le couloir C’est très vétuste et mal agencé La rue est vraiment sale, mal fréquentée et bruyante Nous ne nous sentions pas en sécurité dans la rue, même pour aller dans intramuros nous avons dû prendre un taxi.

I know that early check in is not 100% confirmed she can just say nicely that the room is not yet ready rather than asking me where did I booked. I worked in a hotel but the way the staff did to me is totally not professional. Not going back in this hotel anymore. I should try the nearby hotel next booking.

I hope they offered more for those checking-in in their Family room. It feels like it's costly already given its price.

- personnel mal aimable qui ne répond aux demandes des clients (demande transfert airport, demande de remboursement pour annulation). Des qu’on leur pose une question, on a l’impression de déranger - chambre sale avec des draps qui sentent mauvais - chambre sans fenêtre, odeur de moisie - la chambre est minuscule (environ 9m2), la douche n’en ait pas une, on doit se douche entre le lavabo et les wc - pr le petit déjeuner, il s’agit d’une barquette déposée devant la porte…

Reviewed Dec 13, 2025Hotellet ligger på en bakgata ett kvarter innanför Rochas Boulevard och mycket nära amerikanska ambassaden, Rizal park, nära flera museer, Intramuros och "China town". Mallen Robinson place ligger inom gångavstånd och det är även lätt att ta sig till metron (MRT/LRT). Det finns många till synes lyxiga hotell i området men det här är istället ett mindre, enklare hotell, dock välstädat och helt OK. Behöver man helt enkelt ett rum för övernattning, där man kan koppla och duscha är detta ett mycket prisvärt alternativ. Jag var i Manila för att springa Rocknroll Manila marathon och hotellet ligger perfekt placerat nära startområdet, så jag kunde avvakta starten på hotellet och sedan återvända dit, duscha och vila efter målgång.
Man kan alltid önska sig ett större rum, ett fönster med utsikt och en stor toalett men man får vad man betalar för och i mitt fall behövde jag bara tillgång till en sovplats och en dusch, så jag var nöjd.

There was no wifi when I stayed there even though the booking included internet services. I was also not informed ahead of time of its unavailability upon the duration of my stay so it was kind of a bummer.

Though, I might be wrong, but there seems to be a lack of directional signs pointing to fire exits, but there is a pair of fire extinguishers down the corridor.
