お値段を考えると、部屋の内容が不安でしたが、大変快適で清潔でした。キッチンもあるし、駅からも近いので、連泊の時に利用できたら助かると思いました。

雨天つづきだったので、テラスが雨でびっしょりのまま、翌日も変わらずだったのは残念でした。雨があがったら、椅子やテーブルを拭いてくれていたら嬉しかったかもしれません。

仕事での利用ですが、まず駅から近くコンビニや食事場所にも困らないし、大変清潔感もあり快適でした。

ひとつだけ、個人的にはかなり必要な事ですが、シャワートイレが付いていない事。 もし付いていれば100点満点でした。

Die Betten waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Es liegt nur 4 min vom nächsten Bahhof entfernt . Das Personal war sehr hilfreich zu jeder Uhrzeit.

Tutto benissimo. Unica cosa è fare attenzione al nome. Ero convinta di aver prenotato Oak hotel Ueno che era più centrale invece ho selezionato Edo e non sei sul circuito di metro principale

Great location, very convenient. Excellent combination of price via quality.the room are very small, but we expected so.

You cannot use common area or common shower after check out. Check out is,at 10 and if your flight is in the evening you would like to have a shower before, but they didn't allow us to do it which was disappointing. The suitcases they keep for free if its necessary.

I booked here last month and the staff were accomodating. The room itself was enough for me as a solo traveler and the bathroom itself was of Japanese-size. It is also near the station, along with convenience stores and a Sukiya nearby.

The kitchen on the third floor is absolutely amazing and so helpful for family stays.

The size of the rooms were tiny and there was no jet spray in the toilet. Dry wiping required.

Great location in a quieter location of Tokyo, but still close to public transport to navigate easily. The staff were amazing! Courteous, polite and loving our terrible Japanese . Very helpful when checking out and storing our luggage until we moved on to our next location.

Nice location. We only stayed there one night and I believe this hotel was a good option for that. Good storage facility.

Everything in there is nice and cozy If you want affordable stays in Koto City, Japan? This is the place I would recommend.

Far from busy places like Shinjuku and Shibuya but still Okay.

O que mais estragou a minha estadia neste hotel foi o comportamento de um dos rapazes na recepção. Extremamente antipatico comigo sem que eu desse nenhum motivo . Era incapaz de dar um bom dia entre outros comportamentos que comprometeram a reputação da acomodação.

The staff were very friendly and the room was slightly bigger than most that we stayed at. Location was excellent, within 5 minute walking distance to transit. Although breakfast was not included there is a kombini downstairs across the street and on the same street was local to-go food spot that had lovely array of Japanese dishes that were fresh and ready to go.

I wish they had a Japanese toilet

With mid to low budget, the facility offers everything needed. Bedding was clean and comfy and the room reasonably spacious. All the staffs were very nice and helpful as well.

櫃檯人員很親切，有問題都會幫忙解決。房間意外的蠻大的，大行李箱應該可以攤平，我帶小行李箱，所以還有很大的空間

房間的馬桶不是免治馬桶，但外面的馬桶是免治馬桶（？）

3階のフリースペースには無料のドリンク（電気ポットにコーヒー、ミルク、砂糖、お茶）があり、暇な時間も外を見ながらゆっくりできました。 今回はワンルームを予約。ベッドも部屋も思ったより広くて快適でした。外階段からスカイスリーも見えて、地下鉄からも近く便利でした。

ベランダが付いていたのですが、元々鍵が空いてたので少しびっくりしました。個別のベランダですが、そこは入札前に鍵を閉めていて欲しかったなと思います。

The location is great. The hotel is very near subway station with 2 lines. It is also close to many convinient stores and supermarket restaurant. The staffs are friendly and supportive. The kitchen is full equipment

Good location, friendly staff, the lounge and kitchen area was really convenient. The room was nice and clean and slightly bigger than other stays in the area.

The location was great 5 minute walk to the nearest train station Family Mart right next door also the laundry mat was next door so can't complain too much the view from the 10th floor was beautiful

My only complaint is sometimes it was a bit humid in the room but it helped when the windows got opened up

従業員の方が、わかりやすくこまめに教えて頂いた点です。 設備も良かったです。

The hotel is a classic stopover choice for many travelers looking to spend a night near the Sumida River area, which is conveniently connected to the Toei Oedo Line. The room is simple yet equipped with everything needed for a pleasant and comfortable stay. A nice highlight is the rooftop terrace, offering a beautiful view of the Tokyo Skytree.

I've stayed at this place before, so I knew what I could expect of this hotel. Previous time I was with my sister and het boyfriend and stayed in a hotel room, this was really good and spacious. This time I stayed in a shared hostel room, which was fine for what it was. The other guests were respectful and quiet. I had the top bunk bed. There was not really a 'roof' which means that light comes through. So, if you're like me and need to sleep in a pitch dark room, make sure to bring your eye mask! Since I know I am like this, I always make sure to bring mine, so for me this was no issue. In terms of location it is perfect near Morishita station, and from there you can easily go to popular tourist spots. Moreover, near the hotel are some nice breakfast options too. There's a 7/11 around the corner, and if you feel like eating a warm, traditional Japanese breakfast, you can go to Sukiya across the street. For dinner, there are these really nice ramen spots around as well.

The shower and toilet are a bit small, but suffice. However, I was glad there is a dedicated female shower room.

The hotel’s location was great, right next to the subway station and store. The entire hotel and the room were very clean. The staff were very friendly and helped us whenever we needed it. The room and bathroom had everything we needed, and even some extras like makeup remover pads, hair ties, and even yukatas. The hotel also had a shared kitchen where you could cook, and there were free tea bags and instant soups available for guests.

The room was actually pretty cold, even though we had the air conditioning on. There also weren't many places to hang up our clothes. Overall, the room was quite small, but that's normal in Japan.

What a beautiful sight after traveling for 24 hours straight. We only stayed for a night between arriving in Japan and moving to our first destination, but this could be a good base for a few days of exploring with its proximity to the subway (a little far from the normal sightseeing areas but still easy to access them). The beds were firm/supportive but comfortable, great for my bad back (if you like a soft bed, you might think these are too hard). Had a decent amount of room for a Tokyo hotel - got lucky and had a double bed and two twins for just two people so had room to spread out. Decent lounge/terrace area. Staff were friendly. Numerous dining options within a block. Cool view from the top floor. Excellent value for the price.

Not the fanciest place, but if you are planning to spend the day out and about rather than hanging out at the hotel for long periods of time, that shouldn’t be an issue. Beds could be softer but worked for us.

アメニティーの有料貸し出し等の表示があればよかった。朝タオルがないことに気づいて、結局シャワーを浴びれなかった。

I loved the view of the Skytree from the 10th floor, which is where our room was, and I loved how quiet it was! The staff was nice, I liked how they were able to clean/tidy the room up when we had the sign on our door and that there was a staff member who spoke English who was very friendly and helpful. I also liked how close it was to FamilyMart and other convenience stores as well as the train stations.

The only problem was when I tried filling my water bottle on the 3rd floor, the water dispenser wasn’t working or was out of water. Everything else was excellent!

Check In 時服務人員非常用心的介紹飯店設備，也提供很多服務像是租腳踏車、借熨斗或是電棒捲等等。 地點很棒！從森下站A6出口有電梯搭，不用爬樓梯、搬行李箱，走到住宿地點很近，附近便利商店、連鎖餐廳也很多。 房間空間很足夠，我有28吋行李箱和登機箱都可以展開，採光也很好、白天悠閒地待在房間也很舒服，比較罕見的是沒有免治馬桶。
