Ottima posizione

Nei piani più alti non si potevano aprire le finestre, l’odore di fumo nella nostra camera era abbastanza fastidioso

L’emplacement: plusieurs métros à proximité.

Les lits sont petits (120 cm pour 2), la salle de bain également. Le petit déjeuner doit être pris en dehors de l’établissement ce qui n’est pas pratique.

La habitación era de fumadores lo cual a mi pareja le gustaba mucho porque nos era difícil estar buscando smoking áreas por Tokio. La localización era estupenda también y los servicios que ofrecía el hotel eran muy buenos como lavadora y secadora o check out tardío pagando.

La cama era terrible, dos días me levanté sin poderme mover de la contractura que me creo en cuello y espalda. Y el baño que estaba sucio, tenía unas marcas blancas en la pared de la ducha súper feas.

The room was not clean, felt stuffy, and had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, making it very uncomfortable to stay in. The hotel is clearly outdated and in need of thorough renovation and much better housekeeping. As this was a business trip, I requested an invoice both through Booking.com and directly from the hotel, but I never received it. This was very disappointing and unprofessional. Overall, the standard did not match my expectations, and I would not choose this property again.

駅から徒歩で行けたことですかね 水圧は、良かったです。

分かってはいたのですが、綺麗とは感じられず、驚きました。2人で寝るにも狭すぎたと感じました。

The room was in poor condition, Water damage on walls and mildew in the bathroom. I did not realize that the shower/sink water was connected when booking, which ended up being a bit of an issue when one person is showering and the other person needs to wash their hands. There was a lot of wear and tear on the furniture as well.

交通の面でバス停や地下鉄の駅から近く、便利でした。 部屋も個別空調や最低限の設備も整っており、不自由無く過ごせました。

喫煙室やったのにタバコ臭がしたこと。机にあるpopの有効期限がきれていた

Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work properly, and the room was quite cold during the night, which made it a bit uncomfortable

２泊したので受付の方に３人お会いしたが、みなさん丁寧に対応してくださりとても良かった。いろんなホテルと比較したが安い。７階角部屋だったせいかとても静か。

他のレビュー通りホコリが溜まっていて不衛生。シャワーの水量が多いと排水口があふれてトイレの足元が水溜まりになる。

スタッフさんの対応は丁寧で良かった。

風呂場は汚く、部屋内の壁紙が剥がれ、テレビリモコンが使えず、従業員さん用の部屋かと思いました。

エアコンが効き辛くて寒かった。 風呂の湯を流したら排水口から逆流して足拭きマットがビショビショに成った。

Location - 15 min train ride to Disney, 2 stops from Akihabara, 3 stops to Ueno, walking distance to Tokyo station 7eleven along the road, lawson and family mart across the road. Cheap food chains within 1-3 min walk to Sukiya, Yoshinoya and Matsuya. The hotel isnt flash - but it has everything you need. If you’re after a hotel experience, don’t stay here. If you want a decent hotel with optimal location for your Tokyo trip - this is a good hotel to stay in.

ユニットバスの排水溝が詰まっているようで洗面所に直ぐ水が溢れてきた

ユニットバスの湯船側にかけるはずのカーテンが 短すぎて湯船に届かず、シャワーを浴びると トイレ側がビチャビチャに濡れる。 あの短さは正解なのだろうか・・・と思った。

Personale accogliente, stanze pulite e buona posizione con la metro a pochi passi. La struttura è circondata da negozi, e piccoli locali in cui puoi mangiare buon ramen. Il bagno era pulito e dotato di tutto, non hai bisogno di portare nulla!

Atrašanas vieta ļoti laba. Tīrība laba. Vienmēr var saņemt tīrus dvieļus. Viss nepieciesamais bija piedāvāts. Viss atbilst numuira cenai. Numura tīrīšanu var pasūtīt kaut katru dienu.

Pārsteidza tas , ka brokastis bija ārpus viesnīcas, blakus esošajā kafeinīcā. Izvēle nebija diži laba, bet laikam tas atbilst cenai par numuru. Lai atvērtu logu un izvedināt istabu, vajadzēja to sarunāt ar recepciju. Bet visu varēja atrisināt.

Pues tenía buenas amenidades sobre todo para contrarrestar el olor a cigarro de la habitación cosa que fue nuestra culpa porque la habitación más económica y así la reservamos aún así el baño estaba de calidad la cama era pequeña pero estaba cómoda , el lugar tenía buena ubicación para tiendas pero lejos de puntos de conexión

操作間違いで2人で予約2泊93000円こちらの手違いなので宿泊先が綺麗だろうと期待していたがかで紙の剥がれテーブルのかで傷が多い窓が開かないお風呂に入ると蒸気が部屋に充満換気が窓がなく大変

特に感動する事は無かった

1番はテレビのリモコンの反応が悪かった！ そんなに使わないけど、朝など時計の代わりにもつけるのに、チャンネル変更がなかなか効かなかった。 どのチャンネルでもいいけど、やっぱり日常的に見るチャンネルにしたいのになかなか変わらないのは気分良く過ごせなかった。 あと、ベッドメイキングがきっちしすぎてたのか、掛け布団がきっちり過ぎて上がってこなかった。 いいのか良くないのかなんともだけど。

Mouldy wardrobe and wall,ugly look, shower cutain bit short,water sprinkles every where.worried about black mould inside the room. Tv was not working initially,behind tv lots of dust noby cleaned for many months.

Close to everything. Easy access to get to tokyo Disney and other surrounding areas of Toky. 711 Lawson and family mart all within 2 minutes of property. Visitor heaven paradise.. haha

Minor negative was the bathroom shower area. Part of the sink is in the shower and height of tub, so it was very though to move the body around.

Cafards dans la chambre, poussière, hôtel vétuste et pas confortable.

Hotel ma bardzo dobrą lokalizację. Dobrze, że recepcja jest całodobowa i można zameldować się nawet późno w nocy.

Pokój był bardzo brudny - ściany były pokryte plamami nieznanego pochodzenia, pościel była dziurawa, a sprzątanie pokoju jest dostępne tylko na życzenie. Dodatkowo pokój był bardzo mały, ale podobny do standardów japońskich.

- Preis - Zimmerreinigung jeden Tag - Bahnstation in der Nähe. Von Tokyo Central Station 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ansonsten aber auch gute Bahn- und Busverbindung in der Nähe des Hotels. - Freundliches Personal - 7 Eleven usw 20 Meter entfernt - Funktionstüchtige Klima und Aufzug

Das Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen, stattdessen stand im Zimmer ein Luftreiniger bereit. Was uns allerdings wirklich gestört hat, war der Schimmel im Kleiderschrank. Deshalb haben wir unsere Kleidung nicht einsortiert, sondern direkt aus dem Koffer genommen. Abgesehen davon können wir viele der negativen Bewertungen hier nicht nachvollziehen. Tokyo bietet zwar hunderte Hotels, doch nach unserer Budget-Filterung blieben nur dieses und zwei bis drei weitere übrig. Für den niedrigen Preis fanden wir das Hotel insgesamt wirklich in Ordnung – die Lage und das Umfeld waren super. Nur der Schimmel im Kleiderschrank war unglücklich.
