Reviewed Aug 25, 2026The staff were superb. Beautiful views overlooking the mountains. Really good location 5-10minutes walking to the beach. Good facilities, with pool and children's playground. Aerial TV also on the rooms (which is not advertised?) with possibility to connect Netflix account, etc. Good wifi, and good kitchen set up and utensils. Air cond was fine. Sofas were comfy for secondary beds.
You can hear the neighbours if they are relatively noisy, so it is not sound proof.

We stayed in a ground-floor apartment. It was very difficult to breathe inside, and the air conditioning did not work properly. The kitchen ceiling was moldy, and there was mold in the bathroom as well. I don’t understand how anyone can give this accommodation a high rating. The price does not reflect the quality of the service.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026The pool was the best facility what we used most. From 10am to 1pm it had nice shadows where we could relax on the water. After 6pm it was also perfect for relaxation. The closest beach, No. 8, was actually the cleanest one around—even after the crowded solar eclipse! There was hardly any trash in the water (compared with S’Arenal and even Port de Sóller).
The mattress / bed squeaked when lied upon. The soap dispensers were way too highly positioned and my children could not even reach it during showers.

no proper AC. there’s a general AC (not that cold either) in the building but no additional AC in the apartment. we had to keep the blinds shut all day and the balcony closed all day to keep the heat out, and even then it was hot in the room. we were in Mallorca when it was around 35-39 C, it was honestly really tough. also a lot of party people stay in this location, so if you want to relax more, it’s not for you. the swimming pool was busy most of the day, though i wouldn’t say it was too disturbing.

Nur 1x Reinigung des Zimmers innerhalb 8 Tage, Balkontür schließt nicht, Klimaanlage nicht in allen Räumen funktionabel, Aufzugsausfall für 2 Tage ( Apartment im 5 Stock- mit Kinderwagen und 3 kleinen Kindern Semigeil) Küchenausstattung alt , Abfluss im Bad stinkt, läuft nicht ab .. Kaum Abstellfläche im Bad , Pool viel zu klein für Größe des "Hotels" Absolut Hellhörige Zimmer

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Muy cómodo, cerca de la playa y del bus que te lleva al centro de Palma. Tienen sombrillas de huéspedes anteriores que han dejado y puedes usarlas sin cargo y también un mini mercado para comprar algo si necesitas a último momento.
A pesar de que controlan todo el tiempo las reglas de la piscina pone música igual y los niños hacen mucho ruido(no te puedes relajar en la piscina). Con respecto a las instalaciones,lo único a decir es que las pareces son delgadas y se escuchan las habitaciones de al lado. Si deseas relajarte recomiendo un hotel solo adultos haya que estés es familiar.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026The staff and the property itself.The staff were so kind and approachable!We did have a problem with the air conditioning of our room but they changed it right away! We had a late flight after check out and it's so nice that they have a room where you can leave your luggages(with key)so it's safe,and a shower room where you can have a bath and change!.The pool was great and clean!The location was really nice,near to the beach and restaurants and shops!!

Bestek in het appartement was vies en we hebben ook geen schoonmaak gekregen tijdens ons verblijf. Ook extra handdoeken moesten we zelf halen beneden en de vieze weg brengen. Ook zaten er elke dag gasten bij het zwembad met hele harde Duitse muziek die het hele zwembad overnamen.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Ruhig gelegen und trotzdem sehr schnell an der Promenade. Es war alles sehr sauber und die Mitarbeiter/innen waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unsere Betten waren richtig gut und das Apartment verfügt über genügend Stauraum für Gepäck und Koffer, wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt.
In der Küche müsste das Besteck nochmal geprüft werden. Die Messer sind wirklich nicht mehr gut und müssten dringend getauscht werden. Zumindest in dem Apartment in dem wir gewohnt haben.

Keine Tür zur Küche, die Personen die hier drin geschlafen haben wurden immer gestört bzw. Geweckt. Bad sehr klein bei 6 Personen Belegung.

Reviewed May 27, 2026Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Einkaufsmarkt war durchweg geöffnet und man konnte alles bekommen 👍🏻zum Strand und zum feiern nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Der Bus 🚌 in die Stadt nur ein paar Meter entfernt.
Vielleicht doch etwas für jüngere Menschen geeignet oder die feiern wollen war trotzdem schön 🙂

Extrem dünne Wände, man hört was die Nachbarn reden, viele Ballermanngäste, die morgens um 4 zurückkommen.

Reviewed May 5, 2026Het appartement is redelijk eenvoudig maar schoon en netjes. De bedden zijn prima. Er is een leuk zwembad maar dit hebben we niet gebruikt want de watertemperatuur was begin april nog veel te koud. Parkeren is openbaar en gratis maar het kan soms nodig zijn een straatje verderop te staan.
De keuken is ingericht om een maaltijd te koken maar er waren wel weinig pannen. De kamers zijn wat gehorig dus een snurkende buurman is goed hoorbaar.

Veoma losa izolacija sve se cuje iz drugih soba. Neverovatno koliko se cuje kao da nije zid između nego paravan… Ne mogu zamisliti kolika je tu buka u sezoni.

Los colchones del sofá. Las camas cómodas pero los colchones de los sofá camas son durísimos...y una tabla debajo...no son para dormir. Mantas muy viejas y almohadas muy muy finas. La calefacción no funcionaba,echaba aire frío.

Reviewed Nov 9, 2025EN:In the apartment where we stayed, the seating sofas had movable cushions, and underneath there was a sharp metal edge. Our daughter scraped her skin when she sat down – fortunately it didn’t result in a deep cut, but it could have. The only solution was to cover the sharp edges with towels to prevent further injury. Another issue was the air conditioning vent, which was visibly dirty and had mold inside. This is, in my opinion, a serious hygiene problem. Overall, I would not recommend this accommodation. CZ: V apartmánu, kde jsme byli ubytovaní, byly na sedacích soupravách posuvné matrace a pod nimi ostrá plechová hrana. Naše dcera se při běžném dosednutí nepříjemně odřela – naštěstí bez tržné rány. Jediné provizorní řešení bylo překrýt hrany ručníky, aby nedošlo k dalším zraněním. Dalším problémem byl výdech z klimatizace, který byl viditelně znečištěný a uvnitř byla plíseň, což považuji za poměrně vážný hygienický nedostatek. Celkově bych toto ubytování nedoporučil.
