De locatie is fijn en rustig.

De kamer was heel erg klein en niet alles was goed aan gevuld, zoals bijvoorbeeld de tissues. Het trappenhuis was daarnaast niet zo netjes verzorgd en gehorig. Verder kun je in de buurt alleen betaald parkeren en dit is flink geprijsd. We hadden een kleine kamer zonder ontbijt, maar vond dit in vergelijking met andere hotels (zelfs in de binnenstad) te hoog geprijsd voor wat je krijgt. Ik had toen ik de recensies las meer verwacht voor deze prijs.

I really liked my stay in Casa Julia hotel because of its polite hospitality team, cosy atmosphere, beautiful interior design of breakfast area. My stay was pleasant and warm.

O Hotel é muito bonito, bem localizado e organizado. A equipe é super solicita e o café da manhã é bem servido.

O quarto é amplo, mas com algumas questões: a porta do banheiro não abre por completo e bate na cama; é um pouco abafado, a janela teve de ficar aberta (quando não estava chovendo); e o frigobar não funcionou.

Ik kreeg een upgrade naar een wat grotere kamer. Goede stille airco, erg fijn bed. Stille koelkast op de kamer. Badkamer groot genoeg. Het restaurantgedeelte beneden ziet er goed uit. Gratis koffie en thee te pakken gedurende het verblijf, met koekjes! Vriendelijke en attente medewerkers.

Toen ik 's avonds op de kamer kwam, stond de airco aan...op warm! En het was al warm genoeg. Niet echt prettig en zonde van de energie. Snel de ramen open gedaan, totdat ik de airco om kon omzetten naar koel. Het afzuigkapje in de badkamer zat vol stof. Als je de B&B in totaal bekijkt valt dit tegen. Toiletbril was ook wat los, kleine dingetjes die jammer zijn. Het centrum is met de fiets snel te bereiken.

The staff is friendly.

The room was on the ground floor and without AC, windows opened to the hotel garden, and it was very warm inside.... In my case they did not accept changes of the booking after I needed to depart earlier. So, they stick to the contract. In addition, they were not able to adjust any billing details for this business trip, although it was booked as one from the beginning.

It was lovely to have access to tea, coffee and treats in the communal area.

The stairs were a bit steep!

Mini albergo in una casa/villa caratteristica con meno di 15 stanze...molto carino con personale disponibile. Abbiamo utilizzato la small suite in 4 vicino al centro e università. Tutto molto ordinato. Apprezzato gli accappatoi.comodo frigo e microonde

Parcheggio caro bisogna andare al multipiano a 10 minuti x un 30% di vantaggio su tariffa. Scomodo il divano letto su cui hanno dormito i ragazzi.

Etablissement cher pour des prestations moyennes. Pseudo-salle de bains minuscule et serviette de toilette très petite. Il fallait choisir (une seule prise accessible pour les deux appareils) entre ventilateur et TV (qui de toutes façons ne fonctionnait pas). Petit déjeuner hors de prix. En bref, l'hôtel Ibis Styles à proximité offre de meilleures prestations à des tarifs moins élevés.

Fijne locatie, op 5/10 minuten lopen van het centrum, in een rustige woonwijk. Wij parkeerden voor de deur en dit is gratis op zondag t/m maandag 12:00 uur. Wij waren met z’n vieren en hadden de junior Suite op de bovenste verdieping. Klopt dat het gehorig is, dus denk ik afhankelijk van de overige gasten hoe luidruchtig die zijn hoe je het gaat ervaren. Wij hebben prima geslapen. De suite is echt ruim met een tweepersoonsbed, en een tweepersoons slaapbank. Beiden worden gescheiden door een muurtje, wat fijn is. Een bad naast het tweepersoonsbed, klein keukentje met koelkast, magnetron en bestek/borden. Kast aanwezig. Airconditioning in de kamer. Het zag er schoon, licht en netjes uit. Bovendien warm gevoel bij binnenkomst, gratis ijsje werd aangeboden, snoepjes die je mag pakken en gratis koffie en thee en koekje, een tuin waar je in kan zitten.

De prijs van het ontbijt van 23 euro per persoon vond ik jammer. Voor ons vieren zou dat dus bijna 100 euro zijn voor een ontbijt, echt te veel naar mijn mening (vooral als je met kinderen bent die na 1 broodje vol zitten).

Communication with the staff regarding invoicing has been messy. The lack of attention and poor communication made a simple administrative task unnecessarily frustrating.

The place was quiet and nice, and the staff did help us in the end, they made our stay better for the second night.

We had no electricity for over 12 hours during our first night. I didn't like that they weren't ready to help with the problem, even though staff knew it could happen, I was told "the house is old, so this kind of thing might happen." I'm not blaming anyone, but if you know something might happen, you should have someone ready to fix it 24/7, or at least an immediate alternative.

il bagno della nostra stanza, non aveva una vera porta ma due ante di un armadio, quindi non si chiudeva adeguatamente, inoltre non c'era alcuna ventilazione ed era piccolissimo. Nella stanza c'era un frigo molto rumoroso, peccato perchè dall'esterno arrivava il cinguettio degli uccellini. Tramite app abbiamo affittato un auto che era proprio di fronte all'Hotel, abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà ad attivarla e il ragazzo della reception era alla finestra, quando siamo entrati abbiamo chiesto se poteva aiutarci ma la risposta è stata che non la conosceva.

Die in Booking.com versprochene Klimaanlage gab es nicht im Zimmer sondern auf dem Flur. Die in Booking.com versprochenen kostenfreien Parkplätze gab es nicht. Die Hotelrezeption hat uns kostenpflichtige Parkplätze angeboten (30 € pro Tag in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hotel, 20,60€ pro Tag etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hotel weg im Parkhaus).

Lo staff è super gentile e accogliente, hai a disposizione sempre la macchina del caffe/te e la stanza era di buone dimensioni. La posizione é comoda e tranquilla, non è centrale ma in 20 min a piedi sei in centro.

La stanza non era pulita, troppa polvere, capelli sui cuscini. Macchine di sporco. Alcuni oggetti come i porta salviette continuavano a staccarsi.

We kozen dit hotel omwille van de goede ligging, op wandelafstand van het centrum. We boekten last minute met een korting, waardoor de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding in orde was. Het ontbijt was goed en voldoende keuze.

Het hotel is erg gehorig. Ook ‘s nachts werden we wakker van thuiskomende gasten, wenende baby’s..

Alles was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Ruhrige Gegend. Kaffee und Tee stand jederzeit zur Verfügung. Ins Zentrum 10 min zur Fuß.

Minibar (Kühlschrank) war nicht kühl genug. Ventilation im Bad ging spontan ein und aus.

Het is een mooi klein boutique hotel. Interieur is mooi en kamer was ruim.

De badkamer was verouderd en de kamer was erg gehorig. We hadden veel last van de mensen boven en naast ons qua geluid.

Its a lovely place that is clearly well looked after. Fabulous breakfast and we really liked the courtyard as a tranquil place to relax in the hot weather. We also liked the free coffee, doughnuts and cookies. It is a little out of the centre but only a 10 minute walk, All the staff we saw were really friendly and welcoming.

Our room didn't have air con - we had a wall-mounted fan and a plug-in air-con unit which was just about ok. Strangely, the landing outside the bedroom did have air con. Friends we travelled with also had air con in their room so maybe we were unlucky.

Am stat a doua oară la Casa Julia și a fost minunat. Camera, personalul, curățenia, și mai ales Liniștea! Cartierul este minunat, la 10 minute de centru și de gară. Cel mai bun loc din Delft.

I had a wonderful stay and was pleasantly surprised by this charming hotel, which is set in a lovely house full of character. My room was on the first floor and was incredibly spacious, with a beautiful boho-inspired design, amazing large windows, and a lovely view that made the room feel bright and inviting. I was also happy to find that the room had both air conditioning and a hairdryer, even though these amenities were not listed on Booking. I think they are definitely worth mentioning because they made my stay much more comfortable. The gentleman at the reception was absolutely lovely and even helped me carry my bag upstairs, which was such a kind and appreciated gesture. The girls from the reception were also super lovely and friendly. The location was perfect for me - just a little over a 1 km walk to the downtown area along a charming street. Breakfast had a nice variety of options, and the entire hotel had such cozy, welcoming vibes. I especially enjoyed spending time in the cute backyard, which was perfect for relaxing. And as a cat lover, I was delighted to meet the neighbors two adorable Maine Coon cats, who made the experience even more special.

Nothing, really loved the hotel!

Ein ganz bezauberndes kleines Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal! Man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein, aber das beeinträchtigt nicht den wunderschönen Gesamteindruck! Wir würden wiederkommen.

We were in a suite. The mattress was very comfortable and the room was clean and well presented. I'd say the property was decent value for money compared with other rooms in the area. There was a narrow balcony but we mich enjoyed being able to the use the garden downstairs. The property was 15 minutes stroll into town, and 10 minutes walk to a big supermarket.

We thought there was a coffee machine in the room but it was actually access to the main one in the dining room. Not a problem really, just a very minor inconvenience. There was also some noise from next door each night but only briefly. It came with a good fridge, kettle, microwave and dining set up though which massively made up for it.

We waren er nu voor de tweede keer, en er was weer niets om over te klagen.

Parkeren in de straat was duur.

Huiselijke sfeer. Licht. Prima locatie om Delft te bekijken.

Voor een double superior was de badkamer wel een beetje klein. Als je op de wc zat, raakten je knieën de muur.

Klimat tworzą ludzie, a pracownicy Casa Julia byli zawsze pod ręką i zawsze życzliwie odpowiadali na pytania. Darmowa kawa 24/7 i miska owoców były znakomitą wisienką na torcie gościnności. Można narzekać na miękki materac, mało warzyw na śniadanie, czy mało światła w łazience, ale to tylko drobne niedogodności. Następnym razem w Delft też skorzystamy z Casa Julia.

Kamer was alleen veel te warm, helaas geen airco maar wel fijn dat we een extra ventilator erbij kregen.

De locatie is behoorlijk centraal en rustig, het hotel is erg charmant en de indeling is gezellig. Het voelt huiselijk en stijlvol aan. Personeel erg vriendelijk, behulpzaam en leuke extra attenties.

het enige wat een opmerking zou kunnen zijn dat het toilet nogal dicht op de muur er tegenover zat dus voor lange mensen is dat wel erg ongemakkelijk maar is vast niet bij alle kamers zo.

Casa Julia is a lovely, beautiful decorated guesthouse. We had a very warm and friendly welcome. The staff helped us with the luggage and good advise. The breakfast was very good with a big variety. We had a lovely stay and can recommend this guesthouse without hesitation.

Our room was very cramped, but the rest of the experience made up for that.

Nettes kleines Zimmer, alles was man braucht. Lage ca. 15 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt in ruhiger Wohngegen. Frühstück war sehr gut und lieg gestaltete, mit vielen Dingen aus der Niederlande. Alles vorhanden was man für den Start in den Tag braucht.

Leider in der direkten Umgebung keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch keine Lokale für Abendessen.

Mein Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss. Die Fenster konnten nicht gestellt werden . Da im Erdgeschoss traute ich mich nicht in der Nacht das Fenster zu öffnen.

La télé ne fonctionnait pas sur les 3 jours où on était sur place .et on a pas eu un geste commercial en partant pourtant on l a precisé.Le soir après 21 h il n y a plus rien à faire sur Delft donc sans télé c est compliqué

The atmosphere was very cozy and welcoming, and the staff were extremely kind and hospitable. The hotel’s location was also quite convenient, as it was well positioned between the university campus and the more historic part of the city of Delft. Overall, it made for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Prima locatie aan de rand van Delft. Kamer was zeer schoon en netjes en best smaakvol ingericht.

Kamer en badkamer waren echt heel klein. Voor 1 nachtje oké, maar voor een langer verblijf met 2 personen te benauwend. En dan hebben wij nog een heel bescheiden postuur. Ontbijt kostte 23 euro p.p. extra. We zijn geen grote ontbijters en vonden dat dan ook te duur. In plaats daarvan hebben we op 10 minuten lopen bij een heel authentiek Delfts ontbijt- en lunchrestaurant voor heel redelijke prijzen gegeten.

Fijne plek en dito kamer. Voor mij alleen toch een erg ruim bed en kleine maar prima badkamer. De aankomst was prettig, aardige ontvangst. Ook het ontbijt was erg lekker en goed. Fijn ook om goede koffie en thee te kunnen pakken tijdens het verblijf.

Het is enorm gehorig. Ik lag al best vroeg in bed en lag op de begane grond, waardoor ik vele gasten heb horen thuiskomen. Slaan met deuren, lopen van trappen, boven me geloop. Ik werd steeds weer wakker. Dit is echt een groot minpunt, helaas.

De lichte frisse kleurstelling in het hotel. En het ontbijt was voortreffelijk! Aangezien het een klein hotel is voelt het heel knus.

Het personeel was aardig en behulpzaam. De gezamenlijke ruimte was gezellig. De plek van het hotel was uitstekend, want in een rustige woonwijk op loopafstand van het drukke centrum.

Een verfje en een nieuwe bank zou onze kamer goed doen.
