Hotel estava sem água no banheiro. Ninguém avisou. Não tinha ninguém de noite na recepção para reclamar. Abandonei o hotel tarde da noite sem um banho. Quarto só fedia a cigarro. Dinheiro jogado fora. Ninguém ressarciu ou sequer justificou a falta de água.

I never got the fridge to work - travelling with insulin, a working fridge is a must. Water dissapeared for one of the days.

Nu a functionat aerul conditionat, ceea ce nu este normal in luna august sa dormi la 30 de grade. Nu am dormit toata noaptea, am stat cu usa deschisa. Ni s-a facut rau. Plus de asta, am avut furnici in camera si la baie. Sper doar sa nu fi plecat cu ele in bagaj:)

Avevo prenotato una camera matrimoniale e ho trovato una camera con due lettini singoli, una doppia. L aria condizionata non funzionava. All una di notte finalmente ci hanno cambiato camera perché nella nostra c erano 33 gradi e si soffocava per il caldo. ci hanno dato la camera accanto, piccolissima, che nn era stata ripulita dopo che gli ospiti precedenti erano andati via. Il ragazzo della reception ha cambiato le lenzuola al letto ma. Nn è stata pulita ne la camera ne il bagno. Soggiorno abbastanza deludente e poco confortevole perché nn ci ha permesso di riposare in quanto il sistema di aria condizionata della camera andava in blocco continuamente.

Reviewed Jul 28, 2026I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. The first night the rooms air conditioning was leaking and the whole floor was flooded. They moved us to another room in another building then the toilet and shower didn't work. We had to use another rooms bathroom facilities as the air con wasn't working in that room. I asked for a refund and was told to apply to Agoda and then they refused the refund. everything was a disaster.

It’s not clean at all, the bed sheets, towels and the black bellows were dirty, and in our last night the bathroom had no water at all, we were told to go to the first floor to have a shower or use the bathroom!!

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026This very reasonably priced hotel is close to the terminal, we easily walked with our luggage. We stayed on the 4th floor in a clean and very pleasant room. Alvin was super helpful when he checked us in (have to go up to the 1st floor) and offered us several recommendations for restaurants in the area. Great location if travelling to the Rome Airport (FCO) as the Leonardo Express is 33 mins direct by train.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026This is a proper railway station hotel. By that, I mean, it is good for a one- night stopover after arriving in the city or if you were leaving the next morning by train. Just a couple of blocks from Roma Termini station, it is very convenient, if that were your main objective. The rooms were somewhat clean. The bathroom fixtures seemed new. There is a small lift. There are plenty of cafes nearby and in the railway station. We had rooms in the first and third floors. The third floor bathroom shower had poor water pressure. In contrast, the shower in the first floor was great. The washrooms and the rooms were very compact. The arrangement of the fixtures in the bathroom was weird - pot, washbasin and bidet in that order. Roma Termini area has a poor reputation for safety. This side of the station with many hotels and restaurants seemed better and safer than the other side.

We had a very disappointing experience staying here. We found ants in our room during the night and attempted to contact the hotel for assistance. We were told no one was available to help, despite the front desk operating 24 hours a day. No one addressed the issue until the following morning, leaving us to deal with the infestation overnight. In the morning, the hotel first stated they would clean the room, then moved us to a room directly next door. Unfortunately, the second room also had ants. We had to completely pack up and move our belongings, only for the problem to continue.At that point, it was too late to reasonably find another hotel accommodation. We have photo and video evidence from both rooms documenting the issue. The situation was not properly resolved, and the compensation offered did not reflect the severity of the experience.

Reviewed May 19, 2026Stayed here with my daughter for 4 nights. Our room smelled of stale smoke. One bed had no duvet, just a sheet. On the second day the boiler broke down there was no hot water. 3 men came into our room to access the boiler and crashed around for 2 hours. The next day there was no hot water. When we came back to our room, there was a boiler sitting in the middle of the floor, tools everywhere and the room stank. Absolutely no apology for the inconvenience and no compensation. The manager never spoke to me and never responded to my emails. The desk staff promised the manager would be in touch. Cowardly way to run a business. Extremely disappointed with their attitude.

La atención de una recepcionista que fue muy grosera al insistir en que le pagara en efectivo la estadía, no que quiso dar el recibo de pago de los taxes y me tiró el vuelto de los taxes. Lo que aparece en las fotos de booking del hotel no es lo como las habitaciones está ahorita, deberían d e actualizar porque la secadora de pelo tenía cinta adhesiva porque estaba quebrada, el baño tenía moho, olía a cigarrillos, las ventanas estaban bloqueadas entonces al abrí a la ventana de vidrio lo que se veía era la ventana de madera y no entraban luz natural a la habitación, las sábanas están viejas y muy usadas. Realmente había reservado para varios días y me fui antes de ahí no soportaba estar en ese lugar.

Dålig information i receptionen. Ingen dryck i kylen och inget kaffe på rummet (endast té). Alldeles för kallt i rummet och ingen möjlighet att höja temperaturen. Hårtorken var inte av god kvalitet. Vattnet i duschen var antingen för varmt eller kallt.

La recepcionista no quería recibirme el pago en tarjeta y se enojó cuando pagué por la aplicación, los impuestos son 6 euros por persona por día y se pagan en efectivo por lo que es falso que incluye impuestos y tasas. Cuando pague los impuestos la recepcionista me tiró el vuelto en monedas y me habló en un idioma como de la India, proque no quise pagara en efectivo la estancia. El lugar y las fotos que salen en booking no coinciden, la habitación no tenía ventana, el baño la ducha estaba tapada, olía mal, la pared tenía hongo de humedad, no había desayuno ni un café, realmente nada que ver con lo que publicaron.

Camera vecchia, con muffa, phon rotto attaccato con lo scotch, pulizia estremamente superficialòe con capelli incollati alle mattonelle, porte (si vede che è stata passata la stessa pezza ovunque e ha trascinato sporcizia in giro invece di toglierla). Capelli anche nel letto comunque. uno schifo. L'accesso alla stanza è molto stretto, non c'è una vera e propria reception, staff straniero. non è un albergo 3 stelle, visto la pulizia, le dimensioni, i servizi inesistenti e non c'è nemmeno la colazione.
