Posizione buona, servizio pulizia eccellente, stanza un po piccola ma va bene cosi. 👍🏻

Located in an area that is full of shops and not far from central London by tube.

A bathroom with neither a window nor a working electric fan is too bad. Couldn’t reach out via email or phone to any customer support. I reported that to the receptionist in my second day immediately,they responded by checking, but nothing happened. Sink was nearly blocked, but that was resolved. A lightbulb was not there.

I booked this for a post concert bed, rather than do a just park and have the agg of a drive back after the gig. As somewhere to get your head down after show at shepherd's Bush empire it's perfect. A short walk and your there. Very pleased cheers.

Nothing worth noting

Personalet var rigtig flinke og meget hjælpesomme. Rengøringen var også fin, gode senge og dejligt med et stort shoppingcentre tæt på, da vi havde en regnvejrsdag.

Vi havde værelse ud mod vejen, og vi var nødt til at have vinduet åbent, og der var virkelig trafikstøj. Politiet og brandvæsenet lå længere ned af vejen, og de kørte forbi mange gange på et døgn med fuld udrykning, så det blev ikke til meget søvn.

Ciò che mi ha colpito di più sono stati l'igiene e il servizio. La strada era così tranquilla che mi è piaciuta molto. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Tre våningar utan hiss och med mycket smala trappor. Ingen AC Det fanns inga gemensamma utrymmen där man kunde sitta. Jag har nu läst andras recentioner och undrar om vi har bott på samma hotell. Vi träffade ingen personal. Incheckningen skedde på grannhotellet. Vi kunde inte komma in i frukostrummet när vi ville se hur där såg ut för att kunna bestämma om vi ville äta på hotellet.

La chambre était magnifique, avec une vue imprenable, et l'atmosphère était très intime. Le design était soigné, les installations impeccables et le personnel de la réception très agréable.

Czysta łazienka, wygodne łóżko i ogólnie dużo miejsca do relaksu. Personel był bardzo miły. Doświadczenie było jak z najwyższej półki.

Het personeel heeft zich buitengewoon ingezet om ons verblijf perfect te maken. De kamer was stijlvol, stil en schoon. Een echte aanrader!

In a quiet area , the staff were very nice and were able to leave your bags in the office on last day instead of carrying about with you

As there 5 of us in one room there was nowhere really to put our luggage.

Very good location, room much better than ibwas expecting as I booked a single. WiFi wasn't brilliant as i was in the top floor, some mould stains in the bathroom but the overall cleanliness was spot on.

Podrumska vruca, zagusljiva I neodrzavana soba. Prljav tepison, neudoban krevet, bez mjesta za odlozit stvari. Lavabo u kupaoni curi. Nikakva izolacija, znači cujete goste iz ostalih soba. Slike na web nemaju veze sa stvarnosti.

Ter que comprar no proprio hotel adaptador para a tomada, pois um hotel devia firnecer ou ja ter adaptado algumas tomadas para o padrao europeu e latino americano. Nao ter controle para a TV. Nao ter opcao de café solivel no quarto, apenas chás.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le présent, la décoration et l'atmosphère relaxante. Le personnel s'est montré très efficace et professionnel durant notre séjour.

Where to start?! Awful room,, at the front of the property so very noisy with the street outside, no Aircon just a fan which only worked on high which meant it was very loud and could not sleep so had to turn it off and room was very hot , window open but then really noisy with traffic etc outside but had no choice. Carpet had horrible brown stains on it, shower did not work well and when we went to reception they said they would send a plumber. Supposed plumber turned up with no tools and just made an excuse about a screw loose! As the room was high up in the property we put it down to others having showers, flushing toilets etc and the higher up the property the lower pressure you get. Smoke detector hanging off the ceiling which is a healthy and safety failure. General condition of the room dusty, worn and the mattress and pillows were cheap and uncomfortable. Chips in all the furniture, TV did not work as it appears the batteries weren't working. Material on the headboards all peeling off. This hotel is not somewhere I would ever stay again and would not recommend anyone to book. Not worth £110 per night for room only and I would like some compensation back.

Was on the top floor so quite warm and getting suitcase up and down wasnt fun. Fan did break when I first arrived so no cooling.

The only positive aspect is the location.

The bathroom was dirty and had a bad smell, the shower had low water pressure, the mattress was uncomfortable, and the room was poorly cleaned (dust even on the walls). In summer, the room gets extremely hot as there is no air conditioning-only a dusty fan, which we had to replace due to malfunction. Poor front desk service (both morning and evening staff). One of my belongings disappeared from the room, and after contacting reception, a lot of insistence, and nearly 12 hours later, it was finally returned. Throughout the entire process, the staff’s attitude was marked by indifference and unwillingness to help, with no apology whatsoever for what had happened. The worst hotel stay we have ever had. I do not recommend.

Sehr freundliches Personal,gute Lage, sehr gutes Wlan und auch der Zimmer Service war sehr gut. Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt. Ein Local Sainbury für Lebensmittel genau gegenüber. Man muß natürlich Abstriche in Richtung Größe des Zimmers und Lage des Zimmers(sehr lebendige Straße)machen. Da muss man dann eben auch ein bisschen tiefer in die Geldbörse greifen,um etwas besseres in dieser Richtung zu erreichen. Also wer Ruhe sucht,sollte ein Zimmer hinten heraus wählen,oder sich ein Hotel in einer Seitenstrasse suchen.

Der riesige Ventilator sollte mal repariert oder durch einen neuen ersetzt werden. Er läuft nur auf der Höchststufe,die anderen Einstellungen sind defekt,bedeutet,das er zwar ordentlich Wind verbreitet,aber eben auch höllisch laut ist

The room was small, almost 7 x 8 feet,

The room was not clean and in need of some serious upgrade. The skirting boards, plug sockets, bed frame and light shade were thick in dust. The walls had stains and marks all over them. The tea tray, cup and kettle were filthy. I had to go to the local shop and get anti bac wipes and clean the room myself so that I could settle. The carpet didn’t look like it had been vacuumed and had rubbish on the floor from previous guest. The fan in the bathroom sounded like a aeroplane taking off and kept going for ages after turning the light off, I had to switch it off at the isolator. There are absolutely no mod cons in this room such as usb points which is fine but people should be aware if wanting to charge phones etc. On arrival there is a sign saying check in at reception and the an arrow pointing to the left. After fifteen minutes of trying to work out where that was a kind couple who happened to see me and had the same experience explained that the arrow was pointing to a building across the road which had a different name but same company. Cleanliness should be the basic to be expected, they really need to sort this out as the standard was very poor

The receptionist was excellent - very helpful and quick to assist with any issue that came up. The room could have been a bit cleaner, but it was still comfortable enough for our stay. The location is very convenient, with easy access to several stations. It can get a bit noisy at times due to busy road traffic, but overall it’s a well-situated place.

Our stay at Comfotel Hotel was perfect. The guy at the reception was extremely kind, and from the moment we arrived everything was flawless. The room was good and the bathroom as well. The location was strategic — not right in the city centre, but in a neighbourhood where there was everything we needed, with public transport very close by. For my travel style and considering the quality-price ratio, I couldn’t have found anything better in London. Everything was perfect.

During my stay, everything was more than positive.

Non era il massimo della pulizia. Ultimo piano senza ascensore con scale piccolissime… una sera l’acqua faceva fatica ad uscire dal rubinetto.

Goede bedden, lekkere douche, ijskastje op de kamer, toegang met de kaart ging goed, rustige plek, supermarkt aan de andere kant van de straat, Underground op redelijke afstand en ook voldoende eetgelegenheden.

Bij aankomst kregen we eerst een kamer met maar 2 plaatsen, terwijl we met zijn drieën waren en voor 3 geboekt hadden. Werd gelukkig snel opgelost, maar was wel "bijzonder". Verder stond er maar 1 stoel, wat weinig is voor een kamer met 4 slaapplekken.

Le processus d'enregistrement a été rapide et fluide. J'ai apprécié le design élégant et l'environnement calme. Tout était très bien organisé.

Van het inchecken tot het uitchecken was het geweldig. De kamer was ruim opgezet en had een mooi ontwerp. Een fantastische plek en uitstekende service.

Velmøblerte rom, stille og rent. Hyggelig personale, imøtekommende og responsiv. Ville absolutt besøkt det igjen.

L’emplacement excellent, nous étions quasiment aux portes du centre ville. Le quartier est vraiment très sympa. La chambre était faite tous les jours et les serviettes étaient changées. Les draps étaient propres. Le personnel sympa et le service bagage était très pratique.

La chambre en sous-sol humide et sombre. Lorsque nous avons réservé au mois de mars, nous pensions avoir une chambre au moins au rez de chaussée ou en étages comme les photos que vous avez montré sur le site. Malheureusement elles ne montrent pas la réalité. Très décevant. Les murs ne sont pas épais et on entendait tout (la personne d’à côté a ronflé très fort nous empêchant de bien dormir pendant près de 3 jours). La propreté de la chambre plus que douteuse.
