La habitación era preciosa y estaba limpísima. El desayuno espectacular. El señor que nos atendió en el desayuno de 10

La habitación algo pequeña y la 109, la nuestra, al lado de la puerta de acceso de entrada a las habitaciones por lo que el ruido de la puerta era constante, nos fue difícil conciliar el sueño

Incredible bed, super nice room, property clean and up to high standards as expected and the breakfast was absolutely amazing every day! 🤩

Pool was not heated and the weather was a bit tricky so really needed a warmer pool

Convenient location to everything in San Miguel. Pool was beautiful!

The bed, sheets and pillows were amazing - some of the best I’ve ever slept in.

Shower was like warm, it leaked when there was heavy rain and the roof in the room next to the shower came down in the night.

Exquisita la decoración y diseño interior con elementos artesanales mexicanos del Lotel Casa Arca, muy amable la atención de los recepcionistas y personal del restaurante y housekeeping, deliciosa la comida del restaurant, remiendo cenar por lo menos una vez allí. El desayuno muy bueno, ofrecen extractos de verduras y frutas, huevos en muchos estilos, panes artesanales, chocolate caliente (buenísimo!!) y mucho más. Ubicado en calle peatonal a media cuadra de la Plaza Mayor.

It often was cold in the dining room due to deliverymen leaving the exterior door open in the morning

The breakfast was outstanding with many wonderful options to choose from on the menu. It was a culinary delight and a great way to start off a day filled with lots of walking. Service was also impeccable.

El diseño y las instalaciones.

1. Lo peligrosa y resbalosa que es la ducha. Tuvimos que pedir una alfombra antideslizante. Increíble que no tengan baldosa antideslizante. 2. Lo impráctico que es el sistema de iluminación y energía en las habitaciones. Es una odisea cargar el celular. 3. La poca disposición de las dos chicas de recepción, francamente desinteresadas y con actitud muy poco amable. 4. Lo pobre que es el desayuno y que el tipo que tomó la orden bostezó en la cara de mi compañero de viaje.

The dining experience was superior, whether breakfast, rooftop terrace appetizers, or dinner. It was obvious that the chef was excellent. Room 104 was conveniently located and quiet.

We were unprepared for the cold temperature in the breakfast area each morning, but realize that it is the way the historic structure is built. The shower area in room 104 needs repair: new tiles and repainting.

The amenities of the room were especially nice.

The design of the entryway step to room 208 was hazardous.

Location and restaurant

No windows in the room. Super expensive. Smelled muggy in then room due to lack of windows. There was a bath in the middle of the room but too small to enjoy a bath in.

Ideal stay, right in the centre, lovely staff (particularly Jessica at the front desk and the cleaning lady). The bars and restaurants were superb. All very clean, the pool was warm enough and the bed was super comfortable

Since we drive, the property proactively contacted us for the exact location of pickup as the road towards the hotel is closed for drving.

Estás literalmente en el centro de San Miguel la ubicación es muy buena, puedes llegar a todos lados caminando. La habitaciones tienen muy buen tamaño y son cómodas.

Considero que el baño de la habitación en que me quedé necesita mantenimiento la ducha fue un tema. Y recomiendo mantenimiento al aire acondicionado ya que presenta cierto olor a humedad.

Breakfast was good! Lovely rooftop bar and the staff was very helpful with transportion to and from the airport and local venues.

We stayed in the newer area, I was expecting to be in the second level, however the room was well appointed,the restaurant is excellent! We loved our stay and the fabulous breakfasts included, with our room and the service! Michelin Star! You cannot beat location!

This is my favorite place in San Miguel. It’s worth every penny. When we arrive, they remember us and treat us like family. The restaurant has delicious food and always makes room for us. The included breakfast is incredible!

Los cuartos super bonitos y super limpios y personal de limpieza INCREIBLES, comida muy rica y restaurantes muy agradables para estar y en ambientación.

La hora de check IN es MUY impráctica y mas si vas a pasar el día en San Miguel etc... Si tienes evento como era nuestro caso muy mal por que no hay manera que puedas tener acceso a tu cuarto antes de las 3pm. Desgraciadamente la persona que nos atendió a nuestra llegada de muy mala actitud pero todos los demás muy atentos.

El restaurante de roof es excelente, sobre todo por el servicio de juan y ray

The only place I stay when I’m in SMA. Great restaurant downstairs and close to everything you want to see. We love the proximity to Ki’bok coffee and our MUST try Andrea’s Italian restaurant!

Charming hotel, arrived in wee hours of the morning 3am and hotel staff met me and showed me to my delightful room. The staff, dining experience and amenities are outstanding. Highly recommend this charming small hotel

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Decor was beautiful. The bathtub!Wow! Our bed was cloud-like and the fireplace was a great bonus. Location was perfect. It gets a bit noisy on a Saturday night outside, but I’m used to it living in a big city. Will definitely be back!

You can hear people talking outside really easily Breakfast was great and staff very helpful Parking is not in the property, the valet take your car and parks it 10min away from the hotel so you need to let them know you’ll need your car with some time in advance

Entrada peatonal, no tiene servicio de habitación, planta baja con restaurante bullicioso.

We stayed one night and the room was beautiful, we received a welcome drink upon arrival, and breakfast, which was very nice, was included. The one thing that made our stay less than excellent was the air conditioner was quite noisy and yet, we needed the air so couldn’t turn it off.

El Hotel está increíble, las habitaciones muy amplias y súper cómodas, las instalaciones son de lo mejor, restaurante delicioso, wine bar, Mezcaleria, Tasting Room de Casa Dragones, Rooftop. Muy recomendable.

The receptionist at the check in had no idea what it means to be in hospitality industry. They have their rates in USD, but their Amex machine only let you pay in Mexican pesos with an Abusive exchange rate, so I ended up paying way much more than the rate is on booking.

Cuidan cada minimo detalle, el cuarto muy limpio con todas las amenidades necesarias para una excelente estancia, la ubicacion inmejorable, la atencion brindada por todos los empleados excelente.

Tiny property with a restaurant on the bottom floor. You have to cross through the restaurant to get to the second floor where the pool is located. Pool facilities are not kept up. Tile was dirty. Tiny pool. They do not have a spa but have a company come to your room. The whole experience was not worth the price. The only thing we liked was the free breakfast. Very noisy hotel and the staff start their day early. To top it all off the street that it is located on is a closed street do they pick you up about half a block away and take the car to a parking lot.

Everything was fantastic about this hotel except they have the worst wifi I've seen in a long time. They have at least 15 networks in sight but they are all weak. Easy and inexpensive fix, then it's 5 star all the way. They moved us to the sweet pool room at least but still crappy wifi.

Our stay at LOtel Casa Arca was really beautiful. The stay came with 1 meal per day which you select from their menu and was absolutely delicious! The facilities were clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. It is walking distance (just outside) to the square with so much shopping and many wonderful restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was a surprise. It is about a half block off the Jardin square, shopping and restaurants. It was clean and quiet and we would definitely stay there again.

Muy buena atención previa a nuestra llegada. Ya que el hotel se encuentra en Zona Peatonal (muy de San Miguel) estuvieron atentos para esperarnos y que nuestra llegada no tuviera inconvenientes. El Hotel esta enclavado en una casona del principios de 1900. Las habitaciones de construcción nuevas de muy buen tamaño y mobiliario de alta gama, preciosos.

Beautiful hotel in a great location in Centro. Breakfast is included and it is wonderful and plenty. The rooftop bar is very nice but doesn’t have great views like others in town. The staff was great and most were very pleasant. Not all spoke English but it wasn’t usually a problem. I highly recommend this hotel

Todo súper bien, está muy bonito. Lo único malo es que se escucha todo y es un poco difícil dormir, y el ruido empieza muy temprano

Hotel es lindo y está bien ubicado. Restaurantes muy buenos y el nuevo rooftop está super. Pero para el precio (que es comparable con hoteles 5 estrellas) le falta calidad en el servicio y mejorar terminaciones en las habitaciones y algunas áreas comunes que se ven deterioradas. Tener en cuenta que queda en una calle peatonal y no ofrecen asistencia con equipaje.

El trato tan personalizado y la cordialidad del personal. Me encantó la propiedad y cada detalle que dejaron para mi y mis acompañantes
