También me gustó la cómoda con cajones y la cantidad y calidad de los tes y cafés que estaban disponibles. El baño era amplio con bañera y varios estantes para dejar los productos de baño y las toallas. Equipamiento completo con secador de pelo, plancha y mesa de planchar, así como enchufe USB tipo A en el cabecero para cargar móviles/tablet.

El colchoncillo de la cama perdió la sujección al colchón principal o no la tenía con lo que por la noche se movía y hacía incómoda la cama, un día me desperté por la noche y tuve que colocarlo en su posición para seguir durmiendo. La insonorización de la habitación repecto a las aledañas era deficiente, oyéndose las conversaciones perfectamente de los vecinos. El volumen era lo sufucientemente alto como para que la grabadora del móvil fuera capaz de registrarlo. Había secador de pelo pero no había enchufe adecuado en el baño para el secador, sólo para una afeitadora.

My booking said that I had free parking but on arrival, I was charged £6 per night. Catering in the evening was poor quality and overpriced. Leathery, reheated pizzas. I was asked to download the app to use my phone as a room key, but that didn't work

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice everything was considering how cheap it was. I liked using the app on the my phone as a key. The bedroom was lovely as was the bathroom. It was a great breakfast too. If I come back to Nottingham I will definitely stay here again.

I arrived at night and couldn't see the signs for the hotel parking so parked in the wrong area initially (hope I don't get fined!). Did manage to get a space in the right area eventually.

I had booked into the Jubilee Hotel just for a convenient stopover, but I really had a great time there and it far exceeded my expectations. My room was clean, comfortable and spacious, with a very large window, looking out onto the trees and surrounding park. The staff were great and really helpful when I asked to leave my luggage with them a few hours before I checked in at 3pm. The buffet breakfast was good too, with everything you could want. What impressed me most was the design of the building. As a conference centre, it had a light glass, atrium roof and open plan walkways around all floors. There are loads of buses from there into Nottingham Centre, but I walked the 2.5 miles into the City, following the scenic cycle path along the canal. In all, the hotel was quite spectacular and highly recommended.

The food provision for dinner in the evening was quite limited, but there are lots of places to eat nearby.

Modern, clean, room - bed was comfortable and shower powerful. Buffet breakfast had a wide range of freshly cooked items. The hotel is in a lovely setting and was in a convenient location for us.

Some of the fixtures and fittings are looking a bit worn - with the chest of drawers, the bottom drawer kept opening.

Received a parking fine. £45 I was not told I had to sign in. There were building works taking place there was a temporary reception desk . This happened on my previous stay.

The room was one on its own overlooking the lake. It was a really big room, tasteful design with minimalist decor which I liked. Excellent breakfast too.

The coffee machine didn’t seem to work and there was only 3 teabags and four milk sachets, but there was a cafe open a lot of the time.

Friendly staff on arrival and throughout our stay. Lovely modern hotel in a great spot.

Decor was a little tired in the room and no air-conditioning. More staff needed for breakfast, both milk and bread ran out and had to ask for them to be replaced.

I booked for a friend and her feedback was very positive. She had a wonderful stay.

As I had stayed before I knew the rooms would be clean and spacious. We arrived later than we had anticipated and from the information on the website I wasn't sure we could get an evening meal, but in fact we could. Breakfast was equally good.

It was a pity there was quite a lot of building work/refurbishment during our stay. It was mostly hidden away but quite noisy.

The fire alarm went off twice in a night. Along with other guests we followed the signs down the fire exit stairs only to find ourselves trapped behind the screening for the redecorating. This was very hazardous as low lighting and metal to trip over lying on the floor..over 30 people stumbling to find an exit point. Bad health and safety and staff not present for too long.

Welcoming as soon as I arrived. Found me a quiet room. It was clean and comfortable. Everything you might need in the room, hairdryer, coffee& tea etc. modern looking hotel throughout. Breakfast was included and it was good quality food.

Good location for the purpose of our visit. Good sized room and very comfortable and well appointed with everything that we needed.

Work being carried out in the main lobby as you enter the hotel. Hoarding taking up most of the space that wasn’t very welcoming! Some drilling noise experienced in the morning at about 8:20am. Have stayed several times before at this hotel and The Orchard Hotel l was shocked to have to pay for parking at £6 a day! I have recommended The Orchard to family visiting next week for my mother’s 91 st birthday and now have to advise them that they will be incurring extra unexpected costs for parking. So feeling disappointed as this was not communicated to me on booking or before arrival and obviously would impact on the whole stay if saying several days.

Breakfast excellent. Staff exceptional. Room disappointed as shower didn’t work and we were going to a wedding and I wanted to wash my hair before going. We have reported it to the reception when we left.

Didn’t get a great welcome on arrival, despite there being two staff at the desk, one was focussed on admin so had to wait for other to finish checking someone in and answering their questions. - room was very clean & towels and toiletries good - No air conditioning. Was 35 degrees during stay (not sure I’ve ever stayed in a hotel with no air con!?) and only one freestanding fan - No comp water in room and no fridge in room. Had to keep going to bar to request ice for our water. - Impractical room layout. The hairdryer couldn’t be moved and was connected in the wardrobe directly outside the bathroom door opposite the only full length mirror. Chaos when two people are trying to get ready at the same time. TV not visible from bed - had to sit in desk chair to see tv which was around the corner?!? - booking was easy but app didn’t work. Had to check in manually

There was no air conditioning, and arriving late in the evening it wasn't apparent that the floor to ceiling glass included an opening door which would have made the atmosphere in the room more pleasant in the hot weather. An opening window, or air conditioning would have been better.

The food is appalling.My £15 Thai curry had six pieces of overcooked chicken and a nan bread that had a three inch circumference.Sent it back.Not even an apology.This is a conference centre with some rooms added on , not a hotel.

Woken by early morning noise from intermittent lorries on adjacent road - the room overlooked the road.

This is a conference centre on a business park most suited to cater for people hating meetings and job presentations.For a hotel with good ambiance and atmosphere this is not the place to stay.Clinical ,functional and does what is says on the tin? Yes. But that’s it. The star ratings for the food is inaccurate and does not reflect the experience.The food is in fact appalling.I had a Thai curry.Nothing authentic about it at all, with about six tiny cubes of dry chicken and a Nan bread that was three inches in diameter.I sent it back.Staff here try hard and are very pleasant.Would I say her again?…maybe.Would I eat here again?Definitely not.Stay at the Orchard nearby.

No air conditioning! The hotel was built in 2016 and has glass everywhere. It becomes a greenhouse in hot weather and rooms are hot! The sister hotel the Orchard has air conditioning. The reception area was ridiculously hot and the lifts were out of action because of the heat. Speaking to the staff they were so uncomfortable. I’d not stay there again in summer when you can get air conditioning in lower cost hotels nearby.

Bed was comfortable and the building was fairly quiet. The staff kindly stored luggage both before and after check out.

Cleaning could have been a bit better (dirty fingerprints on doors, etc). I'd misunderstood and thought there was AC -- there was nothing but a fan and a window that only opened a crack. Also, the wifi was very bad - not enough to maintain a video call or to stream online programming.

From start to finish, our three night stay exceeded our expectations…in every respect. The next time we visit Nottingham the Jubilee Hotel will be our absolute first choice.

Thr setting is lovely, it is a large hotel has the sort of feel of bring on a cruise ship , spacious areas. The room was clean and very comfortable. When we stayed it was very hot but we did have a small fan in the room. Very reasonablely priced compared to many hotels in the area. Parking on site was easy and plenty of space . The staff very efficient and friendly.

Everything was fine, except with the unbeatable heat in the room. Consequently being unable to sleep for the majority of the night. Although there was a fan in the room, it did little to reduce the heat. I would not have been able to sleep with it on due to the noise.

The building was hot and our room was even hotter and stuffier without air conditioning or adequate ventilation. Not good enough for the price and for a modern hotel with climate change.

Room was clean and spacious, the beds were comfy, bathroom though small had everything we needed. The location is perfect - close to the campus, Warhammer World and not far from the city center, with a nice park and lake.

Wrong room, staff weren’t helpful at all, nothing in compensation for the inconvenience, door to the room didn’t lock properly which we weren’t aware of beforehand, paid for an upgrade got given there last room available instead and no refund, was supposed to have a bath, got given a disabled bathroom, not happy, would not recommend, wouldn’t be coming back here, especially not as a birthday present again…

There was confusion over whether parking charges applied. in the event we paid £6 a day to avoid the possibility of a fine. We've stayed there twice before and on-site parking was free. I do object to having to pay to park at an out-of-city-centre hotel. The rooms are comfortable but looking a little tired.

No air con in the room which meant it was difficult to cool even with the windows open. Also my booking.com booking had been cancelled (an error on their side). Originally the person on the desk jist told me it was cancelled and that seemed to be that. However the manager was very polite and solved the issue quickly.

I really want to rate this better. The first time I stayed here I was pleasantly surprised by the nice setting, the free parking, and the relatively fresh hotel facilities. I’ve since stayed here a good few times since and each time it’s a bit worse than the time before, to the point where I just can’t see myself booking here again. The buffet hot breakfast always seems like it’s been out for considerably longer than it should be. Everything is just super dry. The internet is extremely slow and temperamental. The last couple of times I’ve found it to be completely unusable. The reservations team are unnecessarily blunt and unfriendly, wielding with glee their unreasonable cancellations policy when they’ve been given over a weeks notice that you will not be needing a reservation after all. The final straw was the fire alarm going off for absolutely no reason at 3am during my last stay. This went on for 5 full minutes. As the guests all grumpily, blearily got dressed and shuffled to the exit, it stopped. No acknowledgement or apology then or in the morning. I just find their customer service severely wanting. I won’t be staying here again.
