Room was very nice, very clean and had plenty of facilities - mini fridge, microwave, sink (both in bathroom and main area)

- Air conditioning unit didn't work - Car parking directions and expectations were not clear on booking.com or in person - Staff were confused when I asked them to open the gate so I could park - Some lights also went out when I was walking down the corridors making it hard to see

Dirty bathroom, old shampoo bottles in shower. broken tiles. Bedside table hanging off the wall.

Great value room, lots of amenities. Short walk from High School Tram Stop for easy access across city centre.

Room was unclean, gross bits in shower when we checked in. Next to the bed was essentially a hole in the wall/brick. Like they had ripped bricks out or dug into it. Lots of cobwebs and dust.

Great location, clean decent sized rooms. Comfy bed and pillows. Staff were friendly and helpful

I loved that the receptionist was very friendly and really nice she made and effort to accommodate me . The rooms are nice with two floors and is comfortable. Not the most luxurious but for the area, price is good

I would say is a bit old and you can hear some sounds from other rooms. But I could rest well .

Not everything was available for breakfast Lock on balcony door was on the outside!! Room was clean but worn.

Location not far from centre, but area doesn't feel great. Dark streets, actually propositioned by female on street adjacent. Room was fine, light I toilet put.

The WiFi is dreadful. Same last time. Slow to non existent in room. Rolms seen to have thin walks, can hear others easily.

Quirky lay out, cosy , great views across Nottingham from the top floor.

Just needed a bit of tlc in the room.

Very thin walls so you can hear everything in the adjoining rooms. Shower was pathetic. Bed was crammed into a tiny space.

Room was huge and had EVERYTHING you need in an apartment. Great value for money and parking availability. Not sure why it gets a bad rep. The exposed brick, modern look was a nice touch too.

The beautiful building

I was a lone female and on the ground floor, I was asleep when 2 girls were outside my room next to the window and making so much noise that I woke with a fright and genuinely thought they were in my room! Perhaps consider putting loan visitors on the first floor, as this experience was very frightening and unsettled me all night. Although, I realise this was not the fault of the hotel.

Large well equipped family room.

Manager was rude. All staff rude. Never cleaned my room, changed my sheets or replaced free amenities. Kettle had build. Windows were smashed broken. Fridge was broken. What a joke. I got locked out one night as my card wouldn't work. I have this place I'd I'm not refunded I'm pressing legal charges. Jokers

My friend had to pay £10 for parking. The toilet seat was offset. The bright white lights were horrible, you need warmer lighting. I couldn't work out how to turn the bedside lights on. And I couldn't find a bible in my hotel room.

The dust mites hurt, were itchy and even after I complained to head desk manager he did nothing to help. I returned the same evening to find sheets weren't changed and the problem persisted. I had to ask night staff for 2 sheets and extra towels to buffer me from the contaminated sheet and duvet and pillowcases. Appalling.

Nothing not helpful at all booked for 2 adults 1 child got 1 double bed, was also asked for £10 to park a car With the silly reply, which has clearly been edited.. you was still useless at helping solve the situation we explained we was from far with a hospital trip booked early hours so needed somewhere to stay the night.. no attempt at even looking. You tried charging a extra 10a for parking our car in the most ridiculous car park iv ever known. You then refused to even let us have the refund so we could look for somewhere else to stay.. so a simple night booked in advance caused us to being robbed by you and 0 help whatsoever ever. Even if he was 0 which he isn't 🤦‍♀️ why would I let hom sleep in my bed he would still need his own cot of some kind 🤦‍♀️🤣 rip of money grabbing and useless no help and added stress to our already stressful situations!!!

Boiling in the room, receptionist act like they work at the shard, surprising 50£ deposit on arrival forced to pay, Couldn’t even stay there had to leave as it was to hot to sleep and windows don’t fully open up was like a sauna in there don’t stay here

La stanza era minimale con tutto quello che serviva, il bagno è un po' in decadenza e il letto sacrificato in un angolo, ma comodo, ngolo cottura comodo.

Il bagno non era proprio pulito.

Breakfast was really good and so was location.

The only thing that was unbearable was the apartment was extremely hot (as it’s last floor straight under the roof bed) so there was no sleep for us even with fans on (which were provided near each bed).

The fan in the bathroom didn't work and as it was in the heatwave and there were no windows (in the bathroom), the drain smell was overpowering.

The stay was good,a good ambience.

But,The fridge was smelly..the plates weren't washed properly ,it had moulds on it..water clogged in the sink in both wash and oom &the kitchen cabinet.. Apart from that everything was good

They have a smart tv. I've been here a few times always clean and very good deal

Central location easy to get into town bus on the door step did a very good cooked breakfast and a easy check in all in all a very good value for money for the 3 nights we spent doing what we came to Nottingham for
