Holiday Inn Express & Suites - St. Petersburg - Madeira Beach by IHG

Early check-in and access to our room very convenient, room very well equipped and clean. shower and accessories excellent. Breakfast choice fair, area clean and well laid out.

Our room was on the top 5th floor and we did not sleep well because of constant noise from aircon units on the roof above our room. We asked to change rooms but this was not offered. Very disappointing compared to our overall experience of the hotel.

The beach shuttle and pick up.

Staff, location

Nothing

Bardzo przyjemny, czysty i komfortowy hotel. Zadbany obiekt, super profesjonalny personel.

.

Buena ubicación , Walmart cerca

Location. Husband had two days of appointments at Bay Pines. Handicapped room was clean and comfortable. Bed exceptionally comfortable

First floor room would have been better

Staff very helpful and friendly

It was clean and nice. Good location and close to Madeira and Redington Beach. 20 min or so from St Pete Beach and 25 min from Clearwater Beach

Everything fine for me

Very good I highly recommend, Awesome place, staff, location, breakfast and everything is great. We enjoyed it so much

Nothing

LOVED IT

Staff were kinda rude

Everything

The sofa bed is hard and not comfy

Good hotel for the value, free breakfast/parking. Nice clean rooms, great cable TV selection. Close proximity to everything , near reddington shores ,great beaches. Walmart next door is a PLUS.

Front desk staff most were helpful and some not so friendly . Don't like getting pool towels from the dront desk, they should have a better system.

The cleaning

I like everything

Clean well run and nice extremely nice staff. Wonderful breakfast included

Preis Leistung absolut in Ordnung.

Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful. The room was clean. The room was generally quiet.

We were not able to get into the parking lot because there were a dozen police cars in the lot when we arrived. We learned later there had been a homicide in a room in the hotel the night before. We understand the hotel staff were not to blame for this. But it did make us feel less safe.

localização

Robert was very helpful and friendly. Very personable.

Not enough disabled parking

Super limpio!!

Todo excelente!

Location was convenient for access to the city and the beaches, and the hotel also has a shuttle service to the local areas. Breakfast was pretty good

Maybe a bit more variety for breakfasf

Breakfast was awesome location was great very pleased with everything and very blessed

I can’t think of anything that could be better it met my expectations

Location

There was so many things wrong with the room

The staff at check-in was kind and professional, allowing the luggage drop-off, before our room was available. The room was very large. The air conditioning was good and quiet: it was possible to warm up the room temperature, in order to have a comfortable night.

The staff at check-out was not so friendly. The breakfast had a limited offer and providing only one-use only cutlery, instead of metal one.

New Clean Good size fridge Microwave Staff friendly

None

Clean good breakfast

Price of $200 seemed a little high considering our stay was between peak seasons. Also, pillows were a bit too solid for my liking. A little too much road noise.

Very clean

The air conditioning is extremely noisy

Clean Close to shopping Good area to walk

Night desk clerk was rude . She acted hostile toward some of the guest . She wanted it her way only. Outdoor grill & both tabletop fire place units didn’t work. Patio lights not turned on. Informed rude clerk , nothing was done about it.

All the employees were very friendly and seemed to care that you had a great experience for your stay. This property must be under good management to have such a positive culture. We really liked the free shuttle to the beach. This property is extremely clean and even though it’s nine years old it looks like it’s still brand new.

shuttle service, food, heated pool, staff

Veldig fint.

Alt var på stell.

The breakfast was very good.

We were offered FREE shuttle service if we were going less than 5 miles from the hotel, which was a blessing. We traveled to St Pete to attend a 90th birthday party located less than 5 miles from the hotel. The shuttle service was to and from the party! THis Holiday Inn also offered an excellent breakfast!

La ubicación

El aseo de la habitación

It was a very comfortable room. I'd stay here again if I had the chance.

It was quiet and easy access to the place I was trying to get to.

Conveniently walking distance from Walmart and a quick drive from the beach.

Tofo ok y correcto

Sin observaciones

Convenient and close to event planned

Clean. Well manned

Great location and delicious breakfast

Nothing

Clean hotel with a wonderful breakfast

Everyone was very nice, And welcoming. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was free. Rooms were very clean and fully stocked with amenities. They even allowed us to do a later check out because we woke up late. Robert & Emily are the best!

We only stayed one night definitely wish we could’ve stayed longer.
