My stay here was highly disappointing due to a complete lack of customer service and poor room conditions. When I arrived, the reception desk was completely empty. A member of staff only appeared briefly to hand over my room key, and after that, the reception remained entirely unstaffed. There was no one available to answer questions, assist with basic requests, or provide extra amenities.Safety is also a major concern; I was never briefed on fire safety, and there was no signage or board anywhere indicating where the fire exit was located.The room itself was quite small and very uncomfortable. Even though the weather outside was not particularly warm, the room felt incredibly hot and stuffy, making for a very unpleasant environment. The bed was also highly uncomfortable, meaning I did not get a good night's sleep. Finally, there is absolutely no accessibility or support for disabled guests. I would not recommend staying here.

Staff were very hospitable and the location was great. Room was a little basic but that's reflected in the price. Overall a great place.

Location excellence for Wembley Stadium.We attended the Bon Jovi concert- from closing our room door at the hotel it took 15 minutes until we were actually standing on Wembley pitch.Super quick.

The rooms are above a busy pub, so be prepared for a bit of noise. Although this didn’t bother us at all.

Unbelievable levels of noise until 2am, shuddering vibrations through the room of our floor with drum & base playing all night at a disco directly underneath. A sign in reception says 'music will be playing in the bar most Fridays and Saturdays until 2am'. That's not much use when you've already booked and you turn up expecting to get a decent nights sleep before a concert at Wembley that you've paid a small fortune for. Why not make the loud music until 2am prominent in the listing on Booking.com? Mmmnn, I wonder why not!! Complete nightmare.

Yes £460, ridiculous, it was a Friday night, Bon Jovi playing at Wembley Friday and Saturday so i checked on booking.com to see the price for the saturday night and could get the same room for £109! and it was still a huge Bonjovi wembley concert weekend night. Something went very wrong here and I will be reporting to Booking.com Room tiny, no water, sidetables, soap or shower gel No-one at check in 1 or 2 star hotel at best Too expensive to stay for one night juat for a concert, its a few crappy rooms above a pub thats all! I don't usually write reviews, especially bad ones but this has taken the biscuit, feel totally ripped off! Would have complained to staff but there werent any around ever

The room was very hot. There was a fan in the room but it was very noisy. The metal frame of the bed was also very noisy. Unfortunately, I couldn’t sleep at all.

The tv, desk was good and the chair, liked the fan, The location was good, plenty of sockets in the room aswell.

The shower didn't seem to have other temperature settings, there was this awful green light very bright I could not turn off, and it was just above the bed that made it awkward to see. Also no one came to clean the room when I left.

The receptionist allowed us to check in early. Location is very good and convenient as it is close to the Wembley stadium, shops, restaurants and bus stop. High ceiling and clean. We got the basic room but we had a very comfortable stay.

Hard beds, ridiculously expensive for what it is - literally just two beds with a tiny bathroom. From seeing other reviews now, I actually think I was lucky - lots of people had their bookings cancelled but weren’t told about it. I reckon they are basically scammers who cancel early bookings and give them to people who book later at a higher price.

Perfect Location for Wembley stadium, literally 5 mins walk

We didn’t expect a great deal for the price but the bed and pillows were hard and uncomfortable. There wasn’t a kettle or a hairdryer in our room (as it stated there was) and the water from the shower was really hot even though the thermostat was turned right round to cold

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. We had tickets for Bruno Mars on Saturday 18th July and when we arrived at the hotel were told that our room had been cancelled in February and the hotel was overbooked by Expedia, I booked and paid in full in January, we’d had no notification of the cancellation or refund, which should have happened in February when they say they cancelled the room. It appears this is a common practice with the hotel when there are concerts on at Wembley Stadium. There was another couple at the hotel who had been told the same thing. They sell the rooms for higher prices. I am now trying to get a refund but when I called their customer helpline the lady I spoke to couldn’t find my booking. Expedia are now trying to confirm the cancellation although I keep getting messages from the hotel saying we hope you’re enjoying your stay, so it looks like the person we spoke to on the reception desk has marked us as having checked in. This looks like a total scam and a way to avoid paying the refund. I do have proof of homeward travel which took 4 hours, we finally arrived home at 2 am. This has happened to others who booked for Harry Styles and Coldplay concerts. See google reviews and please avoid

Do not Book! Let down with two days notice, offered a hotel that was miles away from where we needed to be. Dreadful customer service as there isn't one, no one answering the phone. Surely there must be some kind of governing body that stops a hotel doing this

We booked in Jan 2026 and 6 months later ... 2 days prior to the event .... we were informed that they were full!!!! I suspect they made more money by cancelling our booking absolutely fuming as all other hotels near by were £300+ DO NOT BOOK!

There was damp mold in the bathroom No slip mat in the shower An excessive amount of people in the court yard stopping us from being able to get to our room The football match was on and the people watching were screaming shouting and banging causing little to no sleep we couldnt have the windows open during a heatwave due to how loud it was outside. The customer service is terrible, we were told there were 24 hour access to tea and coffee yet the milk and tea was never refilled even when asked which was quite difficult due to nobody being around to talk to about any issues we had.

The location to Wembley stadium is excellent, able to walk there and back fine! The staff were friendly and our room was very clean. Bar downstairs has a nice beer garden.

We were really worried after booking as we'd seen reviews of peoples rooms being cancelled on concert days but thankfully we were ok for Harry Styles but the hotel definitely need to address this!

Booked this originally because I was going to see My Chemical Romance. Tried to cancel the booking as I couldn't go, and have been unable to cancel the booking. I booked the room through the OYO website. The OYO website is badly designed and requests a OTP for cancellation of hotel rooms. However, it does not send you an SMS or email for cancellation. I tried to ring OYO customer services through two different numbers - one out of service, one rung out. I tried 3 different emails, 2 bounced back. The third I havent heard from. I tried ringing the hotel directly and they told me I had to ring OYO. It is not a good company to book through at all. I am extremely disappointed.

Det mindste værelse, jeg nogensinde har boet på. Der var desværre meget beskidt med gamle spindelvæv og generelt meget snusket. Der var ingen garderobe eller skabe, som beskrevet. Der var ingen aircondition, men en gammel bordventilator, som var fyldt med meget gammelt og ulækkert støv. På badeværelset var der ikke lys over håndvasken/ved spejlet, så det var umuligt at lægge makeup. Prisen for den ene overnatning var alt for høj, ift. hvor snusket og lille værelset var. Kommer IKKE ikke til at booke dette sted igen, selv om beliggenheden var perfekt ift. Wembley Stadium.

The hotel was really nice, lovely bar/restaurant downstairs and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Room was quite small but was perfect for one person, the lack of air con during the heatwave was rough, they had put 2 fans in my room which was a nice touch, unfortunately they were so dusty they didn't do a great job and I had to leave early in the AM as the heat was making me feel sick.

I booked this hotel on hotels.com where the reviews were 7/10! My daughter mentioned these reviews a few days before we were due to go so to say I was concerned was an understatement! We had 2 nights booked. Checked in ok. Our room was ok, clean. Bathroom clean - apart from the shower! Mattress was more firm but wasn’t rock hard as others had suggested. The room was absolutely roasting though. One crappy fan in the room that was on 24 hours! Didn’t realise that you could hear the thud of music until the small hours. 5 minute walk to Wembley stadium. Fantastic location, room mostly clean and functional for our needs

On arrival in 30+degree heatwave, the heating was on in the bathroom and both tap & shower were set to scolding hot, no cold water at all. Asked at reception who said they’d come to sort, never did. Had to ask again when we got back from our event. No hairdryer in room, tea/coffee not in room only in reception. Bed was really hard & warm to touch-very weird. This hotel, whilst functional and we were thankful to actually have a booking after seeing some other reviews, needs a lot of TLC and features looking at.

I was in the same situation as many others: booked a room via lastminute.com in January already for the Harry Styles concert on June 20th. And got told by lastminute.com one day before that the hotel has cancelled the reservation. Not a surprise as Oyo offered and obviously sold rooms for up to 540 Euro for the same night a few weeks before!!!! Hope to get my money back at least!

The room was overpriced for one night, we had a double bed that had a hard mattress, and hurt to sleep on, im sure the beds in prisons provide more comfort. The room must be above the kitchen area because the heat was unbearable. We had two fans and windows open and it was still too hot to sleep in. There was no hairdryer or coffee/tea making facilities. The bedside lamps provided were flickering on and off, im sure they were ready to blow up so we unplugged them for safety. We paid £250 for one night, this was ridiculously overpriced due to a harry styles concert, otherwise i would not have paid that much money to sleep somewhere so substandard!

AVOID - they scam customers by double booking rooms and cancelling your booking without telling you. First we knew was on arrival to hotel to be told our room had been to someone else!! Worse thing is that at least three other families were there at the same time and happened to them as well.

Close distance to Wembley stadium so made travel very easy.

L’unico punto positivo in realtà è la posizione, molto comoda per un concerto o una partita allo stadio di Wembley. Il personale era anche molto cordiale, ma ho visto qualcuno alla reception solo una volta. Il resto del tempo era sempre vuota.

LA PULIZIA!!! IL PREZZO!!! Arrivata alla reception alle 11:30 e mi hanno detto che la stanza non era pronta. Il ragazzo alla reception ha chiamato l’addetto alle pulizie che è corso verso la mia stanza con un aspirapolvere, poi è tornato dopo due minuti dicendo che era pronta. Io voglio sperare che abbia cambiato anche le lenzuola, copri cuscino e asciugamani, ma non ho tante speranze. Letto pieno di capelli e peli. Asciugamani stropicciati. Pulizia nella doccia inesistente, piena di gocce di calcare e macchie marroni. Per non parlare dell’odore in camera che emanava la moquette se tenevo la finestra chiusa… ha decisamente visto giorni migliori. Inoltre, impossibile fare la doccia per via della temperatura dell’acqua - non si poteva cambiare la temperatura, si poteva solo usare a temperatura Inferno. Il prezzo era alto per via del concerto, ma comunque non giustificabile. Non ci tornerei nemmeno per una notte, anche se a 15 minuti a piedi dallo stadio.

Booked using Hotel.com, paid received booking confirmation, went to check-in and they have NO ROOMS. There were many other people also there with bookings but NO ROOMS. AVOID this is not a Hotel but a big CON!!!

Arrived at check in to find they had no record of the reservation I made through hotels.com. There were at least 6 others in the same situation. Avoid at all costs!

Dirty on walls etc The receptionist was outside at the time of our entry and came in behind us + no one at the reception when checking out. Bathroom could have been cleaner, we did not use shower as it did not feel clean (hairs on the shower gel bottle!)

Location was perfect for staying over after an evening footie match. Staff were very friendly. The bed was comfy and I slept well.

The net curtains looked a little grubby. The shower could have been cleaner and I struggled to keep the water in the sink when washing as the plughole wasn't water tight. Pillows a bit lumpy.

Nice room compact but high ceiling and big window made it comfortable. On Fridays and Saturdays they have a notice saying that there could be noise up until 2 am. My room was right over the pub, but there wasn’t too much noise.

Big rooms, comfortable beds, clean and big bathroom, no loud environment. The position is excellent if you're gonna attend an event at the stadium or at the arena.

Nothing about the place, just there aren't any gluten free/allergen free places to eat nearby so be prepared.

No water at the tea and coffee station. Unable to buy food and drinks because a private function was in progress. We had planned to eat there after travelling all day.

What a dreadful , dirty hotel. IThere were no staff on site, only to give me a check in key. I felt extremely unsafe as a lone female. I did not see or hear any other guests. The front door was easy to access and left open late at night. Upon arrival, there was a plate in the drawer, a used one and a bin with sweets and drinks thrown in. There was no toilet seat and cobwebs all over. I had paid to stay for 3 nights but left on day 2 and had to get another hotel in Wembley. It really was the worst hotel.

It was okay . The drinks are too expensive . Probably because the foot ball was there . The staff was a mixture of pleasant and rude . There was banging doors in the morning and workers sanding tables outside too early . The beds are not comfy and security on the Day was intimidating and rude to some people . Over all u would stay again but if I went with a group I’m afraid we would stay elsewhere for comfort
