The dishwasher and washing machine advertised don't work. There were dishes in the dishwasher that had been there for several days obviously last people tried to wash then found out it wasnt working and left them there. The cutlery and crockery are lacking and need to be reviewed. No sideplates etc etc. The bathroom light flickers so badly it makes you dizzy.

Reviewed Mar 26, 2025The room was quite spacious, there was this fresh smell in the room and the facilities were on point. Will definitely book there again. There place is so serene I was able to meditate in the morning, outside. The food was tasty, the chef was also welcoming and very helpful. I had confused dates and I was accommodated quite quickly and in a professional manner. The guesthouse makes their own soaps and lotion and the cinnamon and rooibos smell was just perfect. The place offers a spa and also you have access to DSTV, Netflix, showmax and YouTube.

Reviewed May 5, 2024We were not welcomed by the staff or manager upon arrival & that set the tone for the rest of our stay. The staff were not very welcoming at all & made us feel uncomfortable by being there. No one explained how the facilities work or what the proper times are for placing orders etc. Also says there is a jacuzzi available for an additional charge but that is not true & is only available if you book the entire room which is very misleading. We chose this place because of that facility so we were very disappointed. Overall was not a good experience to warrant a return.
The staff were unwelcoming. Not all facilities listed were even an option for a additional charges. No drinks bar.
