They wouldn’t allow me to take breakfast because they mentioned that I do not have breakfast in my booking while I did but then the lady was extremely nice and she gave me three free vouchers for breakfast

We had a wonderful stay with our family! The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean! We didn’t want to leave and would absolutely love to stay again. Brittany was so great! She helped with suggestions for transportation to the Noah Kahan concert at Globe Life Field. Cory with Best Majestic Transportation picked us up at the hotel and brought us right back after the concert. He was so fun and we highly recommend! An amazing stay and experience!!

The microwave tray would not rotate, so it was a little tricky.

I loved that the hotel was located near shopping center.

Make the room temperature a little bit more accessible. You CAN NOT adjust the temp. guage in the room. When clicking the buttons, they don't move. My room was soooo hot. It remained on 78 degrees after attempting to lower it. I was very hot and uncomfortable. I literally got up to get ice to rub on my skin in order to bear the heat.

I travel pretty often, and this was one of those stays that just made everything easy. The Hilton Garden Inn was clean, welcoming, and had the kind of staff that makes you feel like they actually enjoy helping people. The room was spotless, the shower had actual water pressure worthy of applause, and the AC kept the room perfectly cool despite the Texas heat trying its best outside. The hotel is also in a super convenient location — close to restaurants, attractions, and easy to get in and out of without needing a GPS spirit guide. Big shoutout to the team for creating such a chill atmosphere. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Arlington!

I was kinda surprised by this experience. This is my second time at this property, and the first was average, but the location is great. This time, upon arrival, the room was ready. It was 4 pm, and I'm a Diamond member (no acknowledgement) at all. The front desk was just mild. Had more fun with the guest over the weekend. The breakfast was unorganized on Sunday, and on Saturday night, the kitchen was closed because they said someone called in sick, so no food for the night. He didn't apologize, just went back to serving drinks. Overall, I am sure my family would book again, but I would know what to expect. I am looking for something different as the vibes just gives we are here, and it's not special or the type of Hilton I am used to.

The floors could have been Cleaner They’re needed to be more trash cans, and all of them needed to have liners And charging for water is completely ridiculous. The reason I always have to bring my own. The staff was nice. The breakfast was decent. Eggs were dry.

I don’t like anything about the facility, the shower wasn’t flowing in my room for the two days that I stayed there, I had to beg them to all me shower in another room few minutes to my checking out. Water in the room was sold for $2 per bottle

We came to see Bruno Mars in concert and were worried out taking a uber because of prices and as soon as we checked in they let us know they had a shuttle available for a round trip for only $40. It was perfect and the staff were friendly as well. Correy our driver on our way back to the hotel and he was amazing! Would definitely use this shuttle again and come back to this hotel.

My husband and I traveled with another couple and we reserved two rooms. I was very pleased with our stay at this hotel. The hotel grounds was lovely and well maintained. Our room, lobby, breakfast area, and common bathrooms were all very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Shout-out to the maintenance guy who seemed to work all hours, day and evening. When our friends' room key stopped opening their door, he repaired the issue in less then 10 minutes by charging the door lock mechanism. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The toilet had pubic hair on it from previous people, dirty toilet hinges (I don't let them get that dirty in my own house), yellow bathtub floor, lamps that didn't work, and a very foggy indoor pool.

We stayed while attending baseball at globe life field-only about 4 miles-easy drive-lots of restaurants nearby-hotel was clean and comfortable-staff friendly and welcoming-would definitely stay again.

The rooms are very clean and the facilities are extremely new. I like that the room was comfortable, and both cooling and heating worked very well. The Internet was good and I really appreciate that the TV was modern with streaming service services. You don’t even have to log into HBO with your own credentials because it’s part of the connected service. Staff were very friendly and I’d recommend this place to anybody visiting

Staff was great look was awesome room was nice but had a few issues shower curtain was broke, blinds were hard to raise and lower and the bed was lumpy and very hard and the comforter was very itchy. And was woke up super early to our neighbors yelling at each other.

Front desk workers were not friendly. Cece was extremely rude interested phone before we even checked in and this morning while checking out she was rude once again. She let us know our card was charged for a market purchase that we did not make. Then said she would have the manager take it off, as of this evening my card was charged for that fee that I did not do. The only friendly front desk worker I did not get her name but she was at the desk after 3 and has blond/brown hair. Not even managers ever looked our way to say hello or ask how our trip was going.

My reservation was wrong. They had me for a double when I booked a single and when she changed it she gave me a handicap room which isn’t what I booked either. Then being charged for water is crazy.

I’m not sure what free breakfast they mention, because breakfast was not free. This was disappointing to many guests we visited with. It ended up being fine, because the staff was very compromising, so we wouldn’t end up paying full price for a 7 year old to have a bowl of cereal. I’m not sure it would be like that all the time. Also, pool was too cold to swim in. The indoor pool was why we chose this place in December, but it wasn’t heated. The second night, it was closed due to maintenance…maybe they were fixing the heater?
