Only issue I have is they’ve charged me twice for the hotel. When checking in it was confirmed I had paid already. Then after I checked out I was charged again. When I raised it I was told twice it was my room rate before they eventually listened, acknowledged I had been charged twice but I am yet to receive the refund.

The TV didn’t work as advertised as the Bluetooth/screen mirroring wouldn’t work. There was an odd smell to the bathroom too and the shower pressure wasn’t ideal

On the first night someone in another room had music playing through until 5am.

The room was very very clean, housekeeping came regularly to refresh our room. The location was very convenient.

I choose to stay at the Moxy on most of my travels and this stay just reaffirmed why. The staff are so friendly and attentive. Even after check out they still make sure you are looked after and allow you to use the facilities that you need until your departure. A lovely lady at reception helped us to navigate the underground/trains and gave us detailed directions so that we knew where we were going and kept our luggage in a storage room for us so that we could enjoy the rest of our time in London without the weight of our bags. The only thing I will say (not a complaint) my phone wasn’t connecting to the tv in room 332, it could’ve been a problem with my phone specifically but just incase it was an issue with the tv I wanted to bring it to your attention for future guests that might stay in that room. Thank you again for a great stay at the Moxy, me and my friend were very content with the experience.

After the first night of a four night booking the air-conditioning stopped working in all of the 8 rooms booked during hot weather where rooms exceeded 26 degrees making it uncomfortable and forcing inadequate sleep. We were the water recue team and divers for the Formula E Championship at the Excel and this could have affected our performance and when spending best part of £5000 would expect the airconditiong to work or at least be fixed quickly. Therefore, we decided to forgo the last night stay and return home.

Airco werkte niet en raam kon enkel op een spleet. Overdag zeer warm en slapen bij 27 graden (zelfs met de ventilator die we kregen).

Zeer comfortabele familie kamer vlak bij het DLR-station Royal Albert met uitzicht op het vliegveld London City. Tegen betaling parkeergelegenheid direct achter het hotel.

Temperatuur van de kamers wordt centraal geregeld en kan niet zelf worden ingesteld. De ramen kunnen wel open.

After the first night of a four day stay the air conditioning stopped working in the room holding a temperature of 25+ degrees effecting my ability to sleep.

1 night at the hotel before an early morning holiday flight. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. We were able to leave our bags in storage while away and they kindly arranged to accept a laundry delivery. The rooms were clean and modern, with comfortable mattresses. And all with the wonderful Moxy quirkiness. Would stay again.

Mala información sobre el aparcamiento de pago ya que no nos informaron de que había que introducir la información de la matrícula en recepción desde el principio y al día siguiente nos dijeron que era necesario y que quizás nos llegaría una multa de 100 libras, intolerable. Igualmente, la recepción de la tarde-noche era más parecida a porteros de discoteca que al servicio que se espera de este tipo de hoteles, nada amables, malas caras y órdenes mas que sugerencias. No volveremos.

Inexistència d armari, innexistència de nevera, innexistència de telèfon a l habitació, no hi havia caixa forta, quarto de bany amb molta deficiència acústica amb l habitació del costat, servei d esmorzar incomplert amb preu molt elevat i servei de dinar i sopar molt incomplert.

Tesis çok güzel dizayn edilmiş tasarımı güzeldi.

Bir kere odada soğutucu dolap yok. Kıyafet koymak için dolap yok. Değerli eşya koymak için kilitli kasa yok. Yerler halı olsa bile sanırım daha önce kaldığım odada evcil bir hayvan ile kalınmış tüyleri halıya yapışmış defalarca odayı temizletmeme rağmen yerden tüyler çıkmadı. Alerjim olduğu için çok kötü oldu. Odada müşterilere ikramda bulunmak için kapalı kutu bir su yoktu. Bunu otel ücretli satıyor. Aynı zamanda otelin etrafında bir market yok. Yemek yiyebileceğiniz bir tesis yok. Bu sebeple otelde yemek zorunda kaldığım da iki hamburgere 40 pound verdim. Bu resmen soygun!

I had a really good time at Moxy. I wasn’t in through the day on the days I stayed there but I was always so excited to come back to a clean and tidy room, that’s what I loved most about it. The rooms were clean always and the coffee, tea, milk, and sugar were always refilled.

The only thing I didn’t like about it was the fact that I couldn’t charge my phone by my bedside. I stayed in a room with two beds and my friend’s bedside had a socket and light switches for the general lights in the room but mine didn’t have that. I had to unplug the kettle to plug in my charger if I wanted to charge, I couldn’t use my phone until it was done charging either. Aside this issue, I loved my stay there.

Gemeinschaftsbereich bot zwar auf den ersten Blick viele Optionen, diese waren allerdings größtenteils defekt und/oder mit hohen Zusatzkosten verbunden. Wie beispielsweise fehlende Kugeln am Billardtisch trotz 2 £ Gebühr je Spiel und die 2 nicht nutzbaren iMacs.

Moderno, pulito, ottima colazione. Grazie alla vicina stazione DLR è possibile raggiungere ogni zona di Londra comodamente.

Aggiungerei solo un armadio o qualche appoggio/sedia in più per i vestiti. Anche in bagno un solo appendino per asciugamano è troppo poco

Très jolie chambre ! Service nettoyage au top tous les jours ! Personnel gentil et accueillant. L’hôtel en lui-même est très sympa et bien décoré.

Il n’y avait pas d’armoire ou de commode pour ranger ses vêtements dans ma chambre. Ce n’est pas si grave car je ne suis restée que 3 jours, mais pour ce serait sympa pour les voyageurs qui restent plus longtemps.

We have stayed at the Moxy twice in recent weeks - having stayed a couple of times in the past when events such as the London Marathon and Triathlon closed roads near our usual stopover at Canary Wharf. We have travelled regularly and extensively and I am a great fan of the Marriott brand. With dynamic pricing in place, room prices can vary widely and so we value the advantages of my TitaniumElite for Life Bonvoy card. We booked at the Moxy as we had a booking for a cabaret and were also meeting friends who were about to return to the USA. My wife uses a wheelchair and so we try to find accessible rooms if possible. The ideal rooms are the disabled accessible family rooms but, in absence of one, we were given a twin-bedded room. It’d a fact that the bathrooms are rather “cosy”. but that’s not too great a problem. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the curtains held all the rising sunlight at bay. There were several families staying and the Hotel welcomes children and is pet friendly.. There were various games machines,, board games and books. There is a well stocked bar and a “grab and go” facility with snacks and other items. There is plenty of space in the Lobby and there are 2 lifts. There’s paid parking with charging at the rear of the hotel. I’ve seen comments about the breakfast. There were eggs, bacon, sausage and hash browns as well as beans. There was an extensive continental selection including salads, tomatoes, olives and cheeses. There were plenty of trays and the Staff were very helpful. Teas and coffees as well as different milks, juices and water were all available. A very good - above budget standard - hotel which has many strengths ranging from fine beds, good soundproofing and friendly and efficient staff. It is not a “deluxe” hotel but they work really hard to provide a good stay for their guests and to make the stay enjoyable. We will be very happy to return.

Very warm, friendly greeting from the staff. The gentleman on the desk was really helpful and gave us some transport guidance which was very helpful. We enjoyed a complimentary arrival drink. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a one night stay. Close to the O2 which is where we went. Station less than 5 minutes away, a quick change to the jubilee line at Canning Town and we were there. Plenty to choose from for breakfast. A casual and quirky ambience

We booked this hotel because it was close to Silverworks Island (London) 3 adults. The hotel was literally a 10 minute walk which was really ideal. The hotel itself was clean, tidy & modern. The rooms was really nice, we didn't have any disabilities but it had shower seat if needed and self opening doors. Room had wardrobes, bathroom, 1 room with double bed and tv and another room with double sofa bed and tv. Only issue we found was the bar is also the reception desk, so we found we was waiting quite a while to be served, it become slightly annoying waiting well over 15 minutes with only two people waiting. Apart from that it was a good stay.

When I made my reservation, I submitted a special request and received confirmation that it would be accommodated. Unfortunately, when I arrived, my request had not been fulfilled, and I did not receive what had been confirmed.

De locatie - vlakbij metro station Rustig en stille kamers ondanks het feit dat het hotel vlakbij de luchthaven London City ligt.

Location was perfect for the DnB music event at Silvertown Island, literally 200M away. just what I needed. I love the look and feel of the Moxy brand, it fits with the lifestyle I want to lead.

A special mention for Telos who went above and beyond to help us with local knowledge and any requests we had she is a natural at providing a warm welcome and relaxed attitude that puts you at ease. they should clone her and you could put her anywhere and she will excel. However this is just one of the many excellent staff that work there as a team. Great location DLR 2 min walk gets you direct to Tower Bridge or other connecting tube lines

Great location for the airport or Excel

Hotel was extremely "fun" and comfortable. The staff were absolutely outstanding in attitude and level of service. We arrived late and we were provided with very comprehensive information about the hotel, parking facilities and breakfast. We were then treated to a complementary drink. Reception staff double as bar staff and run both very efficiently and seemed to have a lot of fun doing it. Hotel location was within 5-10 minutes walk of Silverworks Island, other hotels and pubs offering food and drink and London City airport. Breakfast was high quality for the price.

Prices could always be lower. But very little to say.

Nice new hotel, rooms were a decent size, very clean, nice bedding and towels, staff were helpful and friendly.

It’s a fair way from the centre of London but the DLR gets you there. There’s nothing else in that area except for other hotels eg convenience stores. Bathroom fittings were a bit poor and the shower was mediocre.
