The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Room quite large. Comfortable and large bathroom. Fresh warm breakfast. Nice hotel restaurant at night. Good location for London ExCel events. Just 5 min. walk from ExCel.

The price on Booking.com was overpriced. I canceled it for 467EUR and bokked from another site. Pillows were very hard and stiff. I asked for a fluffy one, and stuff brought me another hard one:) Quite far from the city center. Some 50 min. by public transport.

Brak możliwości otworzenia okna i przewietrzenia pokoju. Nieprzyjemny zapach w pokoju. Zapchany odpływ wody pod prysznicem, woda stała w brodziku, to samo w umywalce. Poza tym fatalne śniadania. Codziennie to samo, 4 rzeczy na krzyż. Niedobre. Najgorsze śniadania jakie kiedykolwiek jadłam. Pierwszy i ostatni raz pobyt w tym hotelu.

The hotel was in a great location right next to the DLR so great for getting around & to the O2 which is why we were staying there. The staff were all very friendly & so helpful, treated us so well. Facilities were really good, clean & very comfortable, definitely recommend & go back again

Das Zimmer ist zuklein für 4 Personen, da wir aber sowieso dort nur geschlafen haben und tagsüber unterwags waren, war es zum aushalten. Frühstück war sehr monoton und jeeen Tag das gleiche. Lage: Hotel sehr weit außerhalb. Nichts in der nähe um etwas zum essen zu kaufen. DLR Station in der nähe um alles nötige zu erreichen.

Customer service was exceptional. From the reception staff to the kitchen staff at breakfast and the cleaning staff everyone was very professional and friendly. They all felt like they were part of the same team and made us all feel welcome. Excellent customer service with a smile which is rare to find these days wherever you go, keep it up!

Lovely staff, breakfast was really good. Rooms were very spacious, way bigger than the pictures.

Good location for events in the O2, close to tube and buses so many options for connections. Smiley staff, very informative and ready to help. Breakfast was nice but not exceptional by any means. :)

Cleanliness was very good but not perfect (9/10), random strands of hair here and there plus I found fake eyelashes from a previous guest next to the bin. As far as I'm aware, windows cannot be opened. AC was fully functional and useful, however, fresh air sometimes is best. :)

Parking facilities

I’ve stayed in many Holiday Inn hotels but this one is a disgrace to the name. Upon checking in we found hair on the beds. When we called reception they checked and moved us to a new room which also had hair under the pillow. We didn’t complain though there was no point.

Mein Zimmer hatte ein relativ schmales Fenster und war dadurch insgesamt ziemlich dunkel. Ich vermute von der Architektur her, dass alle Zimmer diese schmalen Fenster haben.

Perfektní umístění 2 stanice busem od letiště a umístění v těsné blízkosti stanice metra DLR Pohodlné pokoje, čisté Pokud budeme opět potřebovat ubytování v této části města, určitě se vrátíme. Dobrá káva k snídani, pokud funguje stroj. Přes ulici pěší zóna u řeky, super pro kočárek, procházky nebo ranní běh.

Ze tří nocí, v hotelu strávených, fungoval presovač na kávu jen 1x, ale káva byla moc dobrá. Snídaně by mohla být o něco lepší. Byla hodně "průmyslová" Jogurt a pečivo byly dobré. Málo kapacitní výtah, chyběly schody, bydleli jsme v 1.patře a zbytečně stále čekali u výtahu.

It was so easy to get to and close to the DLR station.

Although I asked several times for a twin room, we got one with a sofa bed and the mattress was awful. They changed us to another room and gave son a voucher for a mocktail! It was still another sofa bed though.

Läget kanske inte var det bästa men gjorde inget för jag hittade ”ut” mot stan enkelt! Pizzan kanske de tog överpris på. Lite bränd och fryst. Hade inte gjort ngt om den var billigare men med det priset förväntar jag mig ändå lite mer en en hård fryst pizza. Gott var det dock efter en Ariana Grande konsert!

One of the staff members was very rude and used abused language. I complained about him to the manager who apologised. But such staff members should be punished severely for the rude, abusive and discriminatory behaviour.

The location from central london. Hotel itself is located at a beautiful place with minimal traffic but if you want to go to Central London then expect a drive of almost 1 hour.

Het ontbijt was divers. Het personeel was behulpzaam en oplossingsgericht. Locatie was gunstig bij het vliegveld en is makkelijk om naar het centrum van London te gaan.

De borg kon niet worden betaald omdat ze problemen hadden met de Maestro en Visa cards op de pinpassen. Ik pinde bij de buren en daar werkte het wel. Maar de dame die mij hielp bij het hotel bij het inchecken was behulpzaam dat ik dat vanwege hun technische probleem niet hoefde te betalen en ze gaf het door aan het management dat er weer problemen waren met de Maestro en Visa kaarten.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is fair, but the coffee is pretty bad. The room itself was clean, though the bathroom could use more attention. Good location, close to the train station. Price is fair for the area, but the perceived value could be improved with some extra cleaning and maintenance.

Staff were absolutely amazing! I had an issue getting to the hotel due to road closures for a sporting event and the receptionist stayed on the phone to me for 1/2 hour to help me to navigate to the hotel. She even stayed past the end of her shift to check me in. An absolute angel!

Sehr freundliches Personal. Tolle Lage - zum einen eine schöne Gegend (Nähe Wasser), in der wir uns sehr wohl fühlten. Zum anderen waren wir schnell mit der U-Bahn in der Innenstadt (wir fuhren mit der Elizabeth-Line, ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hotel aus). Unsere Zimmer waren sauber und von der Größe her ausreichend. Auch ein Parkplatz war kein Problem. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des London City Airport - über Nacht kein Flugbetrieb. Unsere Kinder schauten mit Begeisterung den Flugzeugen bei der Landung und beim Start zu. Das Frühstück war so, wie wir es von einem anderen Hotel in England auch kannten - zum Glück very britisch. Es war für jeden etwas dabei.

So, the hotel is well located in a quiet area, very close to the public transport station. Very good value for money. The breakfast is quite decent. Now, we also have to consider the value for money, which is excellent. Just one downside that I don't understand: the toilet brush is missing from the bathroom, which is an essential item in my view. But it's just a minor detail.

The stay and the courtesy was excellent. The breakfast spread and service was very good. A special mention and Thankyou to Ms Vira who was very kind and made the breakfast experience very pleasant.

Very nice and kind staff in the dining room and housekeeping too. The hotel and apartments are in good shape. The hotel surroundings are nice, clean, and safe.

The apartment has no openable window, no toilet brush, and no shelf or closet. A very uncomfortable sofa bed. The full British breakfast is very good, but nine times in a row was quite hardcore. The apartment is quite small for 4 people.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Es war die Bereitschaft da, uns ein größeres Zimmer zur Verfügung zu stellen. Mit der Sauberkeit bin ich zufrieden. Die Lage ist super. DLR, Bus und U-Bahn in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Docks sind toll. Nachts ist es sehr ruhig. Die Sonne schien morgens in unser Zimmer und wir hatten Blick auf einen grünen Baum.

Unser Zimmer zu dritt minimal kein. Durch das ausgezogene Sofa kaum Platz, sich im Zimmer zu bewegen. Das Zimmer, welches uns zur Alternative angeboten wurde, war geräumiger, jedoch mit Blick auf Parkplatz, nach Norden und neben dem Fahrstuhl gelegen und mit Rollstuhlgerechtem Bad ausgestattet, daher keine Option für uns. Ich schätze aber sehr, dass nach einer Lösung gesucht wurde. Kein Schrank und damit keine Option, die Sachen unterzubringen! 5 fest installierte Bügel. Bei mehreren Tagen Aufenthalt und drei Personen führt das zwangsläufig zu einem Hindernisparcours im Zimmer, der auch für das Reinigungspersonal eine Herausforderung gewesen sein dürfte. Dafür steht mir ein Bügelbrett für den gesamten Aufenthalt zur Verfügung und nimmt Platz ein, wo ein Regal sein könnte. Weiterhin gibt es keinen Stuhl im Zimmer. (Wo sollte der auch stehen…). Das Fenster ist nicht zu öffnen und die Klimaanlage macht einen Lärm, bei dem ich nichts schlafen kann, also schalte ich sie so spät wie möglich aus und so früh wie möglich an und schlafe bei schlechter Luft. Mit dem Checkin wurde ich mit der Mitgliedschaft für ein Hotelketten-Punkteprogramm überrumpelt, die wohl dann auch Voraussetzung dafür war, dass ich gewisse grundlegende Services erhalte und das wlan-Passwort. Es wird geworben, dass ich die Umwelt schonen (und Punkte sammeln) könnte, indem ich den Zimmerservice nur alle vier Tage in Anspruch nehme. Von mir aus müsste nicht täglich jemand in mein Zimmer, aber ohne Klobürste ist es mir schwierig, mich da noch länger wohl zu fühlen! Das Frühstück ist täglich das gleiche und spartanisch die Auswahl. Die Qualität dabei mittelmäßig. Das Frühstückspersonal ist sehr freundlich und überengagiert und zieht einem den Teller unterm Essen weg, wenn man nicht abwehrt (das scheint heutzutage so üblich, in Ruhe essen wird für mich so zur Herausforderung.) anschließend werden Zettel mit QR-Codes an die Gäste verteilt, mit der Bitte um eine gute Bewertung!
