We felt safe and the location was perfect. Love that the elevators were so fast. It was the ideal location for us and the staff were incredibly helpful.

The beds. That’s the only thing we didn’t appreciate about this space. The beds were very dense and rather uncomfortable. Would have been fine for a night or two, but we stayed a week.

This aparthotel was perfectly located on the Royal Mile, but closer to Holyrood, so it was quiet - this was important as we were there for the end of the Fringe Festival - we had no noise issues whatsoever. But we were a 5 minute walk from all the pubs and sights that make Edinburgh's Royal Mile so fantastic. We also were 10 minutes from train station, so we did daytrips easily.

Foretrekker å bo i leilighet, så er fornøyd med at det er et greit utstyrt kjøkken med mulighet til å lage en enkel frokost. Å ha kjøleskap er topp. Savner en liten sofa, for å slippe å sitte i sengen, men da måtte vi sikkert oppgradert til en større leilighet. Kaffekapsler til kaffemaskinen kunne hotellet spandert.

I was afraid that the room might be noisy, given the hotel's convenient location on the Royal Mile in Edinburgh's historic city centre. However, I asked the receptionist for the quietest room available, and I was very pleased. I overlooked a side street, as opposed to the Royal Mile, and I had no issues with noise whatsoever. It was great to have a good-sized kitchenette in the room, and the hotel lobby was fairly stylish, as well.

The shower could have done with a bit more water pressure.

The best of the hotel is its location, which is in the heart of the Royal Mile. The room (with a basic kitchen) was very clean and spacious. All staff members were very nice and professional.

I liked the location, the spacious rooms, and the friendly staff

They don’t provide conditioner, and the bath gel and shampoo are combined into one product. Also, the dispenser is not easy to press. The water pressure is not very good, so taking a shower is not very comfortable.

Staff were very helpful every time I asked a question. The place is central yet in a quiet area. Buses pass in front of the hotel and one could go anywhere.

Breakfast could be better.

Leider finde ich die Preisgestaltung sehr schlecht. Für 6 Nächte ohne Frühstück, 2 Personen lag der Preis bei über 2800 Euro! Das ist mir für die Zukunft leider viel zu teuer und wir werden uns dann wohl für die Konkurrenz entscheiden müssen. Schade eigentlich

The location is amazing. Steps away from all the pubs, restaurants and shops on the Royal Mile. The Edinburgh Castle is just up the road and the Chocolaterium is around the block. The room has a small kitchenette, and it was clean and tidy. The elevators are fast and modern.

We booked a standard room for 4 nights and the sleeping area was pretty tight, specially after we had two suitcases open, our window was very small compared to others. The bed is actually a Murphy bed that can turn into a couch, although we never did that. Next time we will look into paying a bit more for an upgraded room at this hotel.

The location and staff were great. They breakfast was extremely good with lots of choices. They opened the breakfast area early for us the day we were leaving.

The location was excellent for Fringe activities or Tattoo. Very clean and good facilities. Nice to have kitchen and fridge to grab quick meals. Bathroom was good.

La posizione era centralissima e quindi a piedi si poteva arrivare a vedere tutti i monumenti principali di Edimburgo. Non era prevista la colazione a parte qualche dotazione di bustine di tea e caffè e zucchero. Il letto era un pò duretto comunque in totale il bagno era confortevole e lo spazio abbastanza adeguato almeno rispetto agli standard inglesi.

La stanza da letto matrimoniale un pò piccola ma comunque per chi fa la vita da turista va bene.

You can’t beat the location in the middle of Royal Mile. After walking back and forth all day, it was nice to have a close hotel. Staff are friendly.

But warm at nighttime but we come from a cold climate where we keep our windows open when it’s down in the 40’s F at nighttime.

I wrote last year that we had a disappointing second stay, well I have to report my sister went this year and it was even worse, rooms dirty, a/c still doesn't work properly, shower broken, people smoking outside room windows so you can't open them. Manager was awful and really didnt care, at least Craig last year apologized and gave us a credit for all the problems we encountered. Avoid this hotel, location is great but standards are terrible, there are better choices

المكيف سي زيارتي في اوغست وكان الجو دافي ويحتاج تكيف ، اخذت شقه المكيف حق غرفة النوم سلموها لنا م خربان !! ، نشغله ويطفي ، كلمنا الرسبشن وقلنا لهم وطلعنا من الصباح لين المساء ولا لم يتم عمل صيانه له !! التنظيف عندهم م يشمله الحجز ،واذا تبي تنظيف تدفع فلوس او تسكن سبوع كامل والتنصيف يكون كل سبوع فقط وهذا اكبر عيب في الفندق واتمنى مراجعة هذا الشي !

Мы были в Шотландии первый раз. Расположение у отеля отличное. От вокзала пешком 7 минут, до всех достопримечательностей в пешей доступности легко добраться. До замка например 16 минут пешком.

Отель не соответствует цене. За 3 ночи мы заплатили больше 800 фунтов. Как по мне этот отель не 4 звезды совсем. Уборка не производится. Полотенца не достаточно белые, скорее уже с серым подтоном, воду в качестве приветствия в номерах тоже никто не оставляет. Нужны переходники в розетки в номерах, другие вариантов нет, ни для usb, ничего. И отель вам не одолжит тоже, а только может продать переходник, что мне кажется, очень неприятно. В Лондоне за эти деньги жили в 4х звездочном отеле и были супер довольны. Здесь же у меня было много вопросов. Кровать неудобная в комнате-студии, возможно в других номерах лучше. Постельное белье будто самое дешевое и уже в катышках. Было неприятно.

Room 004 - 4 night stay. Great location. Kitchen area ok, large fridge, no toaster, small kettle. No table to sit and eat at so we had to eat sitting on the beds. Only one arm chair. The floor was very dirty, my socks were black within five minutes of taking my shoes off, I actually threw my socks in the bin when I left. Under the beds was thick with dust. Bedding was ripped. Very low water pressure in the shower, took ages to wash my hair. Dirty windows. This room backs onto a bar and we were woken up early every morning by the noise of the bottle bins being emptied. Check out was 11am and housekeeping staff let herself in without knocking at 10.30am. Towels were rough. Expected more for the price.

Location is just perfect! The hotel is located exactly on Royal Mile. We could get almost any popular place by feet. The suit is absolutely adorable like a small apartment. We could find in it everything we needed. The furniture is new and nice.

One time minus: dirty floors. I guess it is normal not to wash floors. I hate when socks become black after such dirty floor. I am sure it hadn't been washed before our stay. I had to wash it myself. And as soon as I did it everything became perfect!

It was standard. Similar to Premier Inn/Travelodge but more expensive! I expected slightly better for the extra money.

More variety. I expected porridge and kippers, as we were in Scotland, but neither were available.

Perfect location and everything was so comfortable. Loved that this place is dog-friendly and my doggo was made to feel at home! I will certainly come back.

Excellent location royal mine, but not with all the noise, walking distance of everything. Hotel rooms are big and clean, staff very nice and helpful.

The location is excellent.

The room and the bathroom were not clean. There was puke on the bathroom wall near the toilet. There were no basics like coffee provided. The coffee kettle was broken along with the tile heater. We had to come to reception to get toilet paper. There was no housekeeping. We didn’t know what to do with garbage. This was a hostel level “hotel” that was way overpriced for what it provided. Do not recommend.

Top Lage! Zentral am unteren "etwas ruhigeren Abschnitt" an der Royal Mile - 10 min vom Bahnhof entfernt. ZImmer war ausreichend groß, sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet - es gab viel Stauraum für unser Gepäck. ( Wir hassen es aus dem Koffer zu leben) Küchenzeile war top ausgestattet und hatte alles, was wir benötigten. Bei geschlossenen Fenster war es im Zimmer komplett ruhig. Handtücher gab es auf Nachfrage ohne Aufpreis nach.

Im Vergleich zu Quatieren im deutschprachigen Raum recht teuer.

Poor air conditioning in an unusually hot period. Fire alarm was triggered late one night that put everyone into the street in pyjamas. No explanation or any courtesy information given. Just ignored.

Right on royal mile but not in busy party zone. Large apartment room with pull out couch and two twin beds. Kitchen well stocked if you want to cook. Laundry room wasn’t and and economical.

Room had air con which was a blessing but greasy hand marks on headboard and the floor needs cleaning. £800 for 3 nights for two people. Quite expensive for what you get. Was chased after by young receptionist for taking what I thought were free biscuits. He said they were £1 each. Adagio certainly are after every penny! Keep your biscuits as your goodwill has just vanished.

It is not a four star hotel. In a four-bed apartment you have to make two beds yourself and they are very uncomfortable to sleep on. The rooms are not cleaned at all, toilet paper and clean towels have to be picked up at the reception. Definitely overpriced.

La ubicación es excepcional, es como una prolongación de Royal Mile y al tener la cocina es muy cómodo. Las vistas a Royal mine, preciosas.

Increible q una habitación de 300€ la noche de un apartahotel te la tengas q limpiar tú o tienes que pagar!!!! Por cambiar las papeleras y cambiar las toallas 7£ y si querías la limpieza completa creo que era 19£. Solo te limpiaban si estabas más de 8 noches. Se lo come tamos a la chica de recepción y nos dijo q era la politica de la empresa. Jamás he visto eso en ningún hotel del mundo!!!!

SO many places to put things and so many amenities. Perfect location for sight-seeing or just visiting in Edinburgh. My room had a Murphy bed and I loved that. Also, it was quiet, I couldn't hear my neighbors or the tourists outside. Loved, loved, LOVED this hotel! Will definitely book again!

Mi è piaciuto il fatto che il personale abbia fatto il possibile per soddisfare le nostre richieste.

La camera era un po' vecchia, avevamo paura di toccare alcune cose che parevano in equilibrio precario, le lampade sui muri e sopra il letto erano a mala pena appoggiate. Le camere non vengono mai rifatte e pulite, se non a richiesta e con un sovrapprezzo, mai visto in un hotel 4 stelle, anche per il cambio asciugamani e fornitura carta igienica bisogna andare in reception. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato lenzuola sporche e piumini arrotolati e usati e non igienizzati negli armadi. Il terzo letto, richiesto alla prenotazione, deve essere montato e fatto dai clienti. Il wifi nella camera non funziona, ma solo nella hall dell'albergo. La moquette dei corridoi che portano nelle stanze riporta numerose e grandi macchie. Colazione scarsa, sia nel dolce che nel salato, con pochissima scelta. Mi pare un po' troppo generoso che sia un hotel 4 stelle e dai costi elevati.
