Great location, use yards from the Colosseum.

Roof terrace would benefit from a couple of chairs but because of it being shared by residents, not sure if this possible

Ryan & Silvia were very helpful & accommodating with any questions we had. The location was great being so close to the Colosseum & other attractions. We were in Rome for just three days and we could’ve picked a better place to stay. Right next to the Coliseum and public transportation, very clean and comfortable bed, nice working AC which is an essential when traveling in the summer. Very attentive staff.

Great area. Really. Right across the street from the Colosseum and a park. Lots of trees. Quiet but busy around the corner. It is however, a little far from Trastevere (35min walk) , Trevi Fountain, and the Vatican if walking. They do have a roof top deck that offers a fantastic view of Rome.

I really didn’t dislike anything. The room was typical for a B&B in Rome—typically sized, but pleasantly quiet. Please note, it is on the 4th floor. However, they do have an elevator the worked flawlessly. Was large enough for 2 people with 2 backpacks and 2 suitcases. The staff was AWESOME! That said, the location may be better suited to a second visit to Rome, especially if you missed attractions such as the Colosseum or the Spanish Steps on your first trip. In my opinion, a more central location would be preferable if you plan to walk to places like the Vatican, Trevi Fountain, and other major sights. If you’re comfortable using taxis or Uber, though, the location should not be an issue; the rides will just be a bit more expensive. I want to stress that the location of Collesuem Corner is great.. Lots of trees, a bistro on the corner. Restaurants and shopping 4 to 5 minute walk.

The hosts, Ryan and Sylvia were great, and very helpful with recommendations. Location is across the street from the Colosseum, and the metro. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The view from the roof is great.

The hotel itself was good. Working air conditioning, a large room, everything you'd expect. What makes it so excellent is its location. Being across the road from the Colosseum was amazing. Walking back to the hotel every night with the Coloseum lit up was amazing. Had great restaurants nearby. The staff also showed us the roof, where you can get a breathtaking view of Rome, excellent for pictures. It is also a few minutes' walk from the metro station that you can use to get to most other places around Rome.

So close to colosseum, lovely restaurants within 1 minute walk. Large bedroom. Fabulous staff, couldn’t do enough for you. Our daughter managed to break her ankle on the first day of our holiday and the staff couldn’t do enough to help. A special thank you to Ryan!!

Great location, right by the Colosseum and metro station. Very helpful and friendly staff. Air conditioning which is essential. Fridge and kettle in room. The hotel was able to arrange a private airport transfer for us.

It wasn’t clear from the website that breakfast was offsite at a local cafe. The property itself has been a residential flat that’s been converted into hotel rooms. So it isn’t staffed 24hours. There are emergency numbers to call if we needed them.

The entrance to the property has trash bins as you walk through the entrance that can smell quite badly, I understand that it’s an issue with the council on how many times they are collected.

Christefer and his brother were the best hotel history I've experienced, super nice and professional. They were both full of information and managed our taxis and appointments, can't say enough about making our stat really comfortable. Impressed on the cleanliness and location of the hotel, definitely would come back to Collesuem corner if I was in Rome .

The hotel is actually located in a apartment building. You have to ring a bell ( which was hard to tell which one was the hotel) . Once inside , the lobby is old and worn out; elevator barely fits 1 person. It is basically an apartment turned hotel with 4 rooms. Very tiny reception and staffed only during business hours. It is ok for 1-2 nigths more than that a normal hotel would be better.

The bed on the photos were deff bigger than in reality, so we asked for extra bed for our little girl. Shower floor was quite slide, careful!

Amazing location. Staff was so friendly and showed us the views from the top of the building. Breakfast was served at the cafe downstairs with a full view of the Colosseum. We had the English Breakfast and got such a large and delicious breakfast. Bed was comfortable and bathroom large and very clean.

Only 4 rooms available in the building. We booked and then when my family wanted to book it was sold out. We didn't understand why until we arrived.

The only thing was, as it was nearly 40 degrees outside walking up four flights of stairs was hard work. We could of taken the lift so it isn’t a negative, it was our choice

My only issue, and it's so minor, was that we reserved a Colosseum view room; however, the only way to really see the Colosseum was through a mirror that had been set up in the window, there really isn't a direct view. I found that to be a bit mis-leading, but an extremely minor issue, at best.

Everything about our stay was excellent. The property was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. A special thank you to Ryan at reception! He was incredibly welcoming, friendly. His hospitality really made our experience even more enjoyable.

Personale molto gentile e disponibile, dimensioni della stanza ottime, finestre insonorizzate e nonostante abbiamo beccato il Rally di Roma fino a circa mezzanotte una volta smessa la corsa delle auto che transitavano proprio sotto la nostra finestra c’era il silenzio più assoluto! Bello il balcone all’ultimo piano, accessibile a tutti gli ospiti.

La colazione è da fare al bar sotto l’edificio e purtroppo non è a buffet. Il personale del bar è molto gentile e disponibile ma purtroppo la colazione è un po’ scarsa come quantità rispetto alle classiche colazioni da hotel

Alloggio situato a due passi dal Colosseo. Giri l’angolo e hai una delle viste più belle al mondo. Personale gentilissimo e camera con tutto il necessario. Personalmente ci ritornerei oggi stesso!

The room was modern, comfortable, and spotless, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. They provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and attractions, and their warm hospitality made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The location is simply unbeatable. Being just a short walk from the Colosseum made it easy to explore Rome's most famous landmarks, while there were plenty of restaurants, cafés, and public transportation nearby. I would highly recommend Colosseum Corner Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the heart of Rome.

Hervorzuheben ist die sehr zentrale Lage der Unterkunft direkt ggüber des Kolosseums mit einem sehr guten Café/Restaurant in dem man auch das gebuchte Frühstück einnimmt. Personal spricht sehr gut englisch. Zimmer sind klimatisiert und gemütlich gestaltet. Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden.

Wenn man mit größerem Gepäck reist, ist der Weg von der U-Bahn Station Colosseum fußläufig etwas anspruchsvoll da Kopfsteinpflaster und bergauf, denn das Appartment liegt oberhalb vom Kolosseum. Mit dem Auto kann man jedoch bis vor die Tür fahren.

We loved everything about our stay at Colosseum Corner! Silvia and Ryan were exceptionally welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, the location is superb and the hotel is comfortable, clean and has everything you need. The view from the roof top terrace cannot be beaten and it was the perfect place to stay while exploring the city. We would definitely stay again and would reccomend it to anyone else going to Rome.

The hotel room was immaculate, the AC worked great. The lift was easy to use to avoid the 4 flights of stairs! The roof top terrace was an exceptional view of the city and Colosseum! And completely private. Sylvie and Ryan could not have been more helpful and kind! They got us set up with shatter proof wine flutes to take our wine up to the terrace and answered any questions we had! The hotel itself was in a perfect location for easy walking to all the places we wanted to see during our short stay in Rome!

Prime location to visit historical sites and beautiful basilicas and churches. Our modern room was spacious, clean, comfortable and had large beautiful windows with blinds and shutters. The breakfast voucher that was provided offered various options at the bistro which was just around the corner and facing the Colosseum. Staff were professional, friendly and eager to help. It was fabulous! We were quite happy and would choose to stay here again:)

The room was pretty plain, not as luxurious as I expected for the price. Friends of ours were in a nearby hotel with a larger room, king sized bed and nicer finishes for not much more money.

The location is outstanding, especially if you want to be close to the Colosseum, Forum and Palatine Hill. It was so clean and the rooms were so quiet. And, the staff were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

Was slightly difficult to understand how to get into the building, but one phone call to the staff and that was instantly fixed.

A localização é ótima, o café da manhã é oferecido em parceria com um café bem em frente ao coliseu e é muito gostoso! Tem um terraço no 6º andar que podemos ter acesso que nos permitiu ver um pôr do sol de tirar o fôlego e nos rendeu fotos lindas! Água e café/cha à vontade, que faz toda a diferença! Recomendo de olhos fechados!

We were so pleased with our accommodations. Our location was perfect. We walked all over the historic area, got to see everything we were hoping to see. The hotel staff were amazing! They were friendly and helped us navigate Rome from sites to delicious food. Would definitely return to this little boutique hotel.

One cannot beat this location. Getting to the Coliseum and Forum could not be easier. No taxi necessary as both are a five minute walk. The staff could not be more accommodating. We were able to leave our luggage and go explore. We had an early departure so we settled up the day before. If one wants to experience Rome living, this is it including the quirky elevator. The rooftop gave extraordinary views of the Coliseum.

Everything was great. Figuring out the lighting system was interesting at times.

View of the coliseum was obstructed and getting our luggage up in the tiny lift was a challenge - but not a big problem.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. Very informative and sent us to a great place for lunch . The room was clean and comfortable and great location for that area of Rome. Very hard to find but when we did they were very helpful .

Had a really great stay here. The location is hard to beat—right near the Colosseum with amazing views, and super easy to get around the city from there. The room was clean, beautiful, and very comfortable with good climate control, which made a big difference. Sylvia was especially lovely and helpful throughout the stay, which we really appreciated. Also, the breakfast arrangement was a great touch—everything was fresh and really tasty. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed the breakfast at the street corner shop. The location at the Colloseum is a BIG bonus.

It was busy and noisy due to the Passover period and events taking place over this period.
