Murs de la chambre un peu sales, odeur un peu désagréable et décoration un peu datée (de la chambre et des couloirs). Je pense que la rénovation de l’hôtel n’est pas encore finie.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, Silvia at the reception made me feel welcome and was attentive throughout my entire stay. She was always helpful, professional, and ensured everything went smoothly. I was very satisfied with the swimming pool, which was clean and enjoyable, as well as the breakfast, which offered a good variety of options. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and met all my expectations. Overall, I had a great experience and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. it was a smoking room with heavy smoke smell in room and corridor. zero air ventilation in the room, exhaust fan in bathroom is not working. window cant be open. curtain is broken with a big hole in the middle.

I honestly don’t know whether to call this a hotel stay or a lesson in never believing social media again. After seeing all the beautifully curated TikTok videos and promotional content, I genuinely believed your property would deliver the experience it promised. Unfortunately, what I found was the complete opposite. It seems the marketing team deserves far more credit than the operations team. The unit was not just dirty it was disgustingly dirty. Dust, stains, and an overall lack of cleanliness made it impossible to feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. For a serviced residence, I was also surprised to discover there were no proper cooking utensils, while the gas stove was practically unusable. It completely defeats the purpose of staying in a residence. What made everything even worse was the way your WhatsApp operations team handled the situation. Slow, inefficient, and completely lacking any sense of urgency or ownership. It felt less like customer service and more like I was inconveniencing your staff by reporting problems that should never have existed in the first place. At one point, I genuinely asked myself, “Did I do something terrible to deserve an experience like this?” That is how miserable this stay has been. I moved from another serviced residence from queen city mall because I believed Louis Kienne Pemuda would be an upgrade. Instead, I paid more for a nightmare wrapped in good marketing. Thank you for reminding me that social media can create beautiful expectations, while reality can destroy them within minutes. Please don’t worry—I won’t be making the same mistake twice. This wasn’t just my first stay with Louis Kienne Pemuda. It will also be my last. Best regards,

My experience at Louis Kienne Pemuda was excellent. ​Even though it was the school holiday season and the lobby was very crowded, the staff remained friendly. A big thank you to Mas Radit at the front desk for being so efficient; I booked two Deluxe rooms via Trip.com and received a free upgrade to Resident Rooms upon check-in. The rooms were clean, the amenities were complete, and the breakfast was delicious. When I requested a high chair at the restaurant for my baby, the staff immediately set one up for us. It’s highly recommended for those looking for comfort right in the heart of the city. The location is very convenient, close to KFC, Indomaret Fresh, and Queen City Mall, and finding dinner options around the hotel is very easy.

During check in they allocated me a room which was already occupied by another guest. And again i came back to reception with my luggage for getting another room. I can clearly hear noise from adjacent room. Dinner is not available on ala carte basis. Parking at this property is tricky as the entrance and exit ramps are narrow, only experienced driver can handle the vehicle without damage. I have not received invoice for my stay. Both booking.com & property is telling they cannot provide contact another. While check out I tried to explain to the staff and shown booking.com policy details, but even after explaining and waiting for 1 hour I did not receive a invoice from them. Since i dont have enough time i have left without invoice.

When check in room stinky and bed very little booked for 2 adult and 2 kids tenageer not enough space..I book deluxe twin room but they provided deluxe twin bed only 1 room available ..when check in 1st day no siap shampoo towel and shower gears and stuff 2 Nd day when make up room they not fill the soap and shampoo and have to shouting to hotel staff..very not professional hotel serviced delivered I'm not recommend using again this hotel and breakfast only 1 pax been provided complaint to the hotel they can provide 1 pax .while I book for 4 guess including me and my wife and my 2 kids tenageer .very unprofessional hotel .

I stayed at Louis Kienne Pemuda Semarang this November and really enjoyed my time there. The location couldn’t be more convenient, it’s right in the middle of the city, with a convenience store and a mall just next door. Toko Oen and Loenpia Mbak Lien are literally right across the street, which made it easy to grab some local favorites. The service was solid throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome. My room was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The part I loved the most was the infinity pool on the rooftop. The view from up there is fantastic and definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back on my next trip to Semarang.

The hotel is excellent — a new building, clean, and all the staff are very friendly and kind. I asked for assistance going up and down the elevator, and they always accompanied me. The facilities are plenty, the swimming pool is large, and the city view is absolutely stunning. The playground area is very clean and brought so much joy to my child. The room was extremely nice — clean and fragrant. The bed, pillows, and bedcover were all super soft. My child was happy because they could watch YouTube on the TV. The city view from the room was amazing, and there was also a large sofa in the room. The hotel’s location is truly strategic — walking distance to Toko Oen and Queen City Mall. Everything was just perfect. We were very, very satisfied. A special thank you to Ms. Ririn, the Guest Relation Officer at Hotel Louis Kienne Pemuda Semarang, who fulfilled all our requests — not a single one was missed. Stay healthy, Ms. Ririn. We’ve made a promise that when we visit Semarang again, we will definitely stay at Hotel Louis Kienne Pemuda.

Perfect location, friendly staff, wonderful roof top Infinity pool, big beds and big rooms

I recently stayed at Louis Kienne Pemuda Hotel during a business trip, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful throughout my stay. The location is another big plus – it’s close to the city center, with shops and cafes within walking distance. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

The design is beautiful, very aestetic and homey, with spacious rooms and the bed is so comfortable, Super friendly and helpful staff—they made check-in smooth and were always happy to assist or recommend places to visit.

location was superb. Only short distance to popular places to eat and coffeeshops. Nearby has convenient store, gas station. Staff were friendly too.

parking is tight and the building itself need refreshment. You can find stains on the carpets, walls, bed sheets. Also need better sound proofing as neighbor or the alleyway sound is very noticeable from inside the room. If you parked your car in the building, the system isn't efficient as you need clearance every time you parked although you're staying for couple of days.

The bathroom was smelly, the shower didn’t work properly, the bedsheet had some stains, and the most disappointed was the breakfast, the menu, variation, the taste was so poor. The 3 star hotels are better than this.

The lobby smelled of cigarette smoke, maybe because there are chairs in the outside area for people to smoke, and the smell got into the lobby. But the check in process went smoothly. Room ok, bed is the rather firm type, quite comfy for me but maybe not for those who prefer a softer type. Beddings less pristine than expected tho. Found some yellowish colouring in the duvet. Bathroom is quite tightly arranged, especially the space for standing in front of the sink, as the sliding door is just behind. And the floor can get wet from the shower activity. The infinity pool can be crowded as it is one of the uniqueness of the hotel, but great and the almost 360 view of the city from the top floor is wonderful. Lift waiting time quite long due to full hotel capacity, but I think this would be hard to improve. The issue is with breakfast. The variety is ok, all the standards variant (bread and pastries, salads, local food, Asian Buffett, egg station, sausages, red beans), but the hotel miscalculated the amount of food needed. At 08.30, almost all food has run out, including the plates/bowls/utensils. Meanwhile, many guests are still coming to have breakfast as the closing time is 10.00. Even eggs run out, you cannot request to make sunny side ups. Eggs is the fastest thing you can buy, even available at common small street stalls. Lots of complaints to the staff. The management should be able to calculate food requirements based on the occupancy and take immediate actions. Overall stay ok, but the breakfast experience rather reduce the evaluation, especially with the high price (twice of regular Price) of room due to semi-high season (a weekend on school's holiday period)

very satisfied with all the facilities and services provided, the service is very friendly from the check in process to the check out process, the facilities are complete and adequate, the price is affordable, it is really worth it with the quality offered, the rooms and everything in them are clean starting from the pillows to the room cupboards shower etc., the rooms are fragrant and spacious, the room atmosphere is very comfortable and the hotel atmosphere is very attractive, the hotel location is also strategic, close to public facilities in the city of Semarang.

We got what we needed. A comfy bed for two nights, swimming for the kids, and a great location-a few steps away from QueenCity Mall.

The room was not that cold. We were feeling a little bit hot. The pillow cases was not white enough for me.

A great place for business trip, near from city centre, shopping mall. The ambience just feel like home, the service from the staff warm and friendly. even though the hotel is in city area, they provide playground and swimming pool for kids. they have a rooftop swimming pool with a great view, perfect for relaxation to relieve fatigue after work. This hotel is also suitable for a vacation with family

It was a nice stay. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and various. Room was clean. As 4 stars hotel, it will be great if completed with gym and sauna. Overall, we enjoyed our stays. Hopefully next time those facilities are available. Wish you all the best.

Hotel baru dengan persiapan yg sangat kurang sehingga memaksakan untuk buka operasional. - Kamar biasa saja dan beberapa prabot juga ada yg kosong krn baru buka - Sarpan biasa saja, bahkan request bisa sarapan lebih cepat tidak bisa (gimana kalau kita pakai jadwal pesaewat pagi...???) - Kolam renang tdk ada pengawas dan masih tdk safety krn pembatas masih belum terpasang semua. - Dan terakhir paling tidak senang, Tidak menerbitkan Bill saya sewaktu check out padahal di travel agent milih bayar di hotel.
