Super Unterkunft für einen kurzen Aufenthalt nach dem Flug nach Medan. Abholung vom Flughafen lief reibeungslos! Unterkunft ist sauber und Frühstück war ebenfalls gut.

Un lugar con jardines preciosos, piscina grande y restauración cercana. La habitación cómoda y limpia y la ubicación maravillosa si quieres estar cerca del aeropuerto. El servicio de shuttle funciona muy bien por 50k por habitación.

El único pero que podría poner es que la carta de los restaurantes no ofrecían casi nada de la comida que tenían anunciada o por lo menos ninguna de las cosas que pedimos nosotros. Nos paso tanto en la comida como en la cena

Bed didnt feel clean to me

Pratique pour loger à côté de l’aéroport.

L’atmosphère était un peu étrangère, il y avait des dessins de partout sur les murs, on nous demande un caution mais draps déjà sales et murs en piteux état.

L’emplacement, l’ambiance, la gentillesse du personnel, la taille de la chambre et le calme.

La salle de bains n’était pas très propre car l’évacuation marchait mal.

L'emplacement proche de l'aéroport

Chambre assez spacieuse mais sale. Les repas proposés au restaurant de l'hôtel ne sont pas du tout à la hauteur, très limite. De plus le personnel ne connaît pas les plats, étant allergique au crustacés et fruits de mer, ne savait pas me répondre, riait juste. On avait l'impression que les aliments dans l'assiette était passé... Le personnel est faux, fasse à vous tout souriant, au moment de partir et de régler le reste, essaie de vous trouver des problèmes pour augmenter l'addition...

L'hôtel est grand et calme. Nous étions dans les petits cottages qui sont très bien équipés , manque juste un petit frigo. La piscine et grande et bien entretenu. Proche de l'aéroport 10 minutes en navette. Par contre il faut compter 1h pour aller en centre ville.

De locatie is super dichtbij het vliegveld, maar 15 min rijden. Het hotel biedt een goedkope transfer naar het vliegveld aan, voor 50k per kamer. De kamer is schoon en wordt tussentijds ook schoon gemaakt. Het bed was groot en sliep heerlijk. Het personeel is heel aardig en beleefd. Het zwembad was ook heerlijk, niet te koud maar ook niet te warm. Het eten bij het zwembad en het restaurant was goed en betaalbaar.

Soms rook het niet heel lekker in de badkamer, waarschijnlijk van de afzuiging of riool.

L emplacement, pas de bruit c est calme, la piscine pour se rafraîchir après de longues heures de vol, le personnel et Alvin très compétent, sérieux et sympathique. Très dévoué. L environnement, les allées fleuries, c est beau et agréable

Personnel peu accueillant et pas très dynamique. Nous avons dû nous lever pour aller chercher la carte du restaurant ils de nouveau se re lever pour aller commander puis pour demander des verres. Nous étions seules au restaurant et il y avait 2 résonne MS en permanence sur leur portable

Eten was niet vers bereid. Ontbijt alleen te krijgen als je dit vooraf geboekt had, anders a-la-carte van het avondeten. Vroeger vast een mooi complex geweest, maar nu is het vergane glorie.

The pool is big and nice, the location is very close to the airport, and they offer a comfortable, cheap airport transfer.

The rooms are poor quality and the star rating is definitely exaggerated. Cleaning is done very carelessly, and the furniture and equipment look like they are covered in a layer of dirt. Despite having many empty rooms and clearly low occupancy, they weren't willing to offer an early check-in. There is trash lying around in the corners of the hotel grounds, and the bathrooms near the pool are just squat toilets (holes in the ground). The breakfast buffet was a disaster—the worst breakfast during our whole stay in Indonesia, with almost nothing to eat except for an omelet that you had to ask for. And there were stains on the bed sheets.

Mochten niet meedoen met ontbijtbuffet, moesten als enige van kaart bestellen 1 van de 2 kamers had geen frisse badkamer (qua geur)

Hôtel très pratique car à 10 minutes de l'aéroport. A l'écart de Medan. Endroit paisible avec une grande piscine. Lits confortables. Restaurant sur place assez efficace pour le service.

Odeurs d'humidité dans la salle de bain et carrelage hyper glissant sous la douche.

Prima verblijf om de volgende dag naar het vliegveld te gaan. Transfer naar vliegveld is zeer goed geregeld, tegen kleine betaling, maar dat is logisch want er wordt over tolwegen gereden. Genoeg keuze qua eten in het restaurant.

It feels like Mr Thonn opened the hotel and never spent another penny in maintaining it.

Even though we had some problems with our stay, I really appreciate how nice reception staff were, and how successfully the social media manager amended things and changed our mood by being empathetic and talkative. The gardens are amazingly beautiful worth walking around the property.

There was some miscommunication and we were told the pool would be open during our stay, but it wasnt and it defeated the purpose of why we wanted to stay there in the first place.

Pool war wegen Reparaturen gesperrt. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren nicht wirklich hygienisch und hatten Sanierungsstau.

Beautiful hotel and property with a lovely set of staff and beautiful rooms, I definitely think this is worth it if you’re coming in from Medan airport, it’s only a short drive away and the hotel offers shuttle service. Our room was very clean and spacious with a nice bathroom. The kitchen is also a great bonus with plenty of good and affordable food options. They also have several very well maintained gardens to walk through.

The location is a little far of you are planning on visiting Medan often however it is doable. I think it beats staying in a hotel in the city anyways. It does get a little loud with the mosque close by but I don’t think you can avoid that in Medan.

Proche de l'aéroport, cet hôtel est une solution si on doit prendre 1 vol tôt le matin. Belle petite salle de bain, douche agréable. Petites bouteilles d'eau gratuites, les grandes (1,5 L) étant facturées à 15 000 roupies. Beau jardin autour de l'hôtel, avec moustiques qui rôdent.

Le restaurant est en-dessous de tout. C'est vraiment mauvais et très gras. Évitez de manger là bas et prenez un bon repas ailleurs avant d'arriver à l'hôtel. Bcp de moustiques. La piscine est indisponible car en réparation. Ayant vu les ouvriers "bricoler", je ne suis pas optimiste..🤣. des transats sales sont installés au bord de la piscine, sans coussin. Il n'y a aucun endroit où se poser (je suis arrivée vers 16h) à part rester dans sa chambre ...

Die komplette Beschreibung stimmt so garnicht mit dem was wir vor Ort angetroffen hatten. Das Zimmer war sauber aber nicht annähernd sondiert auf den Bildern. Es hat total nach Abfluss gerochen, die Stühle auf dem Balkon/Terrasse waren kaputt so das man sich kaum setzen konnte. Im allgemeinen haben wir uns dort garnicht wohl gefühlt.

No cumplió mis expectativas en nada. Reservé el 4 de junio, la piscina ya estaba en obras y el traslado al aeropuerto pasó de ser cortesía del hotel a ser de pago, todo esto me informaron el dia 6 , sin posibilidad por mi parte de cancelar la reserva y poder elegir otro hotel. Personal profesional para dar excusas, pero sin solucionar nada.

We used hotel just for the evening/night to the morning flight from Kualanamu. The room was clean and nice. Place has small garden for the walk and stuff is nice.

Comparing to meals we have had in Sumatra, the meals in the hotel were lower quality.

Location wise very near to airport. Airport shuttle is available at scheduled time table. I took villa twin bed, very spacious room and bath.

Airport shuttle is additional cost per room. Not free as i read before. TV mounted on the wall is too small in view of the viewing distance from the bed. The smell/fragrance as you enter the room can improve. Aromatherapy is preferably can set the fresh mood

Es war unsere schlechteste Unterkunft in Sumatra. Personal ist nicht sehr bemüht um das Wohl der Gäste, die meisten kommen kein Englisch. Wir mussten um 12.00 Uhr auschecken, da aber unser Flug erst am Abend ging mussten wir dort verweilen...es gab nicht wirklich was nettes um es sich dort gemütlich zu machen. Wir sind deshalb eher zum Flughafen..

très bon hôtel pour faire un stop avant de reprendre l’avion. Nous avons passé 1 nuit après avoir fait notre trek dans la jungle. La chambre était propre et confortable. Le shuttle pour aller à l’aéroport nous a coûté 50K pour 2 pour 15 min de route. Nous avons mangé au restaurant de l hôtel car nous sommes arrivés tard
