+ The hotel room was generally clean and comfortable + staff were attentive and helpful. + great value for money - Some equipment in the gym need maintenance - the pool needs cleaning. The hotel is located about 10-15 minutes drive from the city centre. The immediate neighbourhood is relatively quiet but is not a tourist area, so you will need to have or arrange transport. There's some food stalls, bars and convenience stalls within walking distance but there's nothing fancy apart from the hotel's own restaurant which opens at 11am.

Hotel in the middle of nowhere, no lifts to get to reception, 2 flights of stairs to get there. To get to the swimming pool, down the stairs past reception & up 2 flights of stairs! No Sun lounges? Pool is ok for a maximum of 6-8 persons, but the hotel has 2 blocks of accommodation. No safety deposit boxes & no soap provided in the bathroom. Fridge in room is not designed to keep things cold, it keeps them at room temperature only. Breakfast I won’t recommend, it’s just not worth the money. How on earth this hotel could get such a high rating beggars belief.

Nice place for you to feel like a local

Hope it could be better, no soundproofing. The noise of people walking outside was very loud. The air conditioner is very noisy, and it breaks when only half of it makes a sound. It has to be re-opened to use it. The hotel looks good and the food is good, but the room is not very good.

Needs a thorough cleaning. Bathroom sink filthy typical of undercounts. Mould showing along shower and generally needs a good cleaning. Beds not as comfy as I remember same with pillows. Noise is a issue and staff should be more aware and say something. All night people outside socializing and loud in hallways and family with kids screaming in the pool at 7am. Will not return.

Great clean place. Breakfast isn't that great so I'd recommend doing that if you can.

We forgot a watch in our room; the hotel did not bother call or notify us; even when we stayed again in this hotel one week later. Quite some noise in the room in the evening due to party going on one floor below.

Value for money. Quite modern and new hotel. The only complaint is the swimming like fish pond. The rest very satisfying. Hotels about 10mins away from town.

We booked 4 twin rooms for 2 nights through hotels.com and due to I am the regular user of hotels.com, I was entitled for 2 hours earlier check in. BUT !!! That is not the case when we arrived the hotel (even it is just 45mins before the normal check-in time. We have then to wait at the lobby till the normal check-in time. So was kind of disappointed with the offer that hotels.com provided. The place is ok, the restaurant in the hotel serves delicious food, but if one really want to compare it with those local old authentic restaurants, then the restaurant food is just ok and the price of course is much expensive. There is a swimming pool and a gym, the pool is small, but we were lucky that there is no one there, therefore ou family member can have the whole small pool to ourselves. 3 of us and the pools is filled up if you really want to swim, unless you only plan to soak in the water. On the 2nd day, we went out for a day trip and back to the hotel by 4:30pm, all the 4 rooms were not made, so we called to get the room clean up and get the replacement of fresh 2 bottles of water and clean towels. Over all the saty is still consider good.

Everything was nice.

Room is in Good condition mostly new. But breakfast line is never refill I went to restaurant 9:00am but there was no egg , congee, even water.

Location is far from city centre but it would not be problematic if you have own car. Close to a quite big mosque behind the hotel.

The receptionist was not likely to answer my inquiries and we did confirm with her whether our room is located at corner and she said “no”. However, both of the rooms as allocated by her were corner room. Kindly improve on the cleanliness of the coffee house for breakfast as I can see some flies flying around food corner.

Arrived late at night. Left early in the morning. I got the cheapest room. For the price that I paid it was fair. Room was clean. I am sure if I paid more the room will be better. It had a beautiful pool and a gym. I never tried but saw.. You will need a car or taxi since it is far from the center.

The hotel rooms did not have irons as stated in their amenities. This was an extreme inconvenience to myself and colleague who stayed at the hotel for a business trip. The hotel did not honor the information noted in the booking confirmation and required a cash deposit. The booking confirmation clearly indicated credit card or cash. The manager refused to honor the booking confirmation. There were no towels for guest use in the gym. Definitely do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel lived up to the standards of a 4-star hotel. It was clean and the room was spacious with a comfortable bed! My partner and I loved it! The garden was well maintained and gave out a super relaxing vibe. Travel tip: Food wise, the hotel's restaurant serves the best food in Hatyai town for a reasonable price. I read the review stating that it was expensive which made me avoid eating there, but I ate there on the last day just to find out that it was cheaper than most shops outside and it was absolutely delicious!! By far the best meal we've had in Hatyai. The only thing I was very much disappointed about is that we were not informed of the 1,000baht deposit. As we were on a budget trip, that definitely messed up our travel plans quite a bit. We've booked hotels online for phuket and Krabi, but a deposit wasnt required. The hotel should at least inform the customers before the trip, just incase.

The hotel is good. Easy access to all places in Hatyai. But do not smoke in the room or you will not get back your deposit money!😂😂

The location is quite far from city, it is inconvenience if we are not driving. The hotel staffs are inflexible, we cannot check in less than one hour earlier and must pay cash for deposit. The deposit can only be returned when we check out. The tourists who want to go shopping without checking out will have to find ways to spend the balance cash if they are going back to their own countries or need to change more cash if needed more cash to spend.

require to pay deposit in cash. should consider to accept credit card. convenient, just take a grab to city centre. nice staff, forgot to take phone adapter, thr staff helped. nice outlook with photo booth. 15 minutes walk to 7 eleven, big c mini and tesco.

The staff was not so friendly. The place is beautiful though for the reasonable price. They do not provide iron in any way so be assure to equip with one.

Everything was great about the hotel with the possible exception of the breakfast which was a bit limited.

The bed was very soft and comfy. However the check in process was a bit slow. Customers need to wait until 2pm, then only can proceed to check in. The check in process could be smoother if the staff process the check in matters (photocopy passport etc) ahead, rather than letting all customers to wait until 2pm then only they start to check-in. This crowds the small lobby area with too many people and all customers need to wait queue for check-in.

It was a simple hotel with a hard to reach location unless you rent a bike. Clean rooms and decent view.

+ new and modern hotel with comfortable bed + decent breakfast + water pressure is very good - found a cockroach when entered the room - staff was not friendly - noisy most of the time, as the room cannot block out any sound

The staff here very friendly, and the building is new and comfortable. The location is quite inconvenient, hard to grab car to town. So we need to guy our luck, wait for tuk tuk who pass by our hotel.

When we arrived at the hotel, we know that the location of hotel is not close to the city, and the staff of the front desk also said if we need to go out, can ask her to help for transport arrange, but when we ask for the help, she said the line all is busy and ask me to call the grab by myself , so what kind of service is that? usually all the hotel have 2 access card for one room, but this hotel only has one, when i request ,the front desk staff also said all their room only have one access card.

Staff totally cannot speak English, room have ants.

The room that i had stayed with my mum condition too bad. Balcony area doesn’t have chair for relaxing and dirty floor. The air conditioner in the room was water dripping leaking and resulting the floor wet.. Once i checked in goes to the room, the room door unable to open and require locksmith to fix it up. The bed sheet have stain. The next day before i went out for walk, i did hanged out PLEASE MAKE UP ROOM but when i back to hotel, the room still unchanged. Comes to evening, the housekeeper come to refill the coffee, sugar and mineral water. Certain item MUST request to them then only the staff will get new for us. Especially made me upset was the toilet tank. The toilet water tank will be emptied after flush first time, i need to refill by myself even it wasn’t use for one hour...all those unhappy experience unable to complain at that time because the staff not fluent in English and hard to communicate..The WiFi not friendly connected as well...There was two ceiling lights was not working too. The swimming pool only have 3 chairs..the property located about 20mins drive to town. Overall not recommended to whom doesn’t have own transport for traveling in Hatyai...
