The Tango Hotel İstanbul

A localização era excelente. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e prestáveis. Tinha sempre água engarrafada no quarto.

It was always really clean, great room service, no smell in the room. Location is great, metro is near. AC works fine. Breakfast is ok. Friendly personnel. Safety storage. A lot of mirrors in the room.

Noise isolation is abscent. No difference if the windows are open or closed. Traffic is active whole night with beeps and engines running. Also you hear everything your neighbours are doing and speaking. Blanket was thin, just the sheet. Not used to that. Coffee at breakfast is bad.

Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable. Staff were super friendly

Location down a steep hill so a little hard to walk there with suitcases. Room a bit warm, aircon a bit weak.

The Room was not big given the information. I don't think the room size was as advertised.

The overall experience was great, fourth time staying here and all was as expected. I would like to say special thanks to both Soleyman & Changiz (the staff of the hotel) who were extra helpful. Everyone so friendly, thanks

The location is very good, in upscale district, very close to metro and public transport. There are a lot of shopping and dinning options around the hotel. My room and the bathroom were clean but the shower might need some work. The bed was comfy and the bedsheets and pillows were clean. Wifi was not very fast in my room. The breakfast was not rich and does not match the hotel standards.

slow wifi poor breakfast

The breakfast was really good and the staff was very helpful and nice, especially manager Suleiman and Arman - they made my stay very easy and helped me with travelling around Istanbul by giving me instructions and directions. They both helped with booking taxis and giving refreshments.

Hilfsbereite nette Mitarbeiter

The location was good and the staff were friendly. The room was clean too.

I booked this room for my sister, I also confirmed that I did the resrvation on her name, but when they went for the checkin they said that it is not on their name. Although they helped them at the end. the coffee machine in a resturant was not working properly, so sometimes they couldn't get coffee.

The staff is so friendly, it is located in a perfect place near a metro station.I would stay again and strongly recommend it. Cleanless, good breakfast.

Memet on reception was a fantastic host. He was so welcoming, friendly and have us great advice. He understood how important the trip was for me as an Aston Villa fan and he went that extra step to make our stay special. All the reception staff were friendly and welcoming.

Location was good for morning run in a MACKA park, it was walking distance to the congress center and really cloelae to metro line. we also enjoyed the neghbouring shops and decent breakfast.

For some reason our room was windowless.there is perhaps one such a room on each floor. And no one cleaned the room during a 7 day stay. It is true that we have not requested cleaning explicitly. Staff was very nice and welcoming and they provided us with two small water bottles every day... and toilet paper

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Breakfast options were decent and provided a good start to the day. The location is good, placing you within easy walking distance of everything you need. I experienced no major issues with the service or amenities.

The only minor downside is the sound insulation. You can hear noise from the hallway when other guests arrive, as well as some street traffic. Given the central and bustling location of the city, this is somewhat to be expected, but light sleepers might want to pack earplugs.

There are two Tango hotels owned by same people. I went to the wrong one. Staff sorted this out in a professional and kind way. Thank you.

The location was good, the breakfast was okay, the hotel overall was just fine

The hotel did not meet the standard I expected. The paint on the walls was peeling, and the bathroom fixtures were visibly rusted. The room also faced a very noisy street, which made it difficult to rest properly. As I was travelling for work, having a quiet and comfortable environment was important, and unfortunately this hotel did not provide that experience.

Nice, comfortable, clean and soundproof rooms, central location, very good breakfast. Good value for money.

The blackout curtains were not wide enough to cover the entire window, letting in streetlight at night

Mr Soliman, always greeting us with a big smile

Breakfast is very poor

The room was nice.

Some rude staff. Horrible elevator.

Yaxşı səhər yeməyi. İltifatlı personal. Rahat nömrə. Mərkəzi yerləşmə. Amma mayın 1-i çıxacaqsızsa bu rayonda otel seçməyin. Hər tərəfi bağlayırlar.

Çarpayının matrası 2 matrasdan tikilib və rahat deyildi. Qonşu nömrələrdən bəzən səs və üfunət gəlirdi.

Nichts

Perfect stay and perfect hotel, very close to the metro. Clean room and good food as well. I am very satisfied with everything. Special mention to the reception staff, and a big thank you to Mr Souleymane, who was always helpful, smiling, and very professional. Thank you for this excellent welcome!

Rewelacyjna lokalizacja i stosunek ceny do jakości.

Całość już lekko zużyta. Okno w pokoju, do którego nie dochodziło światło słoneczne.

Staff was very helpful. Rooms very clean

Breakfast was not the best could be a lot better but also a lot worse (5/10)

The team there was fabulous espacially mister souleyman & Cengizhan they were so nice and helpfull , nice people

The breakfast should get better , but its still ok

Lage top Nähe Metro Bus Personal sehr nett Zimmer Ausstattung gut

The hotel is in an excellent location, just 50 meters from the Osmanbey metro station. Neat hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are spacious, neat and clean. Shampoos, soaps and baths are provided. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom, and a mini fridge in the room. The beds are comfortable, the sheets and towels are clean and changed regularly. Bottled drinking water is provided free of charge. Rooms are cleaned regularly. There is a kettle and teas in the room. A safe box is also provided in the room. Breakfast is self-service and has a large selection, so you can choose well. Cold salads, vegetables, eggs, sausages, cheeses, but also tea or coffee and sweets are an ideal combination to start the day. The hotel staff is very friendly, accommodating and willing to provide excellent service and provide all information. They also made tea and coffee for us. Especially Suleiman. We really felt very comfortable in this hotel and would definitely choose it for our next visit. There is an elevator in the hotel. In the vicinity of the hotel there is all the necessary content (shops, restaurants, etc.). We traveled in a group of 8 people and were accommodated in 4 rooms. Each of us shares the same opinion. The Tango Hotel Istanbul is excellent.
