Beautiful boutique hotel with a nice pool Room was bright, bed comfy
Mr Seng and his team do everything they can to make your stay at G&Z boutique Hotel as relaxing and comfortable as possible. From organising tours (full marks to Ben for organising our sunrise trip to Angkor Wat) to providing everything you need. When we couldn’t make the television work, a member of staff was up instantly to fix it. When we needed some ice, we got it straight away. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel itself is just a 10 minute walk from the Night Market and Pub Street but far enough away to be peaceful. The pool area is serene and tranquil and rooms are spacious with a large balcony. The G&Z group has initiative which aims to provide gainful employment to Speech hearing impaired citizens and two of our waiting staff were part of this scheme. The couple were lovely and taught me a few words of sign when we ate a lovely meal there on our first night. Thank you both 🙏 We will definitely stay here again when we next visit Siem Reap
Friendly, welcoming, well positioned, only 10 minutes walk to Pub Street. Plenty of tuk tuks nearby and only $1 if you haggle Rooms are quite large but only 1 chair and bedside table in a double. The pool is a great asset after a hard day sightseeing. Well informed travel desk☺
Staff very helpful eager to please. Good location nice intimate setting
Very tropical and cozy. Nice hotel and lovely restaurant to the opposite. Very clean. friendly staff. The only bad part is wifi is way too slow!
Very good hotel.
The unique about the property is the pool in the center and large/deep enough for swimming. Tropical trees all around property when rain creating moskito bites in the room.
Great place to stay, great staffs, very clean, very good environment, great location for tourists that are close to everything you want, swimming pool also very clean, foods are great but a little pricey, Anyway I would recommend to families and friends.
Staff were very kind and helpful. They prepared breakfast box for us so that we can check out early morning and go to see sunrise.
premium service at a budget
Good and comfortable for rest.
We have stayed in this property several times for a total of perhaps 1 month. The place is potentially a paradise but the new management has decided to yield to local realities by more actively attracting Chinese and Korean tourists. This means that you are likely to be woken up by noisy groups anytime between 5 and 9am which never happened before. Such is Siem Reap now though...
Excellent hotel, the staff is so helpful and polite, nice rooms and the pool was perfect.
Staff were plenty, and very hepful and accommdating.
Very friendly and helpful staff...…………………………………………………..……….
Location was excellent. Front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Went out of their way to meet your requests. Only thing i didnt like was there were too many mosquitoes in our room and the phone didnt work
The hotel rooms were spacious and clean. Some of the amenities provided were not in good condition. The travel desk was not efficient. Even after specifying our tour requirement and booking for service(had given them reminder the previous day 2 times) they had not booked the car until we were ready to start our trip that morning. The service provided by the staff was very inefficient and had to repeat orders and remind them to get the ordered food every morning for breakfast, most of the staff not available and had to getup and search for service(first three days),after complaint increased number of staff though, but still inefficient. The breakfast had limited options.
光線和浴室都非常乾淨明亮.
The hotel rooms are comfortable and spacious. The pool provides a good option to escape the afternoon heat. The hotel consistently booked nice tour options and Mr. Chan was a great driver to have for the tours. The downtown area is a quick remok ride away.
Quiet place, nice old fashioned hotel with modern style large bathrooms. The pool is OK, but not so big as it appears at the pictures. Good breakfast. Simple menu at the restaurant, but just cross the street and there is an excellent Cambodian restaurant. Nice, friendly staff. Very good service with the “touk-touk” from the hotel. We used it for two tours and recommend it. The only problem was the hot water. After even fast shower- no more. The next person has to wait 20-25 minutes.
This hotel is such a gem!! I would recommend it to anyone without hesitation. The staff were incredible, the food was great and the hotel itself far surpassed my expectations. Fully intend to make a return visit in the future!!!
Had a great stay with 7 people at G&Z. Service was great and the rooms were good value. Would stay again
Amazing. Hands down. The staff is fantastic, the food is delicious, the rooms are very clean and big, and the poolside is completely relaxing and fabulous. Oh! And the massages, amazing, really. We had to have them twice, they were excellent head back and shoulders, traditional Khmer, both great. We will stay here again when we return to Siem Reap. Thank you for such a fantastic trip! Akun!
Large rooms with nice pool. 20 min walk to pub street
Only points for improvement would be instructions for the safe as well as a second night stand in the room.
Fantastic hotel, staff superb, friendly and extremely helpful. Within minutes of arriving at the hotel the receptionist had organised our next days activities at very reasonable rates. Food was excellent and catered for all tastes.
The staff were helpful and pleasant. Was a little out of the main hustle and bustle which was great and within walking distance of two exceptional restaurants. Room was basic but comfortable.
Had a good experience staying here for 4 days. Roundtrip airport shuttle service was very helpful and general feel and ambience of the hotel was very comforting. Room was big and loved the balcony overlookinv the pool. Saw quite a number of mosquitos and insects on my beddings though so I needed to pat them out. Also, ants hover in all over the bathroom floor. There were times in the evening that the shower wasn't strong but might be because everyone just came out of the pool and were using their bathrooms all at the same time. I could only commend how helpful and friendly the whole staff is. Some could work a bit in speaking and understanding English but nonetheless, their smiles and willingness to help has always been exceptional. Discount vouchers for food and the spa were provided--restaurant food had plenty of options but taste was just okay. Had the traditional khmer massage and the lady who did my massage was just absolutely awesome! My flight was not til later in the evening so I asked if I could get a late checkout and was allowed to for a fair price. I'd surely stay here again, hopefully they could do something about the insects in the room tho.
This Hotel was amazing!! To start, they send me a car to pick me up at the airport free of charge. On arrival, some of tha staff were waiting at the door with a big smile, cold towels and on the house welcome drink. The room was very large with modern furniture, large TV, small refrigerator and two full size beds. Bathroom the same, large and nice shower with hot water. I have lunch in the restaurant and the food was very good. Bar drinks for around US $ 3 each. The place have a swimming pool, very quiet and about 5 minutes by Tuk Tuk to downtown ($2) The best part was the service, the staff was always attentive, smiling and ready to help with any questions or special request. I will recommend this Hotel to my friends and anybody.
Everyone was great. Very helpful and "John" was terrific.
Walking distance to town but plenty of transport available Comfortable bed, good aircon and wifi Nice pool, ok breakfast- great coffee ask for espresso with hot milk Staff nice
Love love loved our stay here. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. My mother, sister and I stayed here for 5 nights and we didn’t have one complaint about it. They organized a tuktuk for us for 3 days at the temples, and were very helpful with every question we had. There wasn’t one thing on the menu that we didn’t like- our favorite was the Tom Yum soup and Amok fish. So good! Thank you for making our trip amazing.
Staff were amazing.....they organised our full day trip to Angkor too
Excellent hotel super clean and huge rooms. We stayed on the ground floor opening out on to the pool. The food in the hotel was really nice and it was much cheaper than some of the restaurants in the main centre. The staff couldn’t do enough for you, always there to help. The hotel has its own Tuk Tuk’s outside to take and collect you from various places, we found this great as it’s saved bartering with other drivers and you don’t get ripped off! Would definitely recommend it!!!
Quiet, clean, nice big family rooms (2brm), comfy beds. Pool clean and cool, friendly staff. 100m from Haven restaurant and a few others walking distance, otherwise $US3-4 for a tuk tuk into town.
Nice location, easy to get into the town, very nice garden and pool area.
This is a lovely hotel, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable but maybe due for a re-paint.
Great value. The room was modern and clean. The pool area is beautiful. Staff is incredibly helpful. The location is a little outside of town on a quiet side street. Easy to take a tuk tuk to the main part of Siem Reap or a 15 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again!
Very enjoyable. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Helped us organise trips and very helpful and informative. Slight problem with lady cleaning the room which was sorted. Hotel tuc tuc driver also very helpful
The hosts were excellent. They gave me an rightfull answer all the time. My flight was cancelled so we were considering cancelation of whole itinerary but the host recommended us a substitute transportation and made the reservation. In addition, they invited us their party and gave us free foods and drinks. Their local information were very profitable. The resort was very clean and quiet.
Nice Trip. AC and good wifi. Stiff drinks and breakfast. What can you say.
We loved our stay at Mony Suite. The property Is peaceful & tranquil. The service & staff are amazing. The beautiful pool area is a real bonus at the end of a long hot day. Highly Recommend!
This is a nice property. We got lots of use of the pool and we enjoyed the breakfast each day.
Nice clean hotel about 10 mins walk from the action
Very happy with the hotel but it was slightly further from the centre than I thought.
Amazing costumer service from the front desk, especially Caaoen, he went above and beyond to help us find an item we left in the taxi. He had a Tuk tuk go back to airport and get it from the taxi driver. He also got a travel agency to deliver tickets to the front desk for our flight. What awesome service. It’s a beautiful new hotel with great amenities.
An easy place to relax. Pool area is beautiful and the bartender at the pool bar was a really good guy. Hats off to him. The rooms are also spacious, clean and comfortable. I liked being on the second floor with a view of the pool Nice balcony.
Nice, clean hotel, 15 minutes walk from pub street
Awesome little hotel, with room balconies facing a gorgeous swimming pool in the middle. Plenty of greenery, and lil animals running around. Rooms are comfy, and service is second to none. Most pleasant place I’ve stayed in Southeast Asia. WiFi could have worked a little better is my only complaint.
An excellent hotel with reasonable price, relaxing atmosphere and friendly staffs. Location is close to some nice restaurants. Perfect stay, thank you.
Just a great spot to come home to after a day of touring. A beautiful hotel with a great breakfast.
Everything about this boutique hotel is excellent. We stayed there for 4 nights, room was clean, breakfast was great, staffs were super friendly, the only thing needed to be improved a little bit was the wifi strength in our room, but was strong beside the pool. Overall we would really like to highly recommen this hotel
Phenomenal customer service. Staff went above me beyond to make our stay memorable. Highly recommend!!!!! Location was perfect, 15 min walk to the old market, pub street etc. & Tuk Tuk was $2.
A great stay. As new, clean tidy, comfy beds, large rooms, modern, great bar and restaurant, great pool and surrounds.. Staff incredible. Short walk to town or $2 tuktuk. The staff helped plan our Angor wat Visits which were well priced with the money going to the tuktuk driver. Great value can't speak highly enough of this place and staff, highly recommended. Don't confuse with similar named hotel acorss road
Great stay. Good services and advises to our travel plan. Front desk staff were great and arranged tuk-tuk driver for us. It is a little away from Center area but you always going around in tuk-tuk anyway. I stayed at this one for one night due to flight changes before my other more expensive hotel but rather stay at this one and save 20$ a night.
The boutique hotel was clean and nice. The service was really great and the receptionist was really helpful. They are willing to go the extra mile as well. However, it is a distance away from pub street and it's on a really dark street. Thus, a tuk tuk was needed to get around each time.
Pros - friendly and accommodating staff - comfortable bed - late check in available for a fee - nice breakfast selection - airport pick up upon arrival Cons - aircon takes a long time before the room gets cold (around 30 minutes to an hour) - room can be very warm in spite of the aircon during the day - no restaurants and shops nearby - be prepared to walk on puddles of water from the front desk to your room when it rains - street can be muddy when it rains - the rubber slippers in the room seemed dirty and old - weak wifi connection
The high praise reviews for this new (opened Jan 2017) boutique hotel are well justified. The location makes it walkable from the town centre (15mins) or a 2 dollar tuk tuk ride but there are also a number of very decent restaurants in the local area; Haven amongst them being very popular are required a reservation. Mony Suites have spacious rooms around a delightful pool with a small bar at the end which also serves breakfast. There is a menu for lunch and dinner but I didn't try either though I would imagine food was pretty decent. Hotel is well maintained and clean, staff are on hand to help with bookings/tours etc and they can also do laundry (charge is 2 dollars per kilo). The family room had a separate main bedroom and large bathroom and has a safe, good aircon and comfortable beds. Overall we were very happy with our stay here.
This hotel is just perfect from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. You really can see the attention to the details in order to make your stay perfect. It can sound silly but they were outstanding from the moment we arrived to the airport and the driver waited for us with a big and clear sign with our names (there are like 50 drivers waiting for their customers, all them trying to find them and trying to put the sign in the front of the others, its crazy). Once we arrived to the hotel, I felt in love with the place. Was exactly what we were looking for.. a small, cozy, beautiful decorated hotel with everything in excellent conditions in and outside your room. Service cannot be better and you definitely wont regreat if you have diner in the hotel, food was great.
Mony Suite is exquisite!! It's a little haven with a beautiful pool, polite and professional staff, and delicious restaurant. It's about a 15 min walk to the main tourist hub (Pub Street and Night Market) but they can arrange a quick tuk tuk ride for $2. It's like you're paying nothing for a 5 star resort- definitely one of the nicest places in Siembra Reap!!
Fantastic new hotel with large comfortable rooms. Lovely staff and nice pool
A cosy place near city centre. The staff are very helpful :)
This new boutique hotel (with only around 20 rooms) is a haven retreat from the bustle of Siem Reap. Rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean and well-appointed, and all look out onto the central courtyard area, with a heavenly pool surrounded by greenery. You can see the place is brand new, with everything in great condition and staff eager to please. Mr. Than was particularly helpful. I was out most of the days temple-spotting, and ate in town in the evenings, so can't comment on the food, other than breakfast which was a nice a-la-carte style (drinks prices seemed reasonable from glancing at the menu) - but when I was back at the hotel it was extremely relaxing, often feeling like I had the place to myself. Only downside is that it is a little further from town than some other hotels, down an unlit unpaved road, but I felt safe enough walking this alone - others may not. In any case, a tuk tuk to town is only $2 USD. Free shuttle from the airport on arrival is a bonus. A wonderful stay all round!
We stayed for 3 days. The rooms were great, we enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was very good. Loved the family of bunnies they keep at the hotel. We really enjoyed the staff and how friendly everyone was at the hotel. Would stay at this hotel again,
It was nice. My favorite part was their linens very comfortable to sleep with. Very clean and new hotel. For 3 star it's like you're in 5 star.
Excellent hotel and staff. Recommended
everything about our stay here was wonderful from the minute we arrived in SiemReap airport and were met by a driver arranged by the hotel. The hotel itself is just lovely. It's on a safe quiet street within walking distance of everything in the town. Our room was delightful. We felt like it was nestled in a garden with a koi stream running past the front door. Slipping into the pool there after a hot day sightseeing was just perfect. Mr Than the hotel manager is a perfect host. He went out of his way to ensure we were happy and comfortable. He arranged trips and spent time with us to talk about things to see and do in the area other than the Ankor complex. The food at the restaurant prepared by Chef Saveuy was so delicious! We loved the food so much he gave us a lesson on Khmer cooking. All of the staff there were just lovely. Can't recommend this place enough!
Beautiful design with only 12 or 16 rooms surrounding a fantastic pool with lounge chairs protruding into the pool and a bar at one end that also serves as breakfast restaurant which is included. It is a couple blocks from the action but the walk is nice and it is super quiet at the hotel...yuk tuks are always outside for those who do not like walking
Lovely new boutique hotel Lovely staff Location only $2 in a tuk tuk From town centre Would def stay again
Hotel is extremely well run by Taon and the rest of the staff. We were met at the airport by Banang, who drove us in his tuk-tuk through Siem Reap to Mony Suite, which is about 1km out of town. It's down a dirt road but is an oasis once you enter. Rooms, bathrooms, and balconies are clean and very comfortable. A/C works perfectly. The pool is best between 2 and 4 when the sun hits it. The food is very good and they have a fridge and hot water kettle in each room. Visitors need to know that it is a bit of a walk into town - or you can take a tuk-tuk for $2. If you do walk, turn left at the first road instead of going out to the main road. Also the airport pick-up is paid by the hotel but not the drop-off. Mony Suite is a great place to use as a base for exploring. I loved visiting a few temples starting at sunrise each morning, then returning to Mony suite to rest and relax and swim in the heat of the day before heading into siem reap for dinner and market bargaining.
Patio door would not lock, room safe didn't work. No visibility at night when trying to insert door key into the lock, no pool towels. Staff had poor command of English, the poor manager was called for everything as no one knew anything. Except the bar staff, very professional, courteous, spoke English very well.
Stay here !!! Brand new hotel , rooms bed pillows great , love the shower and bath , quiet , good swimming pool. Walking distances to restaurants and bars or a cheap tuk tuk ride away from the hotel tuk tuks but Food and drinks are very tasety, hear there :)Most amazing friendly and professional staff.
Enjoyed stay. Very clean and attractive environment.
It was located in a place where there are lots of restaurants. Several wide variety of cuisines from different food places are around this place. Convenient location.
Lovely boutique hotel in good design and all facility are appropriate. They take care of our group with service mind - early check in before go to the sunrise at Angkor Wat and attend all requirement. We choose stay 1 night in family room (5 people) We feel good all about Mony and hope to visit there again.
