Läget var utmärkt. Enkelt men rent och prydligt rum. Killen från Ghana som fixade frukost och städade rummen var väldigt trevlig och serviceminded.

Värden (ägaren?) för boendet upplevdes inte som särskilt hjälpsam. Vid frågor fick man den känslan att man var mest till besvär. Som vana resenärer tyckte vi inte att hans service höll måttet. Vissa problem att ta sig in i boendet, krångliga lås och nyckel som plötsligt inte fungerade. Safen på rummet gick inte att använda, vi fick som förklaring att gäster ofta inte förstår sig på den?? Spartansk frukost.

L’établissement est très correct et très bien situé. Mention spéciale pour Henry qui nous a très bien accueilli et qui est adorable et toujours prêt à rendre service.

Tudo perfeito, o apartamento está numa localização perfeita.

Goede locatie, dicht bij Vaticaanstad en metro. Ook zonder metro op wandelafstand tot verschillende delen van Rome (piazza del popolo, trastevere,…). Zeer vriendelijke hosts.

Het ontbijt was beperkt in aanbod, de badkamer is aan opfrissing toe.

Tesisin hiçbir şeyini beğenmedik. Tesisi otel olarak konaklamak için ayırtmıştık. Bize mesaj atıp ilgilendiler ama apartmana girdik zaten asansöre 2 valizimiz anca sığdı. Bir girdik içeriye felaketti. 4 tane ahşap kapı ve üzerinde anahtar vardı. Ne düzgün bir mutfak ne düzgün bir kahvaltı salonu asla yok. Girer girmez dışarı çıktık. Sokakta evsizler vardı kesinlikle kalabileceğimiz bir yer değildi. Bookinge konuyu ilettim, işletme sahibine ilettim para iadesi yapmayacaklarını söylediler. Bookinge olan güvenim direk sarsıldı. 1 saat sıcakta elimizde valizlerle otel aramak zorunda kaldık. Çok kötü bir deneyimdi.

Maličký, ale dostačující pokoj s pidibalkonkem, který nám ale úplně stačil ke štěstí, když jsme stejně měli v plánu celé dny se toulat městem… všude odtud bylo blízko, nepotřebovali jsme hromadnou dopravu, všude jsme došli po svých… výhodu to mělo obzvláště při návštěvě Vatikánu brzy ráno, abychom se vyhnuli frontám, ten jsme měli hned za rohem 👌

Kahvaltı zayıf ama İtalya da heryerde aynı kahvaltı mevcut tesis ile alakalı bir durum değil.

Location Location Location!! Comfy bed. Air conditioning, building security, quiet neighbours.

No smoke alarms, could do with some more furniture ie somewhere to hang wet towels and clothes. Remember you cannot hang clothes outside as this is forbidden and perhaps a full length mirror? This is Italy and most people like to look reasonably smart before going out. All little things which don't cost much but make all the difference.

Det var dejligt roligt. Det var skønt at man havde et køligt airconditionet værelse at komme hjem til i sommervarmen.

Området er ikke så spændende og så kunne jeg godt tænke mig en rigtig dør til toilettet.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La struttura era pulita e accogliente. Henry è stato estremamente disponibile, gentile e ospitale, facendoci sentire subito i benvenuti. Non abbiamo trovato alcun aspetto negativo: è stato tutto perfetto. Consigliamo sicuramente questa struttura!

Alberto ve Henry cok ilgilelerdi, orta seviye inglizcemize sabrettiler bizimle max seviyede iletişim kurmaya çalıştılar, balkon sigara içenler icin iyiydi , yatak rahat ve temizlik her gun yapılıyor, esyalar toplanıyor ellerine sağlık Henry kendisine cok teşekkür ederim .metroya cok yakın ayrıca havalimani fiumicinodan shuttle ile direkt vatikan durağında inip yürüyebilirsiniz

Location: The neighborhood is absolutely fantastic. It felt incredibly safe and is packed with great local shops, services, and excellent restaurants and bars. Staff: The team was super friendly, welcoming, and very quick to respond to any of our messages or requests.

Room change: Unfortunately, due to an error that had nothing to do with us, we were asked to change rooms during our stay. This caused some inconvenience and felt a bit strange and disruptive to our trip. Maintenance needed: The rooms and the property in general are in urgent need of maintenance. For instance, the shower faucet cover in our bathroom was constantly coming loose and falling off. Expectation vs. Reality: The online photos make the place look significantly better and more modern than it actually is in reality.

La ubicación es inmejorable. Muy cerca del Vaticano, y del autobús que trae del aeropuerto de Fiumicino. Es cómodo, limpio y la atención es inmejorable. Hernry lo mejor

Die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt in der Nähe des Vatikans und der Engelsburg. Die Zimmer sind für römische Verhältnisse groß, auch das Bad mit einer gut funktionierenden Dusche. Der Herr, der das Frühstück zubereitet hat, war sehr nett. Er hat in einem kleinen Frühstücksraum am Eingang Italienisches Frühstück mit Croissants, Saft und Kapselkaffee serviert.

Es handelt sich um kein Relais, sondern ein Stadtapartment mit mehreren Zimmern mit jeweils eigenem Bad, ohne Kleiderschrank. Es war im Grunde genommen am Ende alles mehr oder weniger in Ordnung, und man hat sich auch bemüht, aber wir haben uns einfach nicht -wie sonst in Italien- willkommen gefühlt, sondern eher als Problem. Kurz: Es war ok, aber ich würde da nicht wieder hingehen. Rom geht schlechter, aber auch besser für den Preis.

La ubicación buena y el desayuno regular. Henry muy agradable y servicial.

Les pedimos en repetidas ocasiones tanto por mail como por booking que nos ayudasen con el traslado del aeropuerto a la ciudad (ya que era un servicio que ofrecia el alojamiento). No hubo ninguna respuesta por parte del alojamiento, se hicieron los locos incluso cuando estabamos ya allí. Uno de los dias, sin previo aviso, no hubo desayuno. La habitación bastante regular, cama buena y habitación limpia, pero no había armarios, tan solo 4 perchas. La puerta de la habitación es deficiente, una vez allí tuvimos que llamar al propietario para que nos ayudase con la cerradura. Tres habitaciones, de las cuales la que nos tocó a nosotros hubo problemas con las llaves todo el rato. Desde el principio se nos dijo que habia una llave azul y naranja. Todo lo contrario, la llave azul no existía. Había una naranja, otra amarilla, y una "antipanico", y la cerradura se encontraba rota.

Las toallas viejas, ubicado al lado de depósitos de basura. No es un hotel. Es un apartamento convertido en una estancia regular.

The room is very clean. Location is right in the center close to St Peter's cathedral. The hotel manager Alberto is very helpful and Friendly. Will definitely come back again.

Wij waren bijna bij het hotel aangekomen toen we werden opgewacht door iemand die ons naar een ander hotel bracht. We hadden geen andere keuze dan daarmee in te stemmen. Mijn moeder is 82 jaar oud, en daarom hebben we snel besloten om direct mee te gaan naar deze voor ons onbekende bestemming. We hebben veel tijd ingestoken om een hotel te zoeken. Het was niet wat we hadden gereserveerd! We zijn teleurgesteld en we willen het geld terug!

Camera pulita e accogliente, la posizione è ottima (in trenta minuti a piedi si arriva a Via del Corso, in dieci minuti si arriva al Vaticano). Alberto è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile a risolvere ogni esigenza del cliente.

Staff was friendly and place was very well located. Sheets were clean and water pressure strong! Would come back and recommend.

Everything was as good as can be! The noise from the neighboring units can't be helped.

Ruhige Lage, unser Zimmer lag zum Hof und wir konnten mit offenem Fenster schlafen (April). Es ist eine kleine Unterkunft mit vier Zimmern. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Auf englisch konnten wir uns sehr gut verständigen. Morgens wurde uns ein keines Frühstück ohne Aufpreis zubereitet. Lage in einem angenhemen Viertel mit schönen Häusern, sehr nahe am Vatikan. In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft finden sich viele kleine Restaurants, die U-Bahn ist fußläufig erreichbar und auch der Flughafenshuttle (6€, direktverbindung ohne Zwischenstop ist in der Nähe, zu Fuß mit Rollkoffer gut erreichbar).

Die Lage war gut. Henry war immer sehr freundlich

Das Zimner war schon sehr abgewohnt. In der Dusche war viel Schimmel. Der Spiegel voller Flecken. Vernünftige Nachttische gab es nicht.

Ubicado a menos de 5 minutos del Vaticano y del Castillo de San Ángelo, a 30 minutos del Trastévere y de la Plaza Navona. Muy cómodo, buen desayuno, baño amplio y cómodo, habitación muy amplia y silenciosa. Excelente relación calidad precio.

Die Lage ist wirklich gut. Wir haben alles zu Fuß gut erreicht. Alberto und Henry sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut und reichlich. Wir konnten unser Gepäck noch in der Unterkunft lassen, weil unser Rückflug erst abends ging. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Im Zimmer war leider kein WLAN, nur im Frühstücksbereich. Kein Safe zur Nutzung vorhanden. Bei offenem Fenster ist es Nachts relativ laut, bei geschlossenen Fenster allerdings gute Lärmisolierung. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten sollten in unserem Zimmer repariert werden (Fuß an einer Nachtkommode befestigen, Schiebetür zum Badezimmer), aber das hat unseren Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigt.

Letto e lenzuola perfette cuscino ok, coperta corta. Bagno senza I servizi minimi manca asciuga capelli, manca portasapone doccia, carta igienica un solo rotolo, lavandino che si muove parecchio e pericoloso, scarico Intstabile, con perdita d acqua, primo giorno perso ad attendere la riparazione sino alle 19, 30. Colazione inesistente. Troppi gradini all interno della struttura addirittura anche nella stanza tra ingresso e letti,. Ascensore inadeguato. Buona la volontà del ragazzo, ma nn basta.

Letto lenzuola e cuscini. Nonostante ho sporcato con il sangue il lenzuolo, il titolare non hadetto nulla. Durante la notte si è tolto il cerotto da una ferita al bacino.

Situata in posizione eccellente, (in zona metro, ristoranti e market), personale molto gentile (Henry simpaticissimo). La camera è confortevole e pulita. Colazione discreta.
