お値段並みの施設だが、何よりも場所。駅の目の前。今回は、夜着いて、朝出発だったので、最高。

値段と場所を考えれば、特になし。夏は暑いそうで、大きな扇風機が部屋にあった

The location is very convenient to the main train station and local trams making it easy to get around the city

It faces the river and which has beautiful views but it was very loud. There is no ac so if you want the window open it’s even louder

Great location, close to the train station, shops, restaurants, lake, trams My room was quiet although the location was central I really appreciated that the hotel contacted me in advance, since I arrived in the middle of a heatwave (about 35 degrees) to let me know that they have no A/C. They had two fans in my room which were on when I arrived - that helped a lot. Wonderful breakfast

The room was a little shabby and basic. Not enough outlets. No tea/coffee facilities. The towels were small.

Dobra lokalizacja, dobre śniadania, czystość co jest ogromnym plusem. Było naprawdę bardzo czystość.

Mieszkanie na 5 piętrze w upały 30 stopni jest naprawdę wymagające ze względu na brak klimatyzacji.

Location and cleanliness was perfect for an older hotel and room.

There wasnt room generally, bags couldnt be placed and accessed easily. Ok for a single evening stop over.

I know Zurich is very expensive, but it's still a lot of money for mediocre service and facilities.

the hotel is very well positioned for the main railway station; a small friendly comfortable hotel with welcoming staff, and a good breakfast.

Not much , I was so disappointed, it was like a hostel . The only positive was its close to the train station and it was very quiet considering where we were located.

Everything , rooms are ridiculously small , no tea or coffee facilities in room , no Air Con , old , over priced , too many stairs . Staff were not friendly .

Although I appreciated the coffee provided in the foyer, it would have been lovely to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

It's increadibly central. The train station is literally opposite, over the river. My room looked over the river. The bed was large and comfortable. Also the floors were lovely - great original parque flooring. It was clean. If you're spending a lot of time out of the room and just want a place to crash at night then it's fine I guess.

It definitely feels cheap. The entrance is small and tatty. The lounge is the same. The tram stop outside is noisy. The restaurant is completely separate, it's not a space that you can just hang out in. The decor is very 70s. Sort of in a good way but not quite. Feels outdated.

Hacia un calor de.31 grados, y la habitacion no tiene aire acondicionado. Nos horneabamos a fuego lento, los abanicos no ayudaban mucho. Hotel demasiado viejo sin actualizaciones. No se pudo dormir casi nada. Bañera con ducha, algo incomoda para persona mayor, ibamos con una.

Localização excepcional, muito px da estação Zürich Hb, rio Limmat. Bom quarto, banho e cama. Café da manhã bom e atendimento gentil do italiano Marcelo. Sou muito grata por guardarem gentilmente meu carregador e cabo do celular, pois consegui retirá-los 13 dias após minha estadia neste hotel.

It was handy for the train station, the river, the lake & the old town

It was misleading we thought we’d paid for breakfast but were charged an extra 64chf when we arrived as manager told us it wasn’t included. All the other hotels we’ve stayed at in Switzerland did include breakfasts

Very old and updated at all. No A/C Right by subways and restaurants so with windows open there is loud noise all night long along with road, food and cigarette smell.

The location was great close to the train station, city and old town. We had a family room and it felt comfortable.

It was hot and noisy if you tried to open a window. I was aware that there was no air conditioning in the room, and the hotel even sent a message to remind me. The hotel had put lots or electric fans in the room to help. The daytime temperature was 25 deg so I as not worried. I thought that I would just open a window to cool the room down but this was not possible to the noise of the city at night. A night of poor sleep for all.

The hotel is in a great location, a couple of minutes walk from the station (so easy with luggage) and right next to the old town with lots of dining options, making it a great base when exploring Zurich. Whilst the interiors are a bit dated, the hotel is very clean, has good facilities and the staff are very helpful. The only minor negative would be that the rooms are fairly warm as there is no aircon, but that is to be expected during the Summer and you are informed of this when booking, plus the hotel provide fans to help cool the rooms down. Would recommend this hotel and would stay here again in ever in Zurich.

Location great, Staff very nice but the rooms were too hot, fan was next to useless. While the hotel is expensive by Irish standards anyway the facilities really were not there. Even access to be able ot freeze water bottles would help in the extreme heat. There was no escape from the heat in the bedrooms

It needs some sort of cooling system even a freezer to freeze some water in bottles - impossible to sleep in the heat.

初めて訪問する都市でわかりやすい場所でした。夜に飲食店にいく場合や川べりを散歩するにもロケーションが良かったです。 朝食がおいしい！特にチーズとサーモン。

入口からレセプションへ数段の階段があり、海外から大きなスーツケースで旅をしている60歳～70歳の私たちには負担でした。事前にわかっていると良かったかな。。 また、エアコンがないことは知っていましたが、暑くて眠れないのでは？と心配になりました。今後、温暖化に備える必要がありそうです。

Es un hotel muy céntrico que está a dos pasos de la estación de tren, muy cerca de cafeterías y restaurantes, El baño grande y cómodo. Todo muy limpio. Tenían un ventilador grande. Destacar la atención de Alexandra en recepción que fue de 10.

La habitación y la cama, un poco justas y de mobiliario algo desfasado. El tipo de ropa de cama daba calor. La falta de aire acondicionado.

La ubicación es lo mejor, a pocos metros de la estación de tren y cerca de los lugares de interés que podías ir caminando ! La habitación es pequeña pero para un día está perfecto , cómoda la cama y almohadas , no tiene aire pero nos dejaron un ventilador y en el entrepiso podias llenar una jarra con agua caliente para hacerte un té o café .

チューリッヒ中央駅（Zürich HB）が見えるほど近く、アクセスがとても便利なホテルです。 今回は1泊のみの利用でしたが、宿泊に必要な設備はきちんと整っており、料金を考えるとコストパフォーマンスが良いと感じました。タオルなども清潔で、気持ちよく利用できました。 チェックアウト後にスーツケースを無料で預かってもらえたため、身軽な状態でチューリッヒ市街を観光することができ、とても助かりました。

TV didn't work, and neither did the fan.

When I arrived and the person at desk said I have to pay the city tax, that's when I discovered I had been pick-pocketed and had no money. He seemed for concerned about the tax than about me situation. Very poor customer service on his part. I wasn't even sure if he was going to give me my room, which was fully paid for.

Pazar sabah otele kabin bagaj çantamı teslim ettim ve ayrıldım. Akşam gelecem dedim, akşam geldiğimde bagajım kaybolmuştu. Nasıl çalındı bilmiyorlar. Hiç yardımcı olmadılar. Yapacak bir şey yok dediler. Bana bagaj ve içindeki eşyalarımın parasını versinler

Great location - easy to get to/from train station and to explore central Zurich. Rather dated room, but very clean with comfortable beds.

Lack of air conditioning was a shame as it was very hot, but we were provided with lots of fans in the room.

Location to the main train depot was great. We arrived on a very early morning train and we couldn't check in to our room early but they had a nice lobby area to lounge in while we waited and a storage spot for our luggage. Breakfast was tasty the next morning!

The hotel is a bit tired looking - rooms are older and not updated. Major construction in the front area left us using a back entrance and added to some noise during our stay. The location is nice next to a popular street, but noisy at night when trying to sleep. Windows had to be kept open due to no air conditioning so the noise from the street lasted into the night.

Good location and comfy room.

A lovely place to stay, the room and facilities were very comfortable. The fan was perfect on hot days, though I did not experience the hottest days in July.

The shower cubicle was too narrow.
