I punti di forza sono stati senza dubbio l'eccezionale ospitalità e una colazione ricca e abbondante per iniziare al meglio la giornata. La posizione è fantastica: comodissima, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla Medina e inserita in una zona utilissima e ricca di servizi, piena di negozi, bar e ristoranti. La camera, seppur piccolina, si è rivelata perfetta e ben organizzata per il tempo che ci si trascorre. Il bagno era assolutamente funzionale e dotatissimo, con una nota di merito per l'ottimo asciugacapelli fornito, davvero super efficiente! Un'ottima scelta per chi cerca comodità, accoglienza e una posizione strategica. Consigliatissimo!

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026La ybicacion, cerca de calles de trafico rodado y de peatonal turistica pero tranquila. Zona tranquila sin turismo demasiado masivo. Salimos todos los dias temprano y nos prapararon desayuno para llevar. La azotea.... espacio de calma y relax
Nuestra habitacion algo pequeña, pero la queriamos solo oara dormir, asi que mas que suficiente.

This location is really perfect, just on the edge of the Kasbah very close to cafe Zeitoun. Location is really excellent. The space is nice and peaceful and the roof terrace is beautiful
Everything is good! I liked everything. Maybe provide free water in the rooms. A bottle of Sidi Ali would be nice

La señora que lo gestiona es encantadora, siempre pendiente de que todo esté bien y dispuesta a ayudar con una sonrisa. La ubicación es muy buena, las habitaciones son cómodas y el ambiente del riad es tranquilo y auténtico. Además, el desayuno estuvo muy bien. Nos sentimos muy bien acogidos durante toda la estancia. Sin duda, lo recomendaría a quien busque conocer Marrakech desde un lugar con encanto y un trato verdaderamente familiar. 🇲🇦😊

The place is clean and comfortable, we didn’t get to enjoy the pool because we were out a lot. Very walkable and safe area. Walked to the souks daily. We would definitely book again. I’m in my 50’s traveling with my teenage son. This place was perfect for us. Very accommodating and welcoming staff.
The only thing I’d add would be s small/college type mini fridge.

Особая благодарность Nagette за заботу и общение, это человек, ради которого хочется вернуться в опасный город в опасный район. Интерьер риада так же понравился, красиво везде. Относительно тихо (могут помешать только играющие дети на улице), Ощущение закрытого и защищенного пространства, хотя вокруг довольно опасный район.
Улушчить можно матрасы -они очень жесткие. Но так было во всех риядах в Марокко где мы были. Так же пожелание к booking - по описанию номера нельзя понять что в нем нет окон, выходящих на улицу, только окна в коридор. Это оказывается сюрпризом, когда въезжаешь. Несколько дней можно потерпеть, это особенность риядов.

I recommend you to not listen to the hosts for their advice on Sahara tours. We trusted them to guide us to a good agent, which ended up being a poor communicator and put us on a tour that was quite disappointing.

Limpieza, organización, amabilidad, desayunos, pero sin duda lo mejor de todo fue la mujer que trabaja allí, que nos ayudó en todo, y nos salvó la vida en un tour que nos dejó tirados. No tengo palabras suficientes para agradecer la maravillosa experiencia que nos hizo pasar. Espero poder volver ❤️

La terrazza vale il prezzo della camera, enorme e panoramica. Menzione speciale per la signora alla reception, avevamo bisogno di stampare i voucher del volo e di avere un transfer per l'aeroporto alle 6 del mattino, ci ha fornito un taxi a buon prezzo ed è venuta a salutarci alla partenza. ottima esperienza nel complesso
il ragazzo che ci ha accolto al check in, seppur disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta, parlava pochissimo inglese e non è stato semplicissimo comunicare. La camera un po piccola anche per due persone, con una porta non semplicissima da aprire/chiudere.

Petites choses qui font la différence : la bouteille d'eau offerte à notre arrivée, les petites attentions dans la chambre et les conseils bienveillants ☀️
C'est un peu ma faute (pas bien lu le message à ce sujet) mais un peu dommage de ne pas pouvoir payer ni via booking ni par Cb car je n'aime pas avoir de liquide sur moi. Cela dit, nous nous sommes entendus très bien avec Guillaume pour le règlement sur place et à l'avenir j'ai compris que c'était coutume ici.

Era muito mais pequeno do que as fotografias davam a entender, as escadas dificeis, muito barulhento, portas de vidro com cortinas no quarto deram pouca privacidade e muita luz muito cedo. As toalhas (especialmente o tapete da casa de banho) estavam sujas.

The room was quite small, but acceptable. However the beds were not very comfortable. Additionally, you needed to be very quiet since all noises were heard in the next room.

Es war immer sauber und einladend. Die Dame und Herren des Hauses waren sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Aufgrund des Hauses und der Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter habe ich mich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Vielen Dank!

Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse était un plaisir pour profiter des gâteaux préparés par nagelle, du soleil et du calme , c était reposant. Le riad est très beau, calme, propre et très bien situé.
Seul petit bémol sur la literie, le matelas etait înconfortable , qui nous a causé quelques mal de dos . Le rooftop mériterait un petit coup de rafraîchissement.

Reviewed Mar 4, 2026Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr schöne typisch marokkanische Ausstattung, privates Zimmer im Riad und Zugang zu einer schönen Dachterasse. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und waren tagsüber viel unterwegs. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht im Riad genutzt, also kann ich es nicht bewerten, aber insgesamt war es sehr privat, süß und ein schöner Aufenthalt.
Durch die nicht vorhandenen Fester im Zimmer, das auch direkt mit dem Badezimmer verbunden ist, wird es nach einer weile sehr feucht, auch vom Geruch.

Jai ete surprise qu'on ne me fasse pas la chambre !!!!surprenant.....mes serviettes mouillées du matin étaient toujours par terre le soir on ma répondu on change seulement tout les deux jours du coup chambre absolument pas faite ...poubelles pleine plis de papiers toilettes.ensuite lit pas très confortable chambre ourica absolument rien pour poser les affaires (crème médicament maquillage)tout reste par terre car pas de place ni de petit meuble prévu a cet effet . La terrasse super joli mais dommage le chat qui dort sur les coussins donc plein de poil partout ce qui enleve lenvi de s'y détendre je me répète mais on est loin du 9 en évaluation malgré la gentillesse de la dame on reste pas deux jours sans qu'on entre vérifier qu'il nous manque rien dans la chambre dans ce cas on prend un appart Petit déjeuner très limiter mais super jus d orange

The room was very small so there wasn't room for any more facilities, but a kettle would be nice. The location is in a very noisy, busy area, so again, the roof terrace was important.
