Great location and so easy to get to. The rooms had space and were very clean. The staff were friendly and they decorated the room for my birthday. I will book here when I return to London.

Location was ok, but wasn’t how it appeared on advertisement as a grand hotel, clean room, bed was ok. Staff welcoming and friendly

Room very small, window looked onto a wall and fire escape. No where to sit in room, only the bed. Bedding rough. We spent £350 for one night to celebrate our 31st wedding anniversary, not value for money.

The hotel is located in a major tourist area with a lot of activity, even late into the night—which, depending on your expectations, could be a good or bad thing (I didn't care for it much). The noise didn't bother us (good soundproofing). There was a metro station very close by.

The hotel is dark and somewhat gloomy. The overall quality of the hotel and the room does not match the photos on the website—it is far from what is shown. The bathroom has a glass door, so if you value a bit of privacy, forget it... Conclusion: It is not worth the price charged.

Good location

Smelly and no water to drink in our suite

The hotel is tucked away, just a stone's throw from Leicester Square and its tube station, and we almost walked past the entrance without realising it. The reception staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful and the room was immaculate. We were in London for a trip to the Theatre, and this hotel was perfectly located for both the various west-end theatres and also some good quality bars and eateries.

Location was brilliant. You couldnt be more central to everything.

Booked a suite and it was just a larger room. When booking it said that it had a sofa which it didnt. So really if booking again wouldnt spend the extra money on it because all you are getting is a slightly larger room.

Very helpful staff. Good sized clean room. Fabulous venue (Indigo Hotel) for breakfast. Location outstanding!

Spacious and well equipped room

The staff were very fiendly approachable and were very helpful. The Hotels location to the cities landmarks. It was clean and tidy. And the fantastic view from the large window over looking Leicester Square and as a bonus of this we were able to watch the red carpet event for Practical Magic 2 were we were also able to see the cast of the film.

Only one lift working and the one that was working was slow. The noise from the nightclub next door especially on the Friday and Saturday night's were the music was exceptionally loud and you could feel the vibration of the base throughout the room. The slamming of the doors by other guests being inconsiderate (a simple door closure on the doors would help to eleviate this problem.

The location was pretty good. Breakfast was not at the hotel, was across the street.

I think in general, the hotels in that area are overpriced; you can find a better option 10 minutes away from the area.

We could here the loud nightclub music until 3am on first night

In room 102 the large double bed was very comfortable and the thick curtains meant we were not woken by the sunshine. The room was a reasonable size and well sound proofed. There was a good sized bathroom with both a wonderful waterfall and hand held shower heads. I understand each room has a safe and a cooler, handy for keeping drinks and fruit cool. There was also air conditioning! The hotel allows residents to leave their luggage at the hotel after check out for up to 24 hours. It is centrally placed for visiting the West End and is within easy walking distance of tube stations and bus stops to explore further afield.

There was no chair in the room or even a luggage rack. The stairs and landings did not look as though they had been hoovered for a while.

Everything was great and always stay here every summer for a few days in central London but this time we were given a room with no windows and just a sky light window that brought in too much light in the morning. And it was a bit unnerving sleeping under a sky light. Other than that it was a great stay.

Tweede kan gebeuren, is alleen vervelend dat je om 01:00 er achter komt. Binnen vijf minuten een monteur komt, dat blijkt dan 30 minuten te zijn en de reparatie kan niet plaatsvinden omdat de monteur de verkeerde trap heeft meegenomen.

We got caught out on the booking system when booking 1 night ahead of planned stay. The system defaulted to 12 months out. And unfortunately we never added a cancellation fee because our travel plans were firm. When we arrived for check in the staff were unbudgig on amending our dates by the mistaken 12 months and referred us to management. We followed up with management t who also refused. This was disappointing and we've heard that this particular hotel uses this ploy to trick international travelers into paying for bookings tags they can't use. A clever little scheme that we'd like to warn others about.

La chambre été pas la même lors de la réservation. Celle q nous été attribué avec bc moins d’espace, lumière et confort c’était au dernier étage mansardé. Il y avait des travaux sur cette étage pour réparer un ascenseur pendant tout la semaine, donc bc de problème pour se transporter verticalement et pas très approprié pour qui a des enfants, ainsi à cause des travaux. La possibilité d’avoir petit-déjeuner, n’été pas vraiment valable parce il devrait être commandé à l’extérieur et il n’y avait pas des grandes conditions au rez pour le servir. Ils ont jamais mis les linges de bain pour 3.

The hotel is in the middle of leicester square, you really could'nt have a more central location for the for the west end and Chinatown. We were told that breakfast is not served in the building but a short walk to the next hotel, about 5mins. A little strange yes until we were ushered to the 9th floor of the building with a panoramic view of london while you eat your waiter served breakfast.

Although our room did have a window (Room 316) it was over looking a fire escape and a brick wall, so we had to keep the curtains shut, luckily the aircon in the room was very good and so didnt need an opening window. But some natural light would be nice.

Great hotel right in the center with a fair price. It totally met our expectations. The rooms are stylish and pretty big for the city center. The beds are super comfy, we slept so well. The staff is amazing. The location is top-notch. We went to a show, and the theater was a 5-minute walk. The National Gallery is 5 minutes away, shopping is 10 minutes, and the metro is close by. There are lots of cool places to eat around the hotel, plus a supermarket. Having a fridge and a tea/coffee setup in the room was super handy. The hotel is right on a busy square, but we didn't hear any noise. We will for sure be back.

The room was clean with good facilities for a one night stay. The staff were friendly. The bed was incredibly comfortable and you could tell the pillows, duvet and bed linen were high quality. The location was superb and if I was having a stay in the future to see a show I would definitely consider this.

One lift was out of service which made getting to and from the 5th floor a challenge.

There was a bit of noise from the club so we couldnt sleep well and the ac was keep breaking out turns out the heat all of sudden i had to wake several of times at night just to adjust the temperature

Had to change room as the first one was mouldy, smelt damp and was dirty. Only one lift in operation which was very slow . Breakfast was served in another hotel which I’m sure cannot justify a four star rating.

I booked via booking.com, the reception told me the room is windowless, I could not breathe when I got in the room, no circulation, cannot breathe, windowless room in this condition should not be put on sale. No Information of windowless on the confirmation letter, as I booked for non-refund. Even struggling to pay the difference of a room with window. Disappointed

It was modern and clean.

Value for money, paid £570 and there was no breakfast which then we were told that it was in a completely different building which we were then glad. Trying to find the hotel was difficult the photos don’t show the front of the building it shows it from level 1 up. You need to see the ground floor when the link to the maps doesn’t actually take you to the correct property. The showers were not hot. Less than look warm.

The first room was not at all as advertised in the pictures on Booking.com. the hotel admitted that the photos shown when booking a dbl room were actually for their nicer/higher tier room. They blamed the website but it doesn't make sense that someone from the property wouldn't be approving the listing. Some of their rooms are horrible and they know it and still let people book them which is a scam. The second room they moved us to was full of mould. The smell was so strong it was overpowering. They try and mask it with perfume spray (which I also saw people spraying in hallways each day) but once it wore off Al ok you could smell is mould. My daughter is asthmatic so they switched us to another room in the middle of hotel with hotel with no window and no discount of any kind. This room was suitable (at least no mould) but we woke up to water pouring into our room from the floor above at 4am. They never offered to refund us any money. The staff themselves were young and friendly but it felt like no one with actual ability to remedy any serious issues was on hand. We submitted a claim to get money back and have video evidence of the water pouring into the room but they never got back to us. Hotel is a scam. Don't go there. They don't care about their customers.

Great location our larger room spacious staff friendly. Despue other reviews no street noise

Extortionate price of mineral water room wasnt always well stocked/serviced. Prob with lifts when we arrived but kept in the dark should have been told.

Great location, close to heaps of restaurants, Chinatown, theatres, train station and the hustle and bustle of Leicester Square. The room was spacious and even had a fridge. We loved the room and would stay again. Staff were very friendly.

There were two lifts, but one wasn’t working the whole time we were there (10 days). Sometimes the wait for a lift was really long as sometimes when it arrived it was already full, so you had to wait for it come again.

Hôtel parfaitement bien situé. La chambre est simple mais propre et offre tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. Bien que l'hôtel soit situé dans un quartier très animé, la chambre était parfaitement insonorisée, ce qui a permis de profiter d'un séjour calme et reposant. C'était la deuxième fois que nous séjournions dans cet hôtel, et nous y retournerons sans hésiter lors de notre prochain séjour à Londres. Nous le recommanderons également à nos amis qui visiteront la ville.

The view of Leicester Square and big Ben from our window was fabulous. It was really clean and the tea and coffee facility was really well stocked. Comfortable bed and lovely shower.

Walking round the corner to the sister hotel was a very minor inconvenience. Especially once you see from the rooftop restaurant at the hotel.

Fantastic location. Friendly staff.

The first room had intermittent AC failures, however the hotel moved us to a bigger and better room. Only one functional lift meant long wait times for the lift.

The hotel is elegant, with a stylish and modern design.

The hotel’s location was excellent and the staff were friendly. However, there were several issues with my room that affected my stay: The air conditioning did not work properly. Approximately every hour it would reset itself to 28°C, making the room uncomfortably warm. I reported the problem to the reception, but unfortunately it was not resolved during my stay. Also, although I had booked a standard room, I was assigned an accessible room designed for guests with disabilities. As a result, the mirror was positioned very low, making it inconvenient to use.

Beliggenheten er fantastisk!

Standarden på rommet er under en hver kritikk. Veldig lite rom til å være Superier, hvor det i bestillingen var omtalt til å være 18m2, men vi målte det til 15-16m2. Det aller værste var badet, se bilde. Veldig smal seng. Lite visste vi at frokosten var på et hotell i nabolaget..

Everything was in walking distance. Right in the center. Near the underground. The bed was really comfortable. The room was quiet even though it had direct view to the “busy” Leicester Square.

The black out curtains were short and the light came in reflecting directly to eye level. Other than that everything was really accommodating.
