Beautiful. Very central. Clean and lovely design.

Staff were delightful, the location couldn’t have been better - the apartment was spotless and lovely. We had a great time. The breakfast was great and the chocolate treats were the best that my wife has ever had!

Tiny things - like a recycling bin, wheels kept coming off the washing machine! But generally super!

The only improvement I would suggest is to upgrade the TV’s

A fabulous location! The apartment was very clean and we loved our breakfasts, especially the fresh OJ and warm pastries/bread delivered to our door every morning. They were very helpful with all our questions and we enjoyed the restaurants and Fado they recommended.

The Lisboans were perfect for our stay. We loved having hotel amenities with the feel of an apartment. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful. Carlos was especially helpful and great with our kids.

Estilo moderno que oferece conforto , limpeza , atendimento perfeitos ! Este hotel faz com que vc se sinta em casa no melhor ponto de Lisboa . A equipe é agradável , solicita e eficiente . O diferencial no serviço do café da manhã é incrível . Deixam na sua porta todas as manhãs e você consome no horário que preferir . A geladeira é abastecida todos os dias com itens para complementar o café e a fruteira tbem é abastecida diariamente . Amamos !

The owner and the front desk attendee were both there to greet us; the owner even gave us a tour of the property and our rooms/amenities. The ambiance, attention to detail, thoughtfulness, the kindness of the staff/owners, and general property was a dream come true. The breakfast that comes included is an added detail that made us feel like celebrities in our own space. We even bought a couple of vinyls at LX Factory to bring back and play on their record player. (We left one there for the next guest to enjoy, as there weren't any on the property that we could find.) The Lisboans felt like going home each day that we were lucky enough to be there.

Everybody at reception was extremely friendly and helpful. Super recommendations for every topic. Apartments very clean, not cluttered, just right. Good breakfast, every day another sweet treat, fresh orange juice.

Quite pricey nonetheless- we would come back anyway

The apartment is comfortable, bright and clean, making it a great place to relax after exploring the city. It is conveniently located to the primary tourist sites and easy access to all forms of public transit. The daily breakfast of cheese, fresh pastries, jam and fresh orange juice was a lovely treat, and we enjoyed sitting in the apartment having breakfast before heading out on a busy day of exploring. Access to laundry facilities at no additional cost was a pleasant surprise and it was easy to store our luggage after checkout until our driver arrived. Should our travels take us back to Lisbon, we will certainly stay again.

Wir können die Ferienwohnungen uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Dame, die uns empfangen hat, war sehr freundlich und hat sich viel Zeit genommen uns alles zu zeigen. Die Lage ist ideal zum Erkunden der Stadt. Die Wohnung mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail und individuell eingerichtet. Das Frühstück wird jeden Morgen frisch geliefert und ist wirklich sehr lecker. Wir hatten sogar einen Plattenspieler mit einer tollen Auswahl an Platten in der Wohnung, den wir sehr gerne genutzt haben. Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt.

Muito bem localizado, perto dos melhores pontos turísticos, de lojas e de ótimos restaurantes. Dá pra fazer quase tudo à pé. Equipe muito educada e prestativa. Ótimo para quem quer se sentir em casa enquanto viaja.

Niets. Let op, parkeren in de buurt is lastig vanwege de drukte in de stad.

L’emplacement, le style, le petit dej compris avec pain livré chaque matin. Et une mise à dispo de fruits et produits frais rechargée chaque jour. Une super formule ! Très bien situé dans Lisbonne.

The apartment was clean upon arrival.

• This is one of the noisiest places I’ve ever stayed. If you want to stay awake 24 hours a day, this is the perfect choice. • The property’s inflexibility and lack of empathy made the whole experience very disappointing. 很吵的一間旅館 想換房比登天還難 不管發生任何事，它都會說不是他能預期而連一句道歉都沒有，超級糟糕，好像我自己倒霉選到這間旅館 早上水果也是感覺是放到快壞掉了

The apartment was wonderful. It was clean, stylish and well furnished with comfortable beds and a sofa. Fresh juice and pastries were dropped off in the morning and a great coffee store was around the corner. It was in a great part of town walkable to everything. Check in was extremely easy and convenient. Would highly recommend for any traveler looking for extra room and comfort beyond a hotel.

Location was great, easy walking to restaurants, cafes, sightseeing etc. Apartment was spacious, beds very comfortable, breakfast excellent. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.

Well appointed apartment, amazing location, friendly staff.

This is a very small thing, but the window above the door from the living room to the bedroom. With kids it provided challenge with nap.

Excellent staff, central secure location, light & modern with character, generous breakfast, daily clean, air conditioning, shared laundry facilities. A beautiful apartment between Alfama & Baixa.

Comfortable two bed apartment with sitting room/dining/kitchen area and one bathroom. Very comfy beds. Lift. All the amenities in the little kitchen one needed. Every morning we received fresh rolls pastries orange juice and during the day the fridge was stocked with cold meat cheese milk jam and butter refreshed daily. Apartment was serviced daily. Friendly and very clean every day. Great aircon throughout. We discovered the laundry room too late to use it. The sitting room and main bedroom had windows opening onto the street. It was quiet. Great location a few minutes to Alfama on one side and to the central Baixa area on the other. Walking was easy. We didn’t use metro or bus transport ( the day after the terrible Gloria tragedy) but Ubers were plentiful and very cheap. Nearby was a great supermarket (Pinco - they are everywhere). Would definitely stay again.

Sharing one bathroom might not work for everyone.

Amazing place for a family to stay in Lisbon!

The location was perfect all types of restaurants and cafes are only a minute walk from the apartment, The staff were so welcoming and polite and nice they made us feel very welcome and they helped me with a close apartment to the elevator for my elderly parents. The apartment itself was spacious and very well designed and decorated it felt homey and modern and it was very clean

For me personally none! But If you are renting your own car you won’t be able to park there because it is a very very narrow street and a extremely steep as well and because of the steep streets that go up and down it may be a little but tough for elderly and sick to walk on them but not completely unmanageable and also there is always the option of ubers which are so very easy to find and book!

The best possible location in Lisbon. Amazing view from the penthouse. Wonderful breakfasts and friendly, helpful staff.

Wonderful location, property and staff

The location was excellent. We had a 2 bedroom that was clean & nice & bright. Breakfast waiting in the refrigerator was a great touch & then juice & bread/rolls hanging from a bag on the door handle in the morning was most welcome. The shower was also really nice.

Clean, and zen checkin office. Daily housekeeping. Breakfast goodies including fresh fruit, bread and pastry bites delivered daily to your door was a very nice touch. Most comfortable beds!

We had to wait outside on the steep roadway outside of the apartment with our luggage for hours before the office opened at 9am to store until checkin. Shower drain clogged and despite requests to fix, it wasn’t addressed.

Our apartment was beautiful - exceptionally clean, perfect location. The furnishing was stunning. They delivered breakfast to our door every morning which was such a luxury. Would highly recommend!

It was located in the middle of everything. It was super easy to get to all the shops, food, buses and trams. The front desk staff were super warm and knowledgeable. They were so sweet with our 2 boys and made them feel so comfortable. They were accommodating and helpful when we needed help with something. Breakfast was also super fun w a fun pastry every morning along. Definitely would stay here again if I come back to Lisbon!

Maybe the elevator was a bit small but whatever. We just had to make multiple trips. Not a big deal.

Everything, It was clean, had everything that one needs for a comfortable stay. Every morning that little breadbasket was cherry on the top. Service was spot on. Centrally placed. Above all kids friendly. thank you team Lisboans Apartments for making our stay memorable.

I LOVED the breakfast that was provided including fresh squeezed orange juice and fresh bread and pastries each morning!! What a treat!!

The location was perfect for exploring the heart of Lisbon. The breakfasts provided to our rooms were wonderful. We loved the fresh breads and juice. The facilities for tastefully done. The staff was very helpful and responsive on booking.com, but they were only available during limited office hours. I would definitely stay here again because of the location and overall spaciousness of the rooms.

The 5th floor (penthouse) required stair access only, so only people who can carry luggage up a full flight without the elevator should book that room. I would have liked to see more artisan made decor in the rooms. They were a bit simple and modern but not very unique.

Beatriz was most helpful with pre-trip and during-trip questions. Historic building reworked to beautiful standards inside. Has a lift! Lovely breakfast left in fridge and supplemented with delivery of early morning fresh bread and juice. Good location for access to public trans and sights. Extremely clean and well stocked with all you need for a comfortable stay.

Our room was requested for 3 people but only 2 bath towels were provided in the room. We notified the host and she said she would send up an additional towel. But unfortunately when we came back at the end of the day, the host never sent another towel and at that point there was no staff to ask again for a towel so one of us was forced to use someone else's used towel.

Everything about the Lisboans was fantastic. It was beautiful, for starters, with huge windows overlooking charming streets, and within easy walking distance of the Alfama and Baixa. Our rooms were bright, extremely clean, so comfortable, and modern. We loved coming back to our rooms after our days exploring Lisbon. And the breakfast..every morning, the Lisboans delivered fresh pastries, breads, and juice, from a local place, and this was in addition to the breakfast cheeses, meats, and fruits that were replenished daily in the fridge. My family of four didn't want to leave. Highly, highly recommended.

The apartment is in a great location to explore Lisbon. The apartment is well appointed. In addition to the stocked fridge with breakfast items, orange juice and fresh bread are brought to your room each morning and it is a nice breakfast experience. We had a small issue with our room at the beginning and Marina at the front desk was so helpful. The issue was resolved immediately. The wine bar which is part of the hotel was fantastic and we highly recommend the food and dining experience!

The Lisboan Apartments is a fantastic place to stay. The two bedroom was spacious and beautifully kept. Great communication prior to our arrival and the staff was very friendly throughout our entire stay. The fridge was stocked with meats, yogurt, milk and strawberries, and the fresh bread and orange juice delivered to our room every morning was a wonderful treat! It is walking distance to many shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend the Lisboan Apartments to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Wonderful staff,great location, inviting apartment. I bar food allergies. They were very helpful by providing breakfast products I could eat. Also by recommending some wonderful safe restaurants that had amazing food. Great location

Tastefully decorated and comfortable living space for two. Staff were warm and very helpful. Breakfast daily was fresh and pastries were varied which we appreciate. Watching sunlight streaming through the windows in the living area every day was amazing. Location was convenient and we could walk easily to quite a few places we wanted to visit.

Nothing much, but just some small notes for future guests to be aware of. Parking is some distance away, property is on a slope so best to unload luggage right outside especially if multiple luggage. We stayed at the top floor and at night could look into the window of the adjacent property through the bathroom window which meant they could also see us and the bathroom window has no means of privacy - felt like we were in full view. Being picky here, but bed is quite shaky hence if sharing a bed, this could be an issue.
