Seafort Luxury Hideaway

Absolutely loved our stay at Seafort Luxury Hideaway and will definitely be back again. Fabulous location, comfortable bed, yummy breakfast and spotlessy clean. What more could anyone ask for! Siobhan is so lovely. She gave us a map of the area with suggestions as to where to visit which was very helpful.

There was genuinely nothing we didn't like!

Delicious and really well cooked.

Only thing is that the bathroom shower which was in the bath could have had a handle on the wall for safer getting out.

Le lieu est magnifique avec de superbes couchers de soleil sur la baie. La chambre est très luxueuse et confortable avec une vue splendide. Le petite déjeuner est frais, préparé à la minute et excellent. Notre hote est très sympathique et de bons conseils pour les visites et les restaurants.

Die Unterkunft, die Lage und insgesamt war das Paket im Seafort Luxury Hideaway einfach fantastisch. Wir haben uns wunderbar aufgehoben gefühlt.

Ein tolles Haus mit stilvollem Ambiente in einer wunderschönen Umgebung. Blick auf die Bucht. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und herzlich. Sie gibt gerne auch Tipps für Ausflüge etc. Das Frühstück war einfach super, man konnte wählen und es wurde frisch zubereitet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Wat een geweldig plek om te verblijven. Wij hadden de kamer met het balkon, ik heb daar heerlijk zitten lezen. Een boek met een view:). Eindelijk een bed in Ierland waar wij in passen (mijn man is bijna 2 m).

Tout était à absolument parfait ! La vue d’abord (demandez la chambre avec la petite terrasse) mais aussi le confort et les équipements de la chambre pensés dans les moindres détails, le service et l’accueil très sympas. Vraiment, un lieu qu’on n’oublie pas !

Heel vriendelijke en behulpzame gastvrouw. Echt een fantastisch uitzicht vanuit de kamer, net een schilderij, wat regelmatig anders is ivm eb en vloed. Hele ruime kamer. Super goede bedden. Great welcome, a good prepared list of breakfast options. Great spot, top quality house. We enjoyed to stay there a few days, and explored the Wild Atlantic Way.

We misunderstood the availability of restaurants. Our fault to not read in detail the site.

Nieuw. Goed doordachte dingen. Comfortabel bed. Goed ontbijt. Goede badkamer. Parkeren naast de deur.

Wij zaten in junior suite Swan op de eerste verdieping van het bijgebouw. Als de zon scheen werd het snel erg warm. Ik ben niet zo groot (175 cm) maar stootte regelmatig mijn hoofd aan het schuine dak. Je kon de gasten in de kamer op de begane grond duidelijk horen praten. Er waren twee stoeltjes die op vier meter afstand van elkaar stonden en die dus niet als gezellig zitje te gebruiken waren. Het plateau waar je op kon klimmen en waar je op de grond kon zitten om over het water te kijken is onhandig en past totaal niet bij de gasten die overwegend ouder dan 70 zijn. Al met al maakt het de hoge prijs per nacht niet waar.

If you're going to Bantry, I would highly recommend Seafort Luxury Hideaway. We stayed in the King room with Seaview for 2 nights bed and breakfast. I would give 11 out of 10 for cleanliness, you couldn't get any cleaner. The room was very comfortable 😀. If you want to just stay in watch a movie, both slippers and dressing gowns were provided. Breakfast again, a definite 11 out of 10, was beautiful filled you up for the day. Can't wait to go back there 😄.

Stunning Property in a Peaceful, Beautiful Location overlooking Bantry Bay This place is beautiful, spotlessly clean, with high-spec decor throughout and an oasis of calm. Quality products in the bedroom and bathroom enhance the experience. The breakfast was excellent, with everything prepared to order using local quality produce. Dietary & allergy requirements are so well catered for, which was very much appreciated. We are already looking forward to staying here again.

It was an absolutely beautiful home that was very comfortable, had amazing views and was in a peaceful part of Bantry. Siobhan gave us a warm welcome and the breakfasts that she cooked were an absolute treat. Could not ask for more. She also gave us some excellent suggestions on things to do in the area.

Schon bei der Ankunft sind wir freudig überrascht worden, denn unsere Gastgeberin hat uns ein Upgrade gegeben mit einer unglaublich schönen, riesigen Suite. Die Aussicht und die ganze Ausstattung der Suite waren wunderschön. Die Betten sehr bequem und im grossen Badezimmer hatte es eine Bodenheizung. Auch das frisch zubereitete Frühstück war ein Genuss. Unsere Gastgeberin, Siobhan hat uns einzigartige Tipps gegeben um die nähere Umgebung zu erkunden, das war genial. Wir haben jede einzelne Minute sehr genossen in diesem herrlichen Anwesen.

Prachtige kamer, geweldig uitzicht met zwanen en zeeotters, alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt, tips vd eigenaresse.

Misschien de douche (niets mis mee) zit in het bad.... Maar eigelijk viel er niets tegen.

Stunning location at the water's edge, idyllic views with swans and other wildlife all with a beautiful backdrop of the Caha mountains. Siobhan the owner was wonderful, nothing was too much trouble and she has a sixth sense in anticipating your needs. Breakfast was excellent every morning.

Op onze doorreis door het adembenemende mooie Ierland kwamen wij in Bantry aan. Wij hadden een kamer geboekt bij het Seafort Luxury hideaway. Wat een fantastische ervaring is dit voor ons geweest. Wij hadden de Swan Suite, een prachtige Suite. Ontzettend schoon, fantastisch bed met een heerlijk dekbed én een fijne badkamer. Maar het hoogtepunt van de kamer is de erker waar je in kunt zitten én een prachtig uitzicht over het water hebt. Gastvrouw Siobhan , is een zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw met humor. Bij aankomst veel tips gekregen over wat te doen in de omgeving. Het ontbijt is lekker en met liefde bereid. De omgeving straalt enorm veel rust uit en vonden wij het erg spijtig dat we na twee nachten helaas weer door moesten. Stom dat je na zo'n korte tijd gewoon een soort heimwee kunt hebben naar een plek waar het zo fijn is . Dat hebben wij gevoeld bij Siobhan en ook Sean. Wij zijn van plan om volgend jaar weer terug te komen en dan voor meer dagen. Nogmaals bedankt voor de gastvrijheid. Groetjes Sandra en Hans.

Our room and the balcony were fabulous! The whole house is stunning, not to mention the outside space. The owner is fun and informative and makes a great breakfast, cooked to order. We’ve traveled a lot and seriously, this is the most perfect lodging we’ve probably ever booked. So yes, I guess that’s a 10 out of 10!

Es war ein traumhafter Aufenthalt. Wir haben tolle Tips für die Umgebung bekommen, das Frühstück wurde extra für uns zubereitet und war eine 11/ 10 und der Sonnenuntergang abends auf der Terrasse gleich am Meer hat allem noch die Krone aufgesetzt. Würden sofort wieder herkommen.

We absolutely loved our stay with Siobhan at Seafort Luxury Hideaway. It is the best guest house we have stayed in - ever. Everything was absolutely immaculate and beautifully maintained. Plus the breakfasts were freshly cooked. This makes such a difference to the flavour of the meal. I also loved the fact that there were the finishing touches in our room that other places lack. And a big plus for us was the superb coffee in our room & fresh milk provided in the fridge. What a way to start the day! When we visit Ireland again, Siobhan & Seafort Luxury Hideaway will be on our list of accommodation. Thank you Siobhan & staff for making us so welcome and our stay so wonderful.

This is an amazing place if you want to relax, slow down and enjoy nature. The view from the terrasse and the suite is breathtaking. We got a lot of tips from the host and enjoyed our stay very much. Breakfast was very good! Lovely place!

Great location with fantastic front line view over the bay. First class standard of accomodation. Spotlessly clean. Lots of small details present to add to the high standards. Breakfast was outstanding and perfectly hosted by Siobhan.

Breakfast was excellent and meticulously arranged. Accommodation was a short walk from the Heart of Barry. View from our upstairs bedroom was outstanding. Host was prompt, courteous and professional, and offered several dining recommendations.

Seafort allows you to tailor your break to suit your needs. Whether that is relaxing privately in the lovely rooms, possibly admiring the spectacular view over the bay from your private balcony or using it as a delightful base to explore Bantry and the surrounding area. Siobhan, the owner was very friendly and a mine of information. She went out of her way to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. Her hosting skills and eye for detail in the way the property is presented are exceptional. There is also an excellent restaurant for dinner (Donemark West) pretty much at the end of the rather impressive driveway that leads up to Seafort which I can recommend you book if you don't fancy driving or getting a taxi.

The property was absolutely beautiful and the decorating was just lovely. The bed was super comfortable and all the linens were excellent.

Everything was excellent, the courtesy and friendliness. Assistance with daily sightseeing. Superb breakfast, comfy bed, we could not have asked for more. The location and the sea view was exceptional. The accommodation and quality of our stay has been one of the highlights of our trip.

We didn’t stay long enough.

The location was amazing as was the lovely lodge. The breakfast was cooked fresh every morning with good produce. It was only a short stroll into town. The host was very friendly and I have to mention her gorgeous cat Sadie. I even tried birdwatching on this break.
