Aufgrund einer Doppelbuchung haben wir ein Upgrade ins Schwestern-Hotel Goble Palms bekommen. Ein wunderschön angelegtes Anwesen, liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer, tolles Frühstück und super nettes Personal.

The staff, especially Elliot, were fantastic. So kind, helpful and always there for any question we had during our stay in the area. We will definitely be back to Holland House!

the bathroom set up in my room was a bit strange, entering straight from the lounge. Mosquitos were pretty bad. Fridge was not working and room had a bit of a damp smell.

A fabulous place to stay! We were sadly only staying overnight to watch the rugby, but would love to return to enjoy some time at the venue itself!

Très bien placé, à quelques pas à pied de Florida Road où se trouvent plusieurs restos, en toute sécurité. B&B avec beaucoup de charme, une déco pleine d’histoires, et un cadre verdoyant très agréable en plein Durban. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et notre hôte nous a partagé des idées de sorties.

Lovely building with spacious grounds which provided a fantastic view over downtown Durban. Great location - very close to the bustling Florida Road with its restaurants and cafes.

On a steep hill - going down was not a problem!😁

Incredibly helpful owners, finding taxis when our flt was delayed & delayed again, so 3 am arrival, instead of 1330 . Very welcoming. Spotless spacious room. Lovely seating area and breakfast room. Could bring takeaways in or cook there. Breakfast superb and good value. All the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Just a few mins walk to the restaurants, bank, shops and in the nice safe area.

The place was divine, the people kind. Centre of Durban and a beautiful area. Th hosts were excited and happy, the type of people that genuinely just care - and im a hard nut to crack, I run a boutique safari in the highest of highest net worth spaces. I even extended my stay and changed my flight I was so happy lol To put a long story to bed. It's a classic, the rooms are nice, the beds comfy - the energy is right. Don't forget the VIEWS !! You feel punched above Durban in your little oasis. Place like these exist still and id recommend anyone to stay here, its for all. Thank you again for my pleasant stay.

Beautiful home converted tastefully to accommodate guests. The hostess was charming and the service friendly and impeccable. Delicious breakfast in lovely surroundings. Highly recommended.

Lovely warm welcome from Kim and William on arrival and introduced to Elliot head of services who was always on hand and happy to ensure everyone were happy, The view from the balcony was amazing, loved the vibe in the public areas. The room was beautiful and extremely comfy bed.

The property is older so lacked extra plug sockets, perhaps pack an extension lead?

The staff were friendly and the house itself is beautiful.

We were quite disappointed with our stay. Whilst the B&B was beautiful and full of character, we came home from dinner to find a large gathering of the owner's guests sitting outside our room, drinking and making a lot of noise. We found the shouting and loud music very disturbing. We noted several signs in the communal areas reminding guests to keep the noise down after 10pm, and couldn't help but notice the music only started after 10pm, and was being played at an unacceptable volume - we could barely hear our own TV. We think it would have been appropriate for the owners to warn us that their guests were expected to be partying in the communal area, especially because they greeted us earlier in the day, and never mentioned anything. We also noticed that the room we were allocated differed from the images online of the King Room. Overall, we did not really feel welcome at Holland House, and left early, to avoid awkward interactions. It's a pity, as we were looking forward to our stay.

Old house with wooden floors. My room was next to the front door and it was like a train stain with noise traveling. Unfortunately, too noisy for me.

We were welcome with a friendly smile and would love to come back to the same place when we come back to Durban. We really appreciate the efforts.

Très belle maison ancienne, joliment meublée et décorée. Il y a peu de chambres donc c’est calme et on se sent comme dans une maison de famille. Le personnel est très accueillant et attentif tout en sachant rester discret Très bon petit déjeuner avec produits frais et variés. Très central à proximité de beaucoup de restaurants rue Florida.

We absolutely loved this guesthouse! Beautifully decorated and a fabulous location close to a lot of restaurants. The owner and staff really went out of their way to make our stay fantastic. Who knew Durban had such a gem!

The place was so peaceful and clean we got to enjoy out stay and the staff was amazing, wifi working very well we wre able to communicate with our loved ones. this place is such a convienient place.

I think the team should review the checking out time, 10am is too early for some people. but other than that the place is well organised and very affordable and safe.

I loved everything about the place, we received a warm welcome. We arrived early, 3 hours before check-in however the team accommodated us. They ensured that we were able to work, the kids played in the pool. The place felt fresh, bright and perfect 👌 I forgot the owners name, the lady is a superwoman 🦸‍♂️

No kitchen bin it was a struggle to throw away litter. Wanted an outside laundry line to hang our wet towels. One of the rooms has entry door which goes straight into the bathroom that was very uncomfortable.
