The location and friendliness of the staff

The hotel and rooms aren’t like the photos. The room smells of dampness. The bed creaked a lot and the shower water pressure was very low. before we checked out, we were just finishing getting ready when the cleaning crew opened the door without knocking. I find it very uncomfortable

A nice clean property for an actually reasonable price

The hotel was easy to get to, and the staff was very attentive and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast had just what I needed, and everything was well organized and properly set up. The gym was simple but had the essentials for a good workout. Overall, the property was convenient and worked well for my stay.

I would have appreciated a little more attention to detail with the cleanliness of the room upon check-in. Overall, everything else was just what I needed on my way to my competition.

La piscina esta cerrada, porque estuvo lloviendo y tronando al medio dia. Mi esposa y yo fuimos a darnos un bajito como a las 6pm y esta cerrado.

A pesar de todo que me incomodo un poquito x una situacion hay un caballero que trabaja en recepcion debe ser mas comunicativo y expresivo. Cada vez que llego no estan amable y sonriente como los demas staff. Eso si la Sra. que esta encargada del area del desayuno es un amor. Es un 1000 de 100. Pero aun asi este sera nuestro oacias de descanso.y lo recomiendo a mis compañeros de trabajo de Walmart/ Sam's Distribution Center.

Moses and the young lady with the great hair, Janet? Were very attentive and welcoming. The hotel was always clean and the rooms , refreshed daily. The bed and the pillows at this hotel were very comfortable I.Usually bring my pillow from home.But these were actually nicer than mine. I made use of the hot tub almost every night , but rarely made it to breakfast lol the 2 mornings I did, it was pretty good.I was impressed. Overall I highly recommend this hotel

Having to leave and maybe some potatoes at breakfast would be nice.

Worked for a last-minute booking due to a canceled flight. Decent location in proximity to the airport. The front desk person was friendly and check-in was quick, which was nice after all our delays. The beds were super comfortable.

The place is a little dated, but it was clean, that's what matters. The breakfast attendant was a little rude to a couple of us who showed up right at the end time. We were just trying to grab something real quick. I didn't realize the breakfast was only until 9 during the week, not 10.

The hotel is basic and a bit outdated. Furniture is older, the mattress is not very comfortable, and the curtains need better blackout. Breakfast is also very simple.

The hotel carpet and an upholstery on the chairs were so filthy that they had a layer of scum on them. There were cars that wentby in the parking lot play the music so loud that the windows rattle. The breakfast was subpar. The only thing it has going for is it’s close to Silver Spurs Arena.

The location was great, as we were attending an event at Silver Spurs arena and it was just under a mile away.

The address on booking.com takes you to a hotel several miles away, not even associated with this one. When we finally found this location, we tried to check in just 30 minutes early and they would not let us. Not a big deal just a little frustrating because I requested that when I booked and most places will allow that. I booked the room because it was convenient to where we were going and they were pet friendly. What it doesn't tell you on booking.com is that it is $75 per pet. I understand a pet deposit but for the quality of this hotel, that is a bit extreme. It cost more than a single night stay to have 2 dogs in the room overnight. I understand a ln extra cleaning fee for dog hair, and signing a waiver to be responsible for any damages, but that was just ridiculous. Plus, they charge a $100 deposit for damages for people, which is refundable, but the pet charge was not. I have stayed at 4 star hotels that charge less than that for pets to stay. It was supposed to be an affordable overnight stay to avoid driving home tired late at night and it cost over $300 up front. The room was humid and smelled as if it used to allow smoking in the rooms. It appeared clean, but had a smell that was set into the walls. The staff wasn't rude, but they also were very friendly or welcoming.

Upon arriving at the hotel on Saturday, February 21, 2026, the receptionist gave us our room. When we opened the door, we had to run out. The smell was awful; it smelled like cat urine everywhere, inside and outside the room. We complained at reception, and they showed us another room, which was filthy. There were stains on the carpet, the chair inside the room was dirty and faded, and the carpet in the hallway leading to the room was covered in dirt and stains. It was disgusting to be there, so we decided we didn't want to stay and that we would look for another hotel that was clean. They told us the room was non-refundable. We called Booking.com, and they told us that if the hotel didn't want to refund our money, then they couldn't. So the hotel kept our money. They are thieves and scammers.

The rooms were disgusting, they smelled like cat urine, the carpets were stained, and the sofas were dirty and stained.

For the price, it was great! The staff were friendly, and helpful. The outside of the building isn’t great but the rooms were decent.

The beds were broken and the rooms had a moldy smell.

The room was infested with roaches. Woke up in the middle of the night to find a roach crawling on my phone in the night stand. Three roaches on the desk. There was a dead corpse of a lizard. The water from the shower and sink had a huge smell of chlorine. The room had the worst smell of humidity. Overall DO NOT stay here.
