The tiky bar was close monday the june 22 after fathers day obvious monday lol but all the rest of everithyng was perfect.

parking had plenty of spots. but that was it. lobby was nice and staff regular and friendly

several cockroaches in the room. like ... as soon as I turned on the lights 3 or 4 started running around. in total I killed 7. this is super gross. A place with insects, which clearly dont bother to any pest control at all, sets the tone for all the rest of their facility when it comes to hygiene. Needless to say that I havent even tried their breakfast, if rooms as like this, can you really trust the kitchen??? GROSS!

Breakfast - wasn't worth the it, and I love hate that they allow dogs. We went back to our room to relax after swimming for hours but the room next to us had a dog that bark the whole time it was left alone..... it was horrible

To get there and realize that I had to pay for breakfast and there was no water park available for us to enjoy and the place just looked run down was very heart-wrenching

The fact that I paid to go to this hotel because there's a water park that I could have my grandkids enjoy and when I got there the water park was closed. The jacuzzi was closed. The kiddy pool was closed and I couldn't relax because the only thing that was available was a pool that was very deep and with a 3, a 5, and a 6-year-old who can concentrate on relaxing. I was very unhappy.

We drove from Fort Myers with the family for a last weekend of fun for the children before school starts. After driving over 3 hours, when we went to check in we were told that the water park was shut down for maintenance. They said we were notified last night. They had known for over a week but neglected to notify us earlier. We found this very stressful and madding since we were left to scramble for some place new. The staff on duty offered no help or suggestions. We thought another Ramada would have been suggested and helped book. Since we were not happy with your hotel, we well no longer suggest your water park to friends and family. Sorry for your problems but you should have better solutions when problems arise, Priscilla

Never saw anything but the lobby

The water lazy river and slides was out of service till further notice. Uts been 5days home and im still waiting for my resort fees to be refunded.. mind u i came with 9 family members and children to celebrate a Birthday party. Such a disappointment never again.

We will never be staying here again. The floors are disgusting. The drains coming up the toilet so broken the waterpark’s been down ever since we got here. They gave me a $10 a night discount they didn’t clean our room. We had no room service since we’ve been here. It looks like an abandoned hotel, almost very unhappy with this place.

We went to check in and were told the waterpark was closed for renovations. I had just sent a message the day before and asked what time we could get into the waterpark and was told 10am. Was not told it was closed for renovation. I asked for refund and found another hotel and waterpark.

Next day day was boil eggs and hard biscuits when asked about it I was told they could not afford it but we could buy the sausage or bacon or another type of egg.

Breakfast of a morning was great with 2 kids. Along with i could bring my anxiety dog.

The water park was closed and no one let us know.

Location was near the hospital for our early morning appointment. Our bed was comfortable and the water was hot. The room was clean just very worn-out. The front worker was very nice.

The place is run down and in need of a remodel. The shower faucet leaked and dripped all night. Plumbing from other rooms was noisy. The coffee machine in the room was falling apart. The on-site restaurant was closed.

The rooms were gross and smelled of mildew. The pool was cloudy. The clientele was SCARY. The water slides are rusty. The building has crack all over. The paint is all chipped on the sidewalks. The area was very scary and we felt unsafe. This is not a hotel, it is a run down motel that i would be generous if I gave it a 1 star. The disgusting smell of Marijuana lingering thru the hallways was absolutely uncalled for. You are targeting to the wrong people to stay there. This motel needs shut down. The pictures featured on the website must be from the 1st day it was opened bc from then until now the park looks almost abandoned. Ramada should be ashamed to have their name associated with this motel. I feel terrible for the staff bc they have to work there.

Everything. The ad was misleading. Everything was in disrepair, needed cleaning, upkeep, water park is broken down and there are screws loose everywhere. Restaurant staff didn’t help guests for dinner, breakfast was mediocre and not palatable, staff rude, put on main walkway and went without sleep for two days, left early. Very upset. This was for my birthday. Booking.com also tried to charge me early 4 times out of my account before the due date. Not a good experience at all zero ⭐️

Rooms we’re disgusting first room had roaches then they moved us to another one smelled like mildew then they moved us to another had bed bugs basically we just spent our whole time walking up And down looking to get into a room while everyone was having fun at the pool and me and my kids were up n down those stairs and rooms were so spread apart I gave up and got a refund wasn’t fair we came for a vacation not a tour and the pictures look deceiving wow didn’t expect that one and a lot of people booked I know I’m not the first or the last to complain the microwave wasn’t working just wasn’t satisfied period. They make money I’m not sure why they are not remodeling it very old

The funds for my room was automatically deducted before I even checked into the hotel. I was at the airport was confused as why $500 plus dollars went missing from my account. I’m from the Bahamas so it was until I physically checked it an enquired that the staff at the front desk confirm. I didn’t like I requested for room service and didn’t received it. I actually when to the lobby area and requested for bed sheet etc to replace the dirty ones. One of the small slide wasn’t operational and my child was afraid to use the third level. The thing I hated the most was the breakfast. I was expecting a variety of items to choose from. I stay at Ramada of 2025 at another location. I was please the breakfast, and room service. In fact, I stayed a total of 6 days Bronson location. I used one slip on the first day of my stay and once I took a view of the display I opted to purchase breakfast every morning. I certainly won’t visit this location again.

Beds were comfy

Pools were dirty. Slides were falling apart and kiddies area and play grounds shut down. Breakfast was only toast and hard boiled eggs. Dissapointing for sure all around.

Mold Everywhere. On the pool deck, in our room, and bathroom. Our room was always damp. Breakfast was dry biscuits and over cooked hard boiled eggs unless you wanted to pay $10 a person for the real breakfast,. T.V.s did not work in our room until the last night or our stay, Staff was unfriendly and had no answers for any issues we raised. When the water park opened, they didnt have enough lifeguards to open the slide but had one guarding an empty hot tub. Bed sheets did not fit the mattress and kept coming off.

Everything. They call this a resort. It’s far from that. It’s old dirty not kept up from the landscaping to the water slides to the rooms. We had not tv service and was told it it was the cable company.

I liked it was right off the highway and easy to get to. The rooms were spacious. The breakfast was decent although a bit limited.

It was very run down. Pools had a lot of junk in them. I was annoyed that the “water park” opened at 11, but the slides didn’t open until 2.
