I love this hotel. I would go back. No swimming pool which is okay because we were out most of the time. I did not see nearby establishments here. It was a comfortable stay.

Great service, greeted with a smile by the staff. Several dishes listed on their menu were not available. If it is in the menu, then make it available.

Property needs refurbishment, place is getting old. New beds will help.

Just for a stay at night.

There was no warm or hot water during our entire stay. Be prepared to take a cold shower.

I am a bit disappointed the reason why I checked in was because I needed WIFI for business purposes. I was notified upon check in WIFI service was not working. I figured checking in to tgisbhotel would help with my need to connect to WIFI because of its good ratings. It’s unfortunate I was not able to work because of this and it was too late to even find another hotel. It would be beneficial to have some kind of indication or warning that such necessity is not available. Furthermore, the bed was so uncomfortable.

Very clean, good upkeep. Friendly and accommodating staff. Only issue was the loud music of the neighboring bar.

It was a good stay at this hotel, staffs were nice and helpful. I just wish they had a pool so kids will enjoy their stay more .

My overall satisfaction is excellent, it was a value for my money. Will definitely coming back.

Would be nice if the property had a pool for the guests to use since there is nothing else around.

Extremely good value; comfortable, clean room, decent breakfast included and excellent evening meal in Japanese restaurant. Filipino/western restaurant also available. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel would have more stars if it had pool, gym or whatever. Finally, easy walking distance from airport despite which the hotel always offers transport.

The rooms smell of old and damp furniture and very dusty. We had to call housekeeping to clean the tables phone etc. looks like housekeeping is not doing its job. Rooms are old and need to remodel.

Nice place to stay.....

The most disgusting thing was that there were worms coming out of the shower! This is the first time I've experienced something like this. The aircon was not working properly. The room was hot (28 degrees Centigrade) for most of the evening. Later in the evening it started rattling so we couldn't sleep! Wifi was not available. They said they couldn't transfer us to another room since it was booked and paid online. The only saving grace of this hotel is the attentive staff. I cannot recommend this hotel to anybody. I'm definitely not staying here again.

I loved the place and service was great. The places to eat all at the hotel were amazing esspecially wasabi san! Would atay there again if ever i goto bicol again!
