it was very good at lotus blue and I will be coming back this way

Its a great location. Comfortably stay in Legaspi. Shame about the cleanliness of the room, it was dirty.

This was our second stay here. People are great but they can only do so much. After our first stay we stayed elsewhere due to cleanliness issues we noticed bugs around the buffet area. This stay was short notice and our preferred location was full. This stay we checked in and went to the room, the room spray deodorant was so strong we had to change rooms. The next room was no better we asked for a fan just to move the air and was able to open a window. As the night went on we noticed bugs in the room. Small roaches like we saw at the buffet last visit. The carpet is old and worn with stains. If this is your only choice as it was for us. The place is just okay doesn’t live up to the reviews.

The room had older carpet. The windows needed cleaning. I sent an email 2 days before arriving requesting the shuttle. The hotel never responded and there was no shuttle at the airport.

Close to transport hub and shops. Needs fumagations and windows in breafast area need cleaning.

The in house café served a free breakfast buffet and they served menu items all throughout the day as well. I haven't traveled enough to feel comfortable speaking negatively about my stay.

SM store so close to Lois blue which was good. Everything was okay. I’m going back there again in a month again

In the room and at the restaurant, bugs and cockroaches are everywhere

Beds are rock hard. No water pressure and most of the shower head nozzles were clogged. Checked out two days early and found another hotel.

Apart from the door which doesn’t automatically shut when it’s supposed to be self-closing, I cannot really fault this hotel. Convenient location, great staff, good breakfast spread, spacious and clean room, and shopping malls abound in the area - which you need to cool off.

Overall a good stay, very convenient to shopping and the bus terminal. Only real complaint was the lack of consistent hot water when bathing. Breakfast was noticeably better on the weekend than on the weekday that we were there; it was very good on the weekend.

Clean and quiet

Love the bfast buffet. Our rooms on 4th floor next to the laundry room is loud. All 3 rooms view where all walls and steel .. food was a 10/10.

Great location near SM, and even better, its attached to Yashano mall with grocery store there to do your grocery shopping and not have to walk outside especially when its raining.

Considering the lack of amenities and the unsatisfactory breakfast, it felt as though the hotel was overcharging for its services. Guests anticipate a certain level of comfort and quality when they pay a certain price, and unfortunately, the Lotus Blu Hotel did not meet these expectations. Furthermore, I encountered an issue with late check-out. Despite ongoing construction on the second floor, the hotel refused to grant a late check-out without additional charges. i like that it's right next to SM City Legazpi mall, only a 1-2 minute walk from the hotel entrance... and if that's not close enough, guess what? Yashano Mall shares the same building as the hotel, and the hotel lobby has a door that directly enters the mall and supermarket

Service was quite good. Bed left me with a back ache. Good value overall.

As always we enjoyed our stay in Lotus blue hotel. Staff are always kind and helpful, room clean, very comfy bed, amenities always there for your immediate needs. SM mall is just a few walks away, where lots of choices of restaurants . Transportation is accessible. Will always be coming back, it’s our home away from home.

Good! There was hotel construction so no window view . I thought airport transfer was included in paid hotel reservation .

The staff was great very accommodating, it's near to SM and the place is updated and secure but I'm only giving them 3.5 star it's because their bed is so hard. It felt like I'm sleeping in the hardwood floor. My back hurt every morning. I think they need to add some padding on their beds. If they do that, I will stay again 100%

Like- bed and linens; cleanliness, staff was cordial and helpful Dislike- upfront cash refundable deposit of 1,000 Php. Never experienced that from hotels (4-5*) I had stayed in. What if I or other former guests who forgot to get back the refund after checking out? Will the hotel send the money to the guests or keep it?

Beds were a bit hard for my liking, lighting in the bathroom needs to be brighter.

Nice, clean and comfy hotel. Free shuttle from Legazpi airport. Although I just stayed there for 1 night, my experience is really good. Definitely will stay there again nextime.

The inside of the hotel is very modern and upscale compared to how things look all around - it was beyond what i had expected. The staff was friendly and did their best to let me check in early; meanwhile the check out process was very fast and hassle free - no surprise charges or anything like that.

This was a nice hotel in the heart of Legazpi and near all the shopping malls. The only downside was they did not have their own restaurant for breakfast, etc (you had to take their voucher to a connected restaurant outside the hotel). However, there are plenty of restaurants In the nearby mall.

The manager was promt in returning my emails before my trip. Has a free shuttle from/to the airport. Has a free breakfast. Front desk found me/family a good ride going to the hot spots/tourist spots. On my return going to the tour. The staff provided a packing tape for my big box full of goodies to bring back home. Staff were always smiling, welcoming, and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel. They would take care of you as if you are family!

-constant plumbing issues, blocked toilets, water coming out of floor drains, showers unsealed and soaking the bathroom. -beds as hard as concrete -cable with shocking reception -staff that cant print documents -after a week of construction noise for 13 hours a day they upgraded us to a suite, which had the same brick bed, blocked toilet and shower leaking. -one tiny light in the bathroom and a shower that open onto the actual toilet causing you to squeeze in and out of the shower. - a week later my back still aches from that garbage bed. # shoddy hotel, bad construction, uncaring and untrained staff.

Great location close to many malls, also connected to one. We requested to be picked up at the airport and, after having our flight delayed numerous times, the hotel still managed to pick us up on time. They also helped us book a half-day tour to see the major sites around Legazpi. Hotel staff was kind and very helpful. The room was very clean, my only issue being that the shower would occasionally flood and spill onto the bathroom floor due to inadequate drainage design. Breakfast was good. WiFi connection wasn't the greatest, but the staff did try to help whenever an issue arose. You just have to continuously try to connect sometimes, and it'll take a few minutes.

break fast only has three selection, I wish they have more especially when we stayed three days... the location is great , the biggest downfall was the toilet which always get clogged , not the best septic system ..the air conditioning was excellent and staff are really nice

This hotel is close to malls and restaurants. They have free airport transfers which is a plus. The rooms are contemporary in design and clean. They could do better in terms of wifi connection especially at this day and age.
