Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral und war perfekt für Sightseeing-Touren. Das beste an der Unterkunft war aber Tatiana ❤️ Der Empfang, das Frühstück….. sie gibt einem das Gefühl, die wichtigste Person zu sein. Man fühlt sich durch sie sofort willkommen und liebevoll betreut. Lieben Dank Tatiana ❤️❤️❤️

Non ho apprezzato gli spazi ristretti della stanza e la mancanza di privacy sia per quanto riguarda il bagno separato dal letto solo da un vetro e da una porta scorrevole e il fatto che le stanze danno su una terrazza che la sera ospita i clienti del ristorante

The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful and made sure I was satisfied and had what I needed. They even prepared a breakfast for me to take with me for an early checkout. The breakfast was the highlight - an array of sweet and savoury items on the rooftop terrace. Location also fantastic although possibly not suitable for those with accessibility requirements - it was just off a very steep and cobbled road.

The bed wasn't particularly comfortable but overall it was a good value property in a very good location.

El millor de tot ha estat la Tatiana, encantadora i et fa sentir com a casa. L’esmorzar és boníssim i poder-lo gaudir a la terrassa només aixecar-se converteix l’inici del dia en un moment realment especial. La ubicació és perfecte. Molt bona elecció per viatjar amb amigues

Das Hostel hat, zusätzlich zur sehr guten Lage in der Altstadt, eine herzliche Willkommenskultur, tolles Personal und eine charmante Dachterrasse, auf der man sehr gutes Essen genießen kann. Zudem bekommt man hier ein individuelles tolles Frühstück, liebevoll angerichtet und serviert von Yasmin. Ich war bereits zum zweiten Mal da und komme gern wieder, wenn mich meine Reise über Lissabon führt. Herzlichst Sibylle

Apenas o facto dos ubers não estarem autorizados a nos deixar direto local (tem que deixar um pouco antes e tens que descer com as malas) mas os táxis entram. E o resto foi tudo perfeito

Läget är fantastiskt, precis vid bergbanan Bica, men en förtjusande terrass för både frukost och middag. Utsikten! Frukosten var förträfflig och Tatiana är supertrevlig och serviceminded.

Inget, bilderna visar att rummet inte är så stort så det var vi förberedda på, perfekt för övernattning några dagar för att se staden till fots!

Interessantes Konzept, außergewöhnlich bequemes Bett. An erster Stelle möchte ich aber eine Person hervorheben - Tatiana, die das Frühstück vorbereitet und die mit ihrer Art einen mehr als willkommen heißt. Sie nimmt sich auch Zeit für ein Gespräch und ist sehr emphatisch. Liebste Grüße

Über das Zimmer Nr. 2 muss man wissen, dass es sehr nah am Restaurant ist und es dadurch bis Mitternacht laut werden kann. Dadurch dass ich nur 1 Nacht dort verbrachte und sehr müde war, konnte ich trotzdem gut schlafen.

A simpatia no atendimento, pessoas muito prestáveis! O quarto é muito confortável e o pequeno almoço é incrível!

Location was spot on. So close to everything- walking distance. The staff are so accommodating- couldn’t do more to try help! Breakfast is divine- simple but beautiful and home made granola and jam - so tasty and perfect amount.

Tatiana, la ragazza che si occupa delle camere, è stata la cosa migliore del nostro soggiorno: con le sue colazioni e il suo sorriso riusciva a trasmetterci tanta felicità.

Since the restaurant/bar is attached to the windows of the room it is very noisy, furthermore there is little light since to have privacy you have to always keep the curtains closed because the windows overlook the restaurant room

De accommodatie lag op een fijne plek in het centrum, er zat op 10 min lopen een metrostation. Alles was goed te bereiken vanuit deze plek. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. De vrouw van het ontbijt was erg lief en het ontbijt was lekker! Het personeel in het restaurant was ook erg aardig en het eten was heerlijk! Ook mochten we onze bagage achterlaten na het uitchecken omdat onze vlucht pas ‘s avonds terug ging.

De kamer was wat klein, maar voor een city trip helemaal goed!

A lot of noice during the evening and night - you need to have earplugs. The sink was plugged, not much day light in the room.

We were very happy with everything during our stay. The rooms are modern and minimalist, equipped with everything you need and very clean. The location is excellent. The food was delicious, both in the restaurant and on the rooftop terrace. Breakfast was also very good, with a great selection of fresh products. All the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A special thank you to Tatjana, who made our mornings even more pleasant with her kindness and warm smile. Everything was perfect. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Estaba al lado de los bares y fácil de llegar hasta allí. Por otro lado el desayuno muy bueno y por último por la noche te puedes quedar solo en la terraza tomando algo.

Que desde la habitación puedes ver a la gente cenar y te ven a ti.

Die Zimmer sind nett eingerichtet, das Frühstück ist sehr gut.

Mein Bad ging mit grossem Fenster zur Restaurantterrasse, da Ruhetag war, konnte mich nichts stören. Das könnte an anderen Tagen anders sein.

Atmosfera u objektu je spektakularna. Iz sobe se sa strane prozora izlazi na balkon na kojem je tijekom dana restoran pa zna biti malo glasnije u večernjim satima. Hrana u restoranu je odlična, osoblje izuzetno ljubazno i pristupačno. Imali smo raniji let pa nebi stigli na doručak pa nam je osoblje spakiralo pakete za ponijeti ujutro. Sve preporuke!

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, leider gab es nur ein 1,40m Doppelbett, was zu zweit recht schmal und eng ist.

Das Zimmer führt direkt auf die Terrasse, was sehr schön ist wenn niemand weiter da ist. Da aber abends dort der Restaurantbetrieb läuft ist es extrem hellhörig und laut. Darauf muss man sich einstellen. Vor 24:00 Uhr kann man dann nicht schlafen

Our stay at this accommodation was truly wonderful. The location is absolutely amazing, the vibe and décor are exceptional, the inner terrace is a dream, and the breakfast was fantastic. I would also like to make a special mention of the staff, especially Tatiana and Bruno. They are wonderful people, incredibly welcoming and extremely helpful. A thousand congratulations to them as well. I highly recommend this place without hesitation.

Well, the room was clean. And quiet.

First, it was nearly impossible to find. I was with a Bolt driver, and after a few discussions on my phone between the Bolt driver and the proprietor, he was able to get me close enough to walk the rest of the way. The problem is that ride share drivers are not allowed on this mostly pedestrian street. I had been told that there would be nobody there at reception (on a Monday afternoon), but they told me to call and the proprietor would tell me a code for the outside door, which he did, then the same code for the room door. (Did other guests have the code to MY room?) The outside door led into a sketchy empty dining room and a stack of lockers (restaurant was closed, too), then down a dark, dingy hallway to four rooms. Mine was No. 3. The room was fine except that only two floor-to-ceiling windows separated the room from an outdoor dining area for the restaurant. So, just as well that the restaurant was closed. The good news is that I loved the neighborhood after walking a short distance uphill from this dingy “hotel.”

The staff were very kind and attentive, and they also recommended some excellent places to visit and eat. We had a wonderful breakfast, and the cocktails mixed for us at the bar were fantastic. The room was pleasant and comfortable, and the accommodation is centrally located in the city center.

Neither Uber nor Bolt could reach the accommodation directly. Everything else was great.

Sdhe sauber, gemütlich und auch wenn es etwas kleiner ist, genügend Platz für 2 Personen. Es hat Paltz zum kleider Aufhämgen aber ein Schrank hat es nicht. Ich war 3 Tahe dort udn absolut genügend. Das Frühstück isch mega gut, weil das Müsli swlbstgemacht ist und das Brot auch. Einfacher Zugang ins Hotel mit einem Code. Sehr sehr freundliche und liebvolle Besitzerin.

Die Türe des Badezimmer führt direkt zur Terrasse.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in Lissabon war rundum gelungen. Die Lage ist perfekt – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten lassen sich bequem zu Fuß erreichen, was unseren Trip besonders entspannt gemacht hat. Das gesamte Team war unglaublich freundlich und herzlich. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch das hoteleigene Restaurant: Die Qualität der Speisen war herausragend, und der Service war nicht nur exzellent, sondern auch angenehm locker und humorvoll. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an unsere Frühstücksdame Tatjana. Sie war einfach zauberhaft – stets gut gelaunt, aufmerksam und voller hilfreicher Tipps. Mit ihrer positiven Ausstrahlung hat sie uns jeden Morgen aufs Neue den Start in den Tag versüßt. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Die Zimmer liegen zur Straße hin sowie in Richtung der Restaurantterrasse, wodurch es gelegentlich etwas lebhafter sein kann. Uns persönlich hat das jedoch überhaupt nicht gestört. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

La camera era pulita ma buia è non molto accogliente visto che la finestra si affaccia sulla terrazza dove la gente mangia ad 1 metro dal tavolo. Per 4 persone, totale 2 letti matrimoniali spendere 200€ e' troppo, troppo.

Die Zimmer liegen direkt an der Hotelterrasse, die abends und nachts als öffentliches Restaurant/Bar genutzt wird. Bis ca. 1 Uhr nachts ist es extrem laut im Zimmer, auch bei geschlossenem Fenster. Dusche, Toilette und Waschbecken befinden sich zwischen Bett und Terrasse (Vorhang am Fenster muss somit zugezogen bleiben) und sind nur über eine Schiebetür vom Schlafbereich trennbar (nur optisch, nicht akustisch). Man sollte schon sehr vertraut miteinander sein, wenn man hier zu zweit wohnt.

We booked it for the location.

Well we didn’t actually stay as after difficulty getting an access code to get in when we eventually got in we couldn’t believe how dark & small it was. Opened the curtains to find the restaurant/bars terrace was up against the windows so impossible to have any natural light in the room as keeping the curtains open meant all could see us😵‍💫 Went straight back out & found another place to stay immediately.

We had an amazing stay at Santa Bica in Lisbon. The highlight of our experience was definitely the service. Tatiana, who takes care of the guest house, is incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive. She made us feel at home from the very beginning, always taking care of every detail, especially during breakfast, and giving us great recommendations on what to do in the city. She also suggested having dinner at the restaurant in the guest house, and honestly… it was the best meal we had in Lisbon. The service was very personalized, and the quality and flavor of the food were absolutely incredible. The place itself is beautiful, very well located, and has a really cozy atmosphere. Everything was excellent. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

Staff treat you like family, would definitely stay again, however this hotel gets booked up really quickly, can be difficult to rebook they are so popular, location is amazing also. Mi-a plăcut locația și personalul ❤️

Umeditatea prea ridicată, fiind baia și dormitorul împreună. Aș pune un dezumificator în cameră.

Servicen var utmärkt! Kvinnan som arbetade med städningen och frukosten gjorde det till en fantastisk upplevelse! Läget är fantastiskt bra för att upptäcka staden.

Rummet var ganska litet och fönstren i rummet är ut emot terrassen där gäster kan sitta och äta.

Localização muito boa, fizemos a maioria do nosso planejamento a pé. A funcionária Tatiana foi incrível, nos auxiliou em diversas questões nos dando um ótimo acolhimento. O café da manhã também foi um ponto alto, com itens artesanais, muito gostoso.

Um pouco de barulho do restaurante que funciona colado aos quartos e devido a hospedagem ficar localizada em uma área que entram apenas carros de moradores e taxis, os carros de aplicativo deixavam ou pegavam a gente um pouco longe

El desayuno es muy completo, la ubicación es perfecta y el personal maravilloso.

La única ventilación era la puerta que daba a la terraza del restaurante, lo cual hacía imposible tenerla abierta si no estás en la habitación. Esto junto con la ducha prácticamente al lado de la cama provoca muchísima humedad dejando la ropa con mal olor.

Wir hatten zu dritt ein ziemlich großes Zimmer und waren total begeistert vom individuellen Frühstück,es wurde jeden Tag gefragt,was wir denn alles haben möchten. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist der nette Kontakt zu der super lieben Dame, dessen Name ich leider nicht weiß,aber sie war unglaublich freundlich ❣️

Die Lage ist grundsätzlich super,liegt direkt an der Standseilbahn St.Bica(die ja aufgrund des Unglücks erstmal stillgelegt wurde),man sollte einigermaßen fit sein,da es in der Mitte eine ziemlich steilen Hügels liegt.Aber der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist es wert! Gewöhnungsbedürftig,wie aber auch schon öfter in den Bewertungen gelesen,dass es sich auf der Terrasse um ein Restaurant handelt,welches auch sehr gut besucht ist,uns hat es überhaupt nicht gestört und spätestens gegen Mitternacht war dann auch Ruhe. Allerdings sitzen die Gäste unmittelbar vor dem Zimmer!

Top Lage, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Tatjana, unser Mädchen für alles, war eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns mit ihrer Freundlichkeit und ihrem sonnigen Wesen schon am Morgen erfreut. Das Frühstück war gut und reichlich, wir konnten auch jederzeit nachbestellen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich, auch dafür hat Tatjana gesorgt.

Das Santa Bica ist auch ein Restaurant, an dem gut und gerne gegessen wird. Die Zimmer befinden sich allerdings in unmittelbarer Nähr zur Terasse an der sich am Abend viele Gäste aufhalten. Es kann schon so bis Mitterncht etwas lauter sein.

Frühstück ist sehr gut, dass Essen allgemein. Angestellten sind freundlich und lassen einem willkommen fühlen.

Über das Wochenende könnte es sehr laut werden,da das eigene Restaurant vor der Balkontür liegt.

Mycket bra med boendet och personalen var nog det bästa vi har provat.Titsiana som gjorde vår frukost och städade får en klar 10.Övrig personal var okså mycket bra men där minns jag inte namnen på dem.Rekomenderar verkligen detta ställe.😀😀
