Staff was amazing , very friendly and helpful, Free breakfast was great! Location prime in seoul , minutes away from lotte mall/tower Nightlife was very Alive. Price was very reasonable

1.位置很好，去KSPO或是樂天都蠻近的，晚上附近很多餐廳可以去，雖然只隔幾條巷子但又不會被吵到，很神奇！ 2.飯店櫃檯員工都很友善，基本中文都能溝通！

房間有一點點悶悶的味道，但還不至於不能接受

櫃台人員很親切，基本英文可以溝通。適合追星獨旅的飯店，離kspo算近。

浴室沒有門

とても清潔で部屋も綺麗。トイレ、シャワーが別なのがやっぱりいい。Kspo から近いのが魅力的。次回もここに泊まりたい。

Personnel très chaleureux et accueillant, vraiment au top ! Emplacement super juste à côté du Lotte World et du Lotte Mall. Très accessible.

Le nettoyage des chambres se faisaient assez tard, j’avais le temps de rentrer de mes activités et la chambre n’était pas faite. Comme j’y restait après pour déposer des affaires, me poser… au final le staff n’avais plus vraiment le temps de repasser. On peut dire que c’est en partie de ma faute. J’ai également été un peu gêner par le bruit de l’aération de la salle de bain et d’insectes sortant de la climatisation.

I stayed only one night before heading to incheon airport. The location is great. Right next to the Jamsil nightlife, but on a quiet street. Its also easy walking distance to Jamsil station and Lotte Tower. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The guys at the desk spoke perfect English, they let me leave my suitcases after checkout while I ran some errands in Seoul. They also let me do a later checkout because I was super tired. The room was small but comfortable. I slept like a rock on that huge bed! Would definitely recommend.

Really good place to stay in Jamsil! If you want to live near Lotte Tower and lotter world its the best place to stay. The room is really wide and yhe bed is comfortable

去首尔看演唱会，离kspo很近。酒店周边是一条美食街，吃饭很方便。酒店也干净舒适。

如果是连续入住，请不要分开预定。我住了5晚但用了两个订单，会被要求先退房再入住。否则就需要支付一定的费用。不理解，但尊重。

离kspo近 附近好几个地铁站 虽然都要步行十几分钟

The hotel is in such a great location! Loads of restaurants around, several metro stations close by, and when the weather's nice, you can wander around the Olympic Park.

Please note the check-in time, it's very unusual: 9 PM. In our case, the hotel staff agreed to an early check-in for an additional fee, so just be aware.

When I walked into the hotel, I was instantly greeted and the employee did an amazing job from start to finish. Also, the hotel room was wonderful from the bed and the amenities.

Accommodations are easy to find and convenient because they are at entertainment venues and convenience stores around the area near department stores and Lotte Works theme parks.

I don't understand. Why pay an extra 10,000 won ( Parking fee ) for a customer who already pays for a regular room and stays, and a toothbrush device should be in a hotel room and customers should not buy it separately?

Didn’t realise that 7.7 rating was 2 star. Very overpriced for 2 Star. Not once did staff come in my four day stay and replenish towels or empty bin let alone make the bed. No information to go by how things worked.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was nice and warm and we had complimentary drinks in the fridge. It's also quite close situated to a CU and 7 Eleven. Good value for money

Loved the free water and coffee! Great hot water in shower, with strong pressure. Loved the whirlpool bathtub. Giant TV in room. Free water and sodas.

Mattress had a rubber sheet on it, that was old and brittle, so I could feel rubber pieces through the sheet. Small bathtowels

Its close to the subway station and lotte world mall. The staff was super polite and nice. You can have as much water bottles as you want for free. It also has a very big tv and the room is very spacious.

in my room, the wallpaper was always hanging off. that gave me a wrong feeling. The room wouldn't be cleaned for 2 weeks and I had to take out the trash myself.

The design of the room, had to duck everytime passing the bed, as the ceiling slopes.

This is a love motel. The rooms are very spacious, and you can't hear people in the neighboring rooms. The reception manager in the afternoon was very kind and helpful getting my transportation to the airport limousine bus.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke and there were bars for the windows. There was a lot of noise from construction outside.

Convenient location, right by the subway line and Lotte World Tower

The room we were originally put into smelled like cigarette smoke, but they moved us to a different once we brought it up. There was a construction site right outside the window and they started working around 5:30-6, so it was really loud, even with the window closed. Not sure if there was a way to adjust the air conditioning, but the room was uncomfortably warm throughout the night.

In the prime and happening location. Subway near by and lotte mall. Well behaved and very helpful staff. Rooms are so big including bathroom

There was a lot of construction work going on in the area, but they didn't start work that early, and besides who wants to stay in bed in the middle of Seoul?

I was in room 902, it was huge and the bathroom was huge with a bidet included. One of the best rooms I ever stayed in and was exceptionally clean. Parking was also easy and the manager did speak some English, so that helped.

More than one large towel would be nice. But I was able to grab a couple more from the maid cart in the hall. There is no breakfast at the hotel, but they have complimentary water and coffee. And it is in a food area, so no problem. I actually ordered food and had it delivered.

사진과 호텔스 닷컷 평점보고 예약했는데요 사진은 뽀샵 혹은 최초 인테리어 했을때 사진이지 않을까 싶네요 실제 가서 보면 오래되어 깨끗해 보이지 않습니다 수건도 오래되어서 수건은 가정에서 오래쓰면 부드러움 빠진 거친 마치 걸레처럼 뻐신 느낌의 수건인데 오래되어서 흰색인데 살짝 회색빛이 나는 수건 3개랑 깨끗한거 1개 비치되었구요 침구류도 오래되어 흰색이 아닌 회색빛이라 깨끗한 느낌이 들지 않았습니다 1회용품 별도 청구 였구요 호텔이라기 보다는 모텔에 호텔 이름만 넣은게 아닌가 싶은 생각이 들었습니다 방음 안되어서 다른방 문닫는 소리 밖에서 시끄럽게 하는 소리에 숙면이 힘들었는데 12시에 겨우함들었는데 2시에 추워서 눈떴구요 혹시나 바닥에 짚어보니 차갑더라구요 자기전엔 따뜻했는데 ㅡㅡ 7시넘으니 다시 따뜻해지긴 하더군요 pc 2대있는데 사용 안해서 모르구요 tv는 리모콘 반응속도가 느리더군요 끝을 좋았던건 온수는 잘 나왔습니다

송파구쳥앞 먹자골목안쪽에 위치하고 있으며 먹자골목에서 다소 외진곳에 있으나 깨끗하며 직원도 친절함

송파구청앞 먹자골목내에 호텔이 위치해 있어서 관광이나 출장용도가 아닌 인근에서 음주후 귀가하기 곤란 할 경우에 이용하면 괜찮을 정도의 수박시설

저렴한 가격에 좋은 위치 전반적으로 만족하지만 아침에 따뜻한 물이 안나온건 충격ㅎㅎ...

Room smelled of smoke and mildew/mold from airconditioner and bathroom. Would have chosen someplace else if I did a little more searching to see it was a place where affairs and one night stands happen.

Firstly, I should really explain a little about this hotel and similar enterprises in Korea. Hotel Tomgi was a love motel, in effect a place where couples go to have private time together. In Seoul, there are many districts that specialize in these hotels and in quite a few circumstances they are pay per hour. For me, I spent about 15 nights here during onboarding and company training - all expenses paid. The hotel itself is very well located in a pumping Songpa-gu street, just down the road from the Lotte World Tower and a whole host of shopping malls and restaurants. It is about 10 minutes drive from Gangnam. The hotel is a small, dimly lit building with super dark decor throughout, giving off an even seedier vibe! The rooms were nice, and the bed was reasonably comfortable, but considering this is a place where all sorts of fantasties come true - I felt pretty uneasy spending my first few nights here. The sleep quality was actually good and I didn't hear any mad disruptions from the neighbours. The hotel also provides free wifi, parking (if needed), decent showers with hot water, 24 hour reception and free condoms upon arrival! Overall, my experience here was just fine, so I can't complain. Keep in mind before booking that this is a very Korean thing and these motels are considered normal in society. It is just quite an unusual concept for something thinking you're actually booking for a proper full board hotel experience.
