Location perfect but management zero 0️⃣ there is no air conditioning or fan in elevator or hotel corridors so hot for breakfast look like market if you go late no drink no food very very bad as hotel contract with tourism company they don’t care anymore for private guess

Breakfast horrible as no one managed if you go a bit late no more food and all tables after someone eat no one to clean it staff they don’t care even you call them they don’t care with zero English ..I have horrible experience with breakfast and management of that hotel

The staff was nice. Close to the beach, night market and supermarket.

The room and bathroom were dirty with stains that probably weren’t easy to remove but it wasn’t comfortable to be staying in a room like that. No AC in the elevator or the lobby so it was quite hot while waiting. Breakfast was okay. Some days were better than others.

수영장과 해변이용이 매우 편리했으며 룸컨디션 또한 매우 좋았어요 특히 수영장은 아이들이 놀기에 아주 좋아요 망고를 좋아하는 사람으로써 조식에 망고가 잔뜩 쌓에 있어서 행복했어요~

너무 넓어서 위치 파악을 잘하고 다녀야 해요 나왔다가 들어갈때 헤맸어요~~ㅠㅠ

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was on the top floor and had a nice view from the balcony, including some of the sea. Gym had reasaonable equipment. Breakfast had plenty of options although not much change day-to-day. The noodle soup is the star here. Location is also excellent and walkable to a good grocery store and many restaurants.

Common areas can get a little warm during the day. Breakfast could have a bit more variety from day to day.

we didn't like breakfast, even if there are so many Indians they knew that , than also there was no propoer option.

The property was in a good location and the staff were wonderful.

It wasn’t overly clean but for the good price we overlooked that. The rooms seem to be getting renovated which will make a difference.

Vi hade bokat en svit och hamnade på 8:e våningen med fantastisk utsikt. Det var det enda vi var väldigt nöjda med på boendet.

Vi har mycket vi tyvärr tycker är katastrof med boendet. - ingen AC på hela hotellet så blir obehagligt att vara där. - de står att de erbjuder cykler. Fanns två stycken riktigt slitna som knappt gick att cyklas på. - står att de erbjuder strandhanddukar. Tror det var 2 av 8 dagar vi lyckades få. Alla andra dagar var de slut när vi kom på morgonen. Under all kritik. Skicket känns smutsigt och ofräscht. - De står att de har parasoll. Det finns ett. Övriga solstolar erbjuder inga skuggalternativ. - tyckte inte att det var så hjälpsam personal. - tråkig frukost och outhärdligt att sitta i den värmen och äta. Allmänt risigt skick på hotellet. Det ser väldigt mycket finare ut än det var. Kändes väldigt nedgånget.

Rooms are very old style n need repair i stay in 803 and mainly its not at all in the centre for sunset town u need to pay 400000 vnd and vinwonder u have to pay 700000vnd for 2 way if u want to just relax perfect place to stay in this price but can get better option

It has a swimming pool and is near the beach.

When we checked in, the room was very hot, the ac was not working and the room bell was also not working. We called the reception multiple times after which they sent the electrician to fix it. We requested to change the room multiple times on the room phone , but they were not responding, finally we had to go to the reception to get it sorted instantly. The breakfast is very bad for Indians. Very limited veg options and that was also tasteless. We had to eat only bread and butter everyday for breakfast for 3 days.

The hotel room was spacious and clean, and the lobbies were very comfortable to spend time in. Overall, the cleanliness throughout the property was excellent.

The breakfast facility at the hotel was extremely disappointing. The food quality was very poor, and the staff was quite unfriendly. I was staying there for an Ironman 70.3 race, and the staff was rude when I requested to take my triathlon bike to my room. They insisted I leave it unattended in the lobby, which was completely unacceptable.

Уборка в комнате проводилась через день, полотенце порой не меняли, а порой просто грязные забирали а чистые не ложили. В бассейне не хватает полотенец, бар не работает, лежаков возле бассейна очень мало. Завтрак однообразный, под конец отдыха уже не ходили на завтрак.

Most of facilities inside rooms and public areas are running down I paid hotel for 10 nights but I and my family only stayed for 7 nights and then left for another one because hotel is lack of kid club , swimming pool is poor care with mosses …that’s: why there were very few people to swim Restaurant’s floor is broken with many places

* The rooms are poorly maintained. Old furniture, dirty carpets, walls are poorly painted.. * The breakfast is not great for international tourist. They mostly keep their regional dishes. * None of the staff including the people at reception can speak a single word in english. Very difficult for international tourist

The location is great it’s near the beach and night market. I love the pho served during breakfast.

It’s a little hot in the lobby. And there’s only little option for the mains during breakfast.

what i did not like: room was fine, not crazy dirty but our fridge was completely broken so we couldnt leave any drink or food in there. There is a ceiling light that doesnt turn off so whoever stayed in the room before ducktaped some instant noodle cup label over it to block the light. Almost felt like i was watching the lunar eclipse every night. WHAT I TRULY LIKED: short distance to walking street/food market. Easy ride to the airport. Front desk and hotel staff were friendly and the best, we forgot our expensive fishing rods by the walking street and the hotel manager was driving me around to look for them and calling the police department to check the cameras. We were able to find the cleaning lady and found our items on the street and brought it back to us all within 30mins right before our flight. And for that i am forever in debt with your kindness and generosity. Thank you!!!

A spacious room with sea view, comfty bed

Breakfast was disappointing, many dishes, but nothing to choose. Non understandable dishes, terrible coffee, only 1 toast mashine for all guests🤷🏻‍♀️ (only egg station and fruits was good) But THE MOST TERRIBLE is beach line, full of garbage

the hotel is around 150 meters away from the beach. The nearby five star hotels on both sides have their beach chairs and life guards which this hotel does not have. one needs to deal carefully with Travel Desk person Mr. Sy . No chairs in the balcony

Abgerocktes Hotel Das Hotel befindet sich südlich des Flughafens, was verkehrstechnisch (Busverbindung) nicht das Beste ist. Das Hotel selbst ist recht groß und hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen, was am Foyer und der Zimmergröße zu ersehen ist. Nur wurde irgendwann nicht mehr viel in das Hotel gesteckt, sodass es nun auf dem Weg nach unten ist (4 Sterne sind wohl ein Wunsch). Kurz oder in Stichworten: Das Hotel: groß, einige hundert Meter vom Strand. Unpersönliches Personal – auf Funktionieren getrimmt. Riesiger Empfangsbereich. 4 Aufzüge. Aufgrund der übermäßigen Bautätigkeit auf der Insel kommt dieses Hotel eventuell ins Hintertreffen. Das Hotel verlangte eine Kaution! Die Busse laufen sich vor dem Hotel minutenlang warm. Das ist angenehm für die anderen Gäste – nur sind die Abgase und der Lärm nicht der Hit. Die Klimaanlage in der Lobby ist nicht eingeschaltet – wohl eine der Sparmaßnahmen. Umgebung: Wenn man von dem Nachtmarkt in der Nähe und dem Strand absieht, herrscht hier „absolut tote Hose“. Das Zimmer: Recht groß, nix auf dem kleinen Balkon, riesige Glasscheibe als Abtrennung vom Badezimmer – Sinn dahinter? Die Internetgeschwindigkeit hat weder nationale noch internationale Rekorde gebrochen. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert recht gut. Das Bett ist groß und gut. Relativ ruhiges Zimmer. Frühstück: Massenabfertigung, Staus beim Eiermann / der Eierfrau und dem (!) einseitigen Toaster für mehrere hundert Gäste ...

Only thing we actually liked was how big rooms were and staff was friendly and polite.

Very average hotel,definetely should not be rated 4 stars. Only rubbish taken out and bed was made daily,otherwise carpets or anything else wasn't cleaned or vacuumed,all hotel could do with very good cleaning as everything everywhere so dusty. Swimming pool water is freezing as doesn't look that is being cleaned regularly. Breakfast are very very basic.

Rooms are so spacious. Also right front of the hotel there is a bus number 19 station. Which is free bus to center. Also free buggy service to the beach

There are 2 bicycles u can ride around but it is a bit old. it is time to buy new cycles

Big room but not in good condition, the bed was in poor quality. The breakfast is in poor quality.The egg station was the best. Lack of light at night. Fortunately, all staffs are friendly and helpful.

A large hotel with lots of facilities, including quite a large swimming pool and fitness room. Quite close to the beach and nearby restaurants and shops (with shuttle transport if needed). There was an extensive breakfast buffet as well as cook to order eggs and noodles. There is a bus to the airport and Phu Quoc town. We had a nice large room with sea view.

The wifi never worked in our room despite reporting the issue several times. Communicating with reception staff often required the use of Google Translate. The pool water did not seem to be continually cleaned. The food choice was extensive, but not as high in quality and taste as found in some other hotels.
