Just everything
Nothing realy was all good
Unique rooms, wonderful breakfast choices, great location
Nothing
Room clean and comfortable Fit and finish fine
Staff lack training F&B is pretty poor across the board
Location - this is a great part of Town. Close to the Southbank and many tourist attractions, you’re also in an area where people live and work - there are so many great cafes, bars and pubs close by - the hotel is calm and quiet with a nice big shower.
Nothing - would stay again depending on the rate.
Beautiful property with impressive rooms
The bathrooms at times had a smell to them
Nice property with character
Lift wasn’t working for the 3rd floor which became an issue when I was trying to leave. No in room dining beyond 10 PM which was really strange / esp as I had come in via a late night flight
The hotel was very quiet, clean and the staff were amazing

Location
No ironing board
The location was very close to Tower Bridge and to the Ivy Tower Bridge where we were attending a family party. We could not hear any road traffic noise from our room. Car parking in the forecourt of the hotel. The air conditioning unit was quiet and the room was not too warm. The bed was comfortable. We loved the walk in shower.
We didn’t feel that our room a “ a senior classroom” was up to 5* standard. There were no easy chairs to relax in after a day out. There was only one chair for two of us and that chair was like a dining chair for use at the desk. In addition there was a backless ottoman which meant there was no support for your back. The tv programmes were poor. We could not get any BBC programmes and neither could we get ITV1 . We expected more from a 5* hotel.
A good price. Lovely historic building and nicely renovated. Good breakfast
Our room, despite being the senior classroom (ie a little bigger than junior) had compromised external lighting (as the original windows did not match well with the renovated floor height). This compromised the room's natural light. The Wifi in the room was very patchy resulting in me having to use my phone's 5G and personal hotspot for a video meeting.
Excellent beautiful location, lots of history in this stunning building! Great service and very roomy comfortable rooms
No complaints at all!
Unique hotel and very well located. Good service. Excellent restaurant.
Gorgeous hotel. Room upgrade on arrival. Fantastic location. Friendliest reception staff we have met! Wish we had been staying longer.
A very friendly and welcoming team. An interesting building sensitively converted into a hotel the dining room and the bar particularly are impressive. Very useful having parking outside.
Everything was great
The whole experience was quite amazing. Check in was easy and they made you feel like royalty. The rooms were absolutely wonderful. We stayed in 2 rooms as we decided to book an extra night.
The ONLY downside was having to change rooms. We have a LOVELY room booked (Tower suite) and then booked a normal room for the extra night. I felt like they could have eithewr given us a midway room for both nights or even upgraded us (as it was a joint birthday event) but they didnt do that. It would have made a big difference to saty in one room (even the cheaper one was amazing) They did however bring a birthday cake for my partner :-)
Our room toilet WOW! I’m missing it already… Shower was good also, powerful. Bed was very big and comfy. Nice big spacious room.. with black out blinds. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, close to London Bridge station and Tower Bridge 2mins walk… lots of pubs and restaurants close by. Very clean.
Not enough clothes hangers in wardrobe. Some of the room furniture needs attention, wonky doors and drawers etc. Pad and pen in our room looked like it had been dropped in a puddle. TV too small and no main stream channels such as BBC and ITV and Channel 4 etc. No USB sockets next to bed. We didn’t try the Breakfast, looked nice but at £25 each, and that was continental!, there’s better options close by. Our door card didn’t work, we had to hand a key back to reception on entry and exit.
- The LaLit is a heritage property in the heart of London offering swift access to some of the city's notable sites like the Tower Bridge. - The hotel seamlessly blends British charm with Indian luxury. - The ambience in the restaurants and other common areas was of a high standard.
- The room, though well decorated and of a decent size, was in need of some investment. It did not appear to have been refurbished for a while giving it a dated look. - The food was very hit and miss. For example, the South Indian food served for breakfast was not up to the expected standard.
The location was excellent, London but a bit quieter. Easy to get anywhere though, London Bridge station a five minute walk away.
Location is close to London Bridge, which very central
Level of cleanliness expected from 5star property was not met. Cupboard door had boggies on it, dirty plates were left outside the door of next door room for 24 hours. House keeping just walked passed it several times a day. Japanese style toto toilet had a technical fault which was not addressed even requesting several times. It's an Indian hotel and it serves Indian breakfast too. Paratha served was frozen one rather than freshly cooked. This is not 5 star service.
Lovely room and nice touch that mini bar is complementary. Lovely bar and great choice of cocktails. If I stay again, I’d like to try the restaurant.
Noisy when trying to sleep. It was the person above me making lots of noise.
Friendly helpful staff. Very quiet location, didn't fell like you were in a city, but plenty to do and see close by.
Nothing.
Classical appeal
Anything
Exceptional service from the staff - everything is done with a smile and personal touch, beautiful and spacious rooms, bars and restaurant and great menu. It’s not cheap but well worth the money.
-
The hotel was very close to Tower Bridge, Borough Markets and great transport options (including bike hire). This hotel was impeccably clean, both the rooms and the common areas. The staff were warm and welcoming. We had room service from the onsite Indian and it was delicious! The restocking of the tea/coffee/water/cookies/chips/water everyday was a lovely addition.
Unfortunately there must have been a herd of elephants who enjoyed running around the room in the room above us til very late at night. This is obviously something you can’t predict. If you are a light sleeper, you’d probably be better requesting a room at the rear of the hotel as the noise from passersby was quite loud on weekend nights.
Hospitality from staff was amazing, enjoyed breakfast and location was amazing
Not much parking spaces
It was fantastic! Great rooms, great service, great stay.
I loved the design.
Mulesh. He give a very good massasje
Hotel is good Thanks for the depth of our heart that you have given us fragrance of our dear india here in London very cosy, very friendly and yes very homely. Specially Muskan remindeds us our country . Though she is cordial with all . She is very helping she knows everything about London and she took very much care of the tourist . Muskan is best
Breakfast was enjoyable
Upon arrival we were given a room key , once we made it to the room it would not open . All of a sudden a lady opened the door in her dressing gown looking very surprised . This was embarrassing for both parties and we quickly apologised to her and made the trip back down to reception. We notified the receptionist about the occupied room and was given a key to another room . We entered the new room and found that the toilet had just been used with tissue still in it. Dusty bedside tables and desk and Broke drawers. We could also hear every person walking past the room . The room didnt look like what we had seen online and felt like a downgrade . After another visit to reception to complain, they told us that they had no more available rooms and all they could do was offer us a drink from the bar . Being late and travelling all the way up from Cornwall, tired and defeated we had no choice but to stay in the room . The manager attempted to call our room but only let the phone ring twice . Another trip to reception to find out what she wanted resulted in an apology and offered us house keeping to clean the room, not what I'd expect for a room costing £235 for one night in a so called 5 star establishment.
Fantastic location (perfect for the Bridge Theatre), quiet, lovely room, full of character. I really liked having the option of an Indian breakfast in the morning. What a treat.
-
Lovely building, nice bar and restaurant. Helpful and welcoming staff. Good location on south bank.
Room was extremely bland and underwhelming given price/brand. Door card didn’t work so got stranded in building between internal security doors. In fairness staff were very helpful recoding door key.
Heritage vibe. Characterful and part of our whole weekend away experience rather than just a bed to sleep in
Liked everything
Location
Rooms were nondescript for a “luxury “ hotel
The Lalit has grace, charm and an old world elegance intertwined with character. The building was an old grammar school now converted into a five star property where no one room is alike. Distinct shape of each guest rooms (we stayed in 3 different ones) are moulded into the user experience with unique layout. Comfort is not compromised the senior rooms and the suites come with extra large bed. Cherry on top is the food, probably the best Indian food I have had in London (even better than Dishoom) must try the truffle naan. London has a fantastic match of the old world and contemporary, and the Lalit has very well captured this essence. The suite rooms a must try. Staff members that went above and beyond Muskan who showed us the places and very kind with time. Anu look after our breakfast knowing what we wanted before we ordered. Shivali is a star managing the special lunch fare at Baluchi. And, Kiara made sure we received everything we asked for. We are thankful to them very much. Mustafa the F&B manager is excellent as well. Thank you, The Lalit, and see you soon.
For a five star the checkin welcome and hospitality is an important aspect, tho the management addressed this well and hope it continues.
It doesn’t disappoint. Very calm. Comfortable. Great cocktails.
Breakfast is pretty pricey.
My first stay here and what a delight. Everyone super friendly. I used the gym which was quiet and well kitted. The details everywhere felt quite special. I hope to be back.
The location was the only positive aspect of my stay.
The room had an extremely small window A framed window for natural light to come in - and zero options to open the heavy curtains that covered it, and layers of dust beneath the bed. The shower door did not close properly, causing water to leak across the bathroom floor whenever I showered. I requested fresh towels and maintenance assistance; replacement towels were left on a chair, while the wet towels were not collected. And maintenance said they tightened the door - but it was the same. The restaurant and terrace menus offered very little choice. There was also nowhere suitable to work with access to a power socket. I asked about a late checkout when I arrived but was told to ask again on the morning of departure. The television was extremely dated, offered limited viewing options, and had a remote control that barely worked.
Great central location, fabulous staff who made me very welcome
All was good, pricey for what you get
Location that’s all
Facilities were are broken staff didn’t care. “Sorry” and that was it. Terrible bed, tiny and rock hard. Thin pillows. Shocking customer service genially stay away.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at your hotel. My husband stays with you frequently for business, and I can certainly see why. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The food was fantastic, the accommodations were wonderful, and the laundry service with its quick turnaround was a huge plus. Every detail seemed thoughtfully managed, making my stay both comfortable and stress-free. I would also like to recognize Jossy for providing one of the best massages I have ever had. It easily ranks among my top five massages of all time and was exactly what I needed. Thank you for such an outstanding experience. I can’t wait to return.
The staff are absolutely wonderful. So attentive and business minded. We felt very welcome. The hotel is in a good location with lots of dining spots and a short walk to Tower Bridge. The bed is very comfortable. It is also a very quiet area and we slept great.
There was some mould and a bad odour from the drains in the bathroom. The buffet breakfast was disappointing and very small. It would have been nice to log into streaming services from the tv and not have to watch terrestrial television.
Beautiful building, well-appointed, with an excellent restaurant. Room wasn’t huge, but high ceilings made it feel large. Bed was comfortable. Aircon (needed as we were there in a heatwave) was good.
Layout was a bit odd in the room. Pillows were too soft. Common areas (bar, lounge) were too warm and seating wasn’t very comfortable.
Large, clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Really comfy bed. Beautiful building.
The indian breakfast was excellent.. Will be back for more
Excellent by Mukesh. Would recommended for sure.
Great location and room was lovely

Lovely property, staff were great really felt welcome and were very atentive. Thought the complamentry glass bottled of coke etc in fridge were a nice touch.
I was using the tube, so little walk to London Bridge station but flat and under 10 minuites.
I really loved my stay at The LaLiT London. The food was good, and the staff was very helpful and welcoming. The hotel’s central location was a major advantage, with the metro station conveniently close by, making it easy to get around London. The room was a little on the smaller side, but overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. On top of that, Muskan was always there to help with any questions or requests, which made the stay even better. Keep up the great work, Muskan! Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider staying here again.
Great room & service… Ishwar was fantastic!
It was a beautiful building with very chic decor. The great hall was stunning with its high ceilings, the colours of dark blue against the dark wood was stunning.
Nothing - I liked it all!
This is a very nice hotel but its not perfect and certainly not a 5 star. The staff were excellent and polite. The building and its location are superb. Whilst rooms are nice & large they lack character & luxury. Quite basic in fact. Bed very good tho. The Breakfast buffet part is not great. Cheap packaged cheese and hams etc. The cooked part is very good. Breakfast should not be closing up at 10am though , far too early and unnecessary. Theres a lack of lounge areas. Finally, be aware this is an Indian owned and Indian themed/decorated hotel. Its well done & i liked most of it ( imo the great hall is decorated all wrong) , It is definitely aimed at the Indian tourist and business travel. Plus the only real food you can get outside breakfast is Indian & unfortunately I can't eat Indian food !!
The location The bed was comfortable 🤷♂️ I’d struggle to find anything else that was likeable but if anything springs to mind, I’ll update it after I’ve completed the next section.
I’ll start by saying I’m a little unsure as to how this hotel has achieved a five star rating? But after our second stay at the hotel.(the first being exceptional.) being this poor I have felt the need to write this review. The problem started when we arrived to find our pre-booked parking space had been given to another guest, we were asked to park in one of the alcoves on the front of the hotel and assured that we would be moved at a later date, we were not. We arrived into the suite and found that the pre-arranged and pre-booked, prepaid bed was not in the room, I contacted reception and they assured me it would be rectified immediately. Someone then delivered a bed with no bedding, I contacted reception. Someone came with a quilt and a pillow but no pillowcase or sheet, this was rectified at 9:45 pm. The TV in the suite did not work upon arrival. I spoke to someone on reception on three separate occasions and at no point did anyone come to rectify the situation. It still didn’t work when we checked out. We went for breakfast and we’re ignored by three members of staff for the first five minutes, we will then seated and halfway through taking my son’s order the member of staff said excuse me and went off to take another couple’s order, returning to us four minutes later. For a five star hotel the breakfast can only be described as abysmal, the toaster looked like it was straight from a travel Lodge.(no disrespect to travel Lodge.), they only had orange juice and when I asked if there was anything else available was told no not today. When I spoke to the manager and complained about the quality of the breakfast, she ran to the kitchen and returned with exactly the same quality of breakfast that I just complained about. Upon checking out I waited for the obligatory. How was your stay? And when this wasn’t forthcoming I asked to speak to the manager. The manager listen to my complaints and assured me he would contact me later that day with some form of resolution…..
Staff couldn't do enough to help you at check in. Facilities were great and the hotel has real character.
No complaints.
- The room was very clean, and the bathroom was one of the best I have experienced in the hotel at this price. - Localisation makes it perfect - there's a station in a walking distance, so you can travel around London and beyond easily. - Staff was very helpful.
Had an amazing massage with Mukesh. Highly recommended. Will be back. Live locally and a gem to have locally.
Location
Room seemed to be close to the kitchen
Best experience ever! Staff are absolutely fantastic and so so lovely!! They even surprised me with a birthday cake on my birthday!! Made our trip so much more memorable!!
The massage with Jossy was TOP RATE! One of the best massages and her customer care was special. That’s the massage now moving down to the restaurant for our lunch was not so great. We asked for a couple of specific cocktails which considering it was a Monsanto and not at all busy took them absolutely ages to come back to us to say not possible to make!! Wasting so much time we just ordered the next best thing but asked them to bring our food as we were famished and I was getting a headache. That relaxing feeling I got from my massage soon depleted! Very disappointing waiting time considering it was our 30th Wedding anniversary. Didn’t even get a special something from them to mark the occasion. Oh well! However Jossy the masseur was best thing about the entire package Food was good especially veggies options much preferred them to the non veg.
The most unusual feature, and most welcome, was the Toto bidet, sophisticated and easy to use and since it looks exactly like a normal toilet, you could take it or leave it, but it's a really good amenity to have, and I think actually the first time I've ever seen it in a British hotel. The location was good with easy access to Borough market and a convenience store just a few steps away. This converted school has been expensively and attractively re-purposed and the spacious room was much appreciated.
I would have to identitify the bathroom lighting as the worst I've ever encountered. The general problem is the usual one: the designer doesn't have a clue that you need more than over-head light at the sink. You need light from the mirror area itself. This room wasn't just poor in that regard; it was actively bad, with over-head light so intense that it threw heavy shadows over your face. Shaving became a guessing game and that's not good. Of course there was no way you could use a hairdryer in the bathroom. That's UK law. But the nice expensive mirror that was close to an outlet was located in the hallway where the light was particularly dim. The design could hardly have been worse. Then, there the issue of the keys. Personally I always dread the moment when I arrive at the door to the room and swipe the piece of plastic. It's not unusual for it to fail. This time was worse. We couldn't even get into the corridor where our room was located. Fine. Down to the desk, someone came up and fixed it and gave us a spare piece of plastic. We were able to access the room. Our expected bathrobes were there, but no slippers. Fine, someone came up with the slippers. As we were on our way out again, we took a tissue from the box. It was the last one. As we left, we reported that and there was a fresh box when we returned. The next day we were out and then returned. This time we got into the corridor but both pieces of plastic failed on the door. Fine. Down to the desk. This time even the expert couldn't open the door. For the rest of our stay we were trusted with a key instead. One of our bathrobes had now disappeared. We went down to the desk and made our feelings politely known. This is listed as a five-star hotel. It was expensive.
Amaxzing Hotel and Setting... great location... Staff were so helpful and freindly

Great location, great attentive staff
Nothing
Great location - lovely rooms and the hotel generally has a good vibe
We had to order up hand towels each day, they only seem to leave bath towels and face cloths
Stayed here several times and never disappointed, good location at Tower Bridge and facilities to park which was important for this trip.
Beautiful building and luxurious rooms, and we just had a standard room.
Nothing
Excellent friendly staff and lovely old building with a lot of character. We stay here a few times a year, because its so close to the underground and railway stations to get into the west end and the theatres. Also lots of good restaurants here! The rooms all have bathrooms with electric toilets reminds us of Tokyo
Passable but not the best breakfast for this class of hotel. We normally go the the Watchouse at the back of Tower bridge for an excellent start to the day
Location and staff were amazing. Very good value .
Fabulous location. Beautiful decor. Great breakfast and lovely staff.
Excellent location, exceptionally clean, large room with all amenities including fridge & complimentary mini bar. Staff very courteous & helpful
Nothing
Lovely stay in an immaculate hotel, amazing value ( we didn’t have breakfast). Would definitely stay again , the shower and amenities were excellent.
• Food and beverages were of a decent standard. • Good on-site parking. • Comfortable beds. • Friendly staff.
• The Legacy 2 suite, is anything but a suite. Think large, bare room. Not worth the money. • The Legacy 2 suite is “extremely” noisy at night. Lots of noise from the outside, particularly from the pub across the road. The single-glazed dormer windows were next to useless at keeping the noise out. Awful sleep as a result. Avoid any rooms to the front of the hotel. • The hotel is significantly understaffed, with long waits for service. Very frustrating.
Loved its quirkiness
Nothing bad to say
I liked the vibe of the hotel, a former school and also the size of the rooms. The staff in the hotel was extremely accommodating and friendly and helped us secure extra nights when we had to extend our stay. The restaurant on the premises was also excellent.
There were a few very small maintenance issues, but if the hotel pays attention to them, then this hotel is perfect.
Lovely friendly staff Super clean Great location
We were over charged in the bar Food was amazing but wrong price on website
The property was convenient and the staff friendly and helpful
Access with car was difficult and complicated
We good ambience and a very supportive staff i have surely enjoyed my 5 days stay over here
Konumu, çalışanların güler yüzlülüğü, minibar ikramları odanın kullanışlılığı harikaydı.
Highly recommend The Lalit. The location is perfect for exploring London, with restaurants, pubs and sightseeing all close by. Our room was beautifully comfortable and very quiet, with excellent blackout curtains for a great night’s sleep. The service was exceptional and the food was sensational. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
We had a fantastic stay in an excellent location, just a short walk from Tower Bridge, The Shard, Borough Market and many other attractions. We stayed in a Senior Classroom, which was stylish, comfortable and spotlessly clean. It was a lovely touch to have a coffee machine and a complimentary minibar included. Although the window was quite small, it didn’t bother us at all, and the excellent glazing kept the noise of London outside, making the room peaceful. The air conditioning was also very welcome during the summer heat, making for a comfortable night’s sleep.
The only small improvement I would suggest is providing fresh milk for tea and coffee. As the room already has a fridge, it would be a much nicer touch than the small UHT cartons, which don’t quite match the otherwise five-star experience.
The Lalit is exceptionally well located for tube and train travel and the old school building is lovely. Our Senior Classroom was spacious, air conditioned and comfortable in the summer heat. Staff were helpful and polite.
The bar prices, I’ll happily pay for a well made cocktail but £10 for a Magners Cider, even for London seems excessive.
Everything was just right
Nothing
Attractive building in central location. Beautiful interior that gives the feeling of luxury.
The electronic key fob did not work for our rooms. Bar drinks were expensive.
The building was stunning and great location
We went for breakfast and despite being relatively empty we had a table full of dirty plates the whole time. We were told to help ourselves to juice then charged £6 a glass. Both had to lie down after eating an omelette and eggs Benedict. Felt poorly all day. Was told I would get an email regarding this but never came
Location and room finishes
Uncollected glassware and some rubbish in corridor
We had let the hotel know we were staying for our wedding anniversary and upon arriving in our room there was a personalised card and a beautifully indulgent chocolate cake waiting for us. It really made our stay ☺️. We dropped our luggage off 3 hours before check in and the lady on reception offered us a water, took our luggage and told us it would be ready in our room upon our return. This friendliness and helpfulness set precedence for the customer service we received during our whole stay.
Excellent stay overall, and if we could get the same rate again in the future we would rebook in a heartbeat!
Its very good location
Very clean, perfect location, lovely staffs, excellent facilities.
None
I picked The Lalit London because it was near where I needed to be but I am so pleased to have discovered it. It was elegant, comfortable & relaxing. The staff were all attentive and welcoming. . The bedroom was cool and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious....there is a choice of Full English or Indian. I chose Indian and it was lovely....mild but really flavoursome. I enjoyed my stay very much and any time I need to stay in London I will stay here. A few minutes walk from London Bridge Station so very convenient location.
Absolutely nothing!
I booked into the Lalit hotel mainly because it was near to where I needed to be...but what a find. It is elegant, comfortable and welcoming. I had a lovely stay. The staff are so helpful and thoughtful. I mentioned that my visit was part of a birthday treat from my son. On arrival, there was a birthday cake & card waiting for me in my room. Next morning I had breakfast....a great choice on the buffet table and a choice of Indian or English breakfast. I chose the Indian and it was delicious. If I need to stay in London again ( I live only 40miles outside so I usually head home) I would love to stay at The Lalit hotel. Its a short walk from London Bridge Station so a very convenient location.
This is not deserving of a five stars! I really wish I had went elsewhere. On check in no information was given about anything! Our room was small and adequate I suppose but there were stains on the furniture and upholstery/rugs. The waste bin was full of gunk. My biggest bugbear was the air con. When London is in a heatwave why not have the air con on ready for our arrival ? Our room was stifling and we had to get a fan which was so noisy . I noticed the air con was centrally set to 21 which wasn’t cool enough for us and took ages to cool the room. We finally seemed to get the room cool after a couple of days, but we went out and when we returned the cleaner had switched off the air con …. so back to square one with a red hot room. Other things to note about this hotel. There are no full length mirrors in the room. No dressing table or mirrors to get ready in the bedroom. I couldn’t do my hair as the only mirror is in the bathroom. There are no hand towels in the bathroom. We looked forward to having a drink on return to the hotel but the bar is always closed early. There is no comfortable seating area apart from a couple of unsuitable seats in reception. Just no atmosphere! A disappointing stay for the expensive price.
The exterior and the location.
Where to start? Nobody at arrival or departure to help with luggage, and you cannot enter the hotel without using maybe seven steps. At the top of the steps is a huge orchid display and about one quarter of the orchids were drooping and needed replacement - a glamorous entrance now looked uncared for and unkempt. Rude receptionist who didn’t bother to look up at me for maybe two minutes (no one else in room), a bartender who it took three times for him to understand a simple order for a vodka tonic with lime and slimline tonic (which he confirmed he had) and a double gin and tonic with slimline. What he delivered 15 minutes later (no other customers) was with two different fever free tonics that were flavoured but not diet. We were given a welcome voucher to use in the bar but it was a huge hassle because the bartender didn’t know what to do with it during happy hour - delayed getting our bill for about twenty minutes. He was all in all pretty untrained in his job duties. The room was on top floor and had dangerous hit-your-head wall angles from the gables projection on the way to one side of bed. The floor was dirty. The curtains had no pull or tie back so we had to use chairs to prop them up and get light. The bedside table on my side of the bed had controls that were unusable because the wall mount bedside table covered them halfway. The closet did not have the requisite ten hangers and the ones there were not grouped correctly and facing different directions. The shower had two tubes of shampoo that completely stripped all healthiness from my hair and no tube of conditioner to fix this. This amenity brand is a no-name clearly to save money. I have stayed in this hotel before and the service has declined incredibly. I own a luxury hotel and I know what good customer service is and what should be expected. The LaLit did not deliver this time.
Had a wonderful massage with Mukesh. He was very experienced and kind and I highly recommend him. Will definitely be back!
Our second visit to this excellent Hotel.Very clean and Comfortable with excellent staff. .Great location. After telling the Concierge we had returned for my Husbands 70th Birthday a birthday cake was in our room when we returned to the room. The food is amazing. Will certainly make a third visit to this amazing hotel.
