I loved the big comfy bed the ensuite was lovely lovely shower
Nothing
I like the location and it was comfortable
The Laide’s toilet was out of order and had to go Downstairs to use the toilet it was quite inconvenient
Clean, comfortable, good location and value for money. Great to have facilities for making breakfast.
You have full access to the kitchen, including coffee, milk, and utensils for unlimited use whenever you like. You are free to use the refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, and stove.
Unfortunately, in my room (No. 10), there was a horrible, very loud noise in the bathroom whenever I used the water—whether from the sink, the toilet, or the shower.
Friendly staff and very smart place and convenient.

Small car park and not tidy outside
Good location. Bed was really comfortable.
Cobwebs in room, dust in room, window blinds looked old and ragged, spiders in both room and lounge/diner, beds looked well worn and aged, stains on walls, floors, sugar bowl in diner/lounge was caked in dried on sugar from previous users. Bannisters were all grubby. Difficult to get a proper shower as shower head was hanging off.
Fridges were clean in kitchen/lounge area, mattress was comfy in room. Good size room.
Cobwebs in room in most corners and down wall, beds looked tatty, headboard banged against wall everything you moved or sat on bed, dark stains on carpet, no handle to open/close window - it had a piece of string to use. Shower doors wouldn't close properly, mould in bathroom and above bed and in window, grubby blinds that were difficult to open or close, blood/other stains on walls/doorways, old bottle of sauce left in window.
Away from the city but noisy road
Room was way too small compared to other rooms previously. The sink area was disgusting where looked like mould and leak and not repaired shower the same. Carpets need replacing very disappointing!
Good parking and location
Not quite as advertised. More hostel than hotel
Nice clean and quite
The location is superb with good bus service, customer friendly staff and facilities.
Maybe a change in the kettle for boiling water will be recommended.
Nothing positive For one night the location was fine, but overall there wasn’t anything I particularly liked about the property.
The room was very old and definitely not worth the money paid. For the same price you can stay at Travelodge or other hotels that include breakfast. The sink was inside the bedroom instead of the bathroom, and there was no proper soap—only an old used solid bar. There was no toilet paper, and the smell of damp and mould was very strong. The walls were old and covered in cobwebs. Everything felt neglected and poorly maintained
Good value for money, good beds
Would be nice to have kettle in room, not just in communal area. Bathroom rather small, but nice to have enough suite
Was clean n easy to find really good value for money have stayed in others that tripple the no where near as clean now tidy never saw any staff got keys from. A key safe n posted in a key box wh3m life but had WiFi smart TV and beds all clean n comfy could help self to tea coffee sugar milk etc from a kitchen what had all things could use air fryer microwave fridge freezer cooker n lots more will deffo go recommend and will be staying again 😊
Nothing
room was spacious and clean, lots of facilities and use of kitchen. highly competitive prices
nothing to dislike!
Friendly staff,clean rooms, shared kitchen
Very quiet had good nights sleep beds were very comfortable
Shower didn't have much pressure in so struggled showering
Great cheap stopover Ok room comfy bed Lots of hot water Got everything you need in kitchen Parking right outside door
Was fine
Owners and stuff nice and friendly, clean and tidy
Just so close to the road.
Jó parkolási lehetőség,jó elhelyezkedés,tágas tér a szobában, kényelmes ágy,tárolóhelyek, tiszta környezet,a konyha felszereltsége,korrekt ár,jó wifi -vétel.
Felt safe and good value for money
Location for Costello stadium was perfect. Although it was shared toilet, handy having shower in room. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen very clean.
Toilet upstairs didn't seem to work well. Get into the car park at the back was a tight affair.
Before arriving I received a text message with instructions where to find my keys & how to get in. I was surprised to see a shower in my room as the booking stated shared facilities so that was good considering my room was situated in the communal part of a shared kitchen & dining area. Room was clean & tidy with fresh towels & bedding. There's a stain on the carpet but easily overlooked as was the odd cobweb around the windows because overall the place was clean & tidy. I've lived in a shared accommodation before & this was more comfy & I felt at home. A friend & his family were also staying here & it was great to find that we were all close together as we had tea together & watched the TV. Myself & my friend were playing in an icehockey tournament that weekend so the location wasn't too far from the rink & easily accessible. There's plenty of equipment & storage space including several fridges & fridgefreezer so if you were self catering then it had all you needed. The parking space at the back was good as I felt safe plus being on the ground floor I could see it from my window. The outside area is used well too with tables & chairs including several clothes hangers & a washing line, The hangers came in handy for our kit to be aired out 😅. On the morning of my departure I met staff who were cleaning & they were very pleasant.
If I had to put anything then it's just the cobwebs in the window which a quick wipe over with a duster or cloth soon got rid, The stain on the carpet obviously someone else's fault not the hotels. In my room the blinds had been broken as the beeds for turning were in the draw so I did them individually by hand. Bonus of having the blackout curtains though. The shared toilets on ground floor were kept clean but obviously had guests that didn't clean up after themselves including flushing! Twice I cleaned & flushed the toilet first before using it. They're well situated however.
Decent
.
absolutely incredible the host was soo lovely really kind did such a good job of accommodating to my needs such a lovely comforting room aswell with all the amenities working perfectly and a free soap bar, such a good place would definitely come again
nothing ng
small table better.
Friendly staff very clean good location
Very accessible
No heating, it was only 11° the room was cold and the radiators were not on. We had to get extra blankets from the car to stay warm in bed
Bathroom was a good size and room was comfortable
I couldn’t work the radiator but it didn’t matter because it was a warm week outside.
The communal kitchen and dining area. Comfortable bed
Good price with good parking and clean shared facilities
The real letdown of this place was the room. Upon walking in you are met with the smell of damp, there was a pretty large leak from the bathroom above that left an unsightly stain. The beds were fine, not comfortable but good enough. Due to the smell of damp I was not able to get a good enough sleep
Was close to family made things a lot easier for my self
Everything was good
The central customer service is diabolical. Do not bother calling them. Number is 01482 500587. Paul is very kind, affable and helpful. The hotel is extremely clean and quiet. The bed is the most comfortable Ive known. Lovely colours with towels and throw. Netflix on tv. Good kitchen facilities. I made a cock up trying to open the wrong side of door, but Paul very patient and helpful. There are shops a few doors down and 10 min walk down Askew Ave to Gypsyville shops. Not far from the wide diverse shops on Hessle Rd. I have booked again for work placement. Excellent find.
Ideal location, very clean, and with free parking. Friendly, helpful host, and very spacious. Use of communial kitchen ☺️
CAN'T FAULT ANYTHING!
I felt very homely here. Great location, amazing price
Host is friendly, parking is good and the room is comfortable
Bed mattress was very springy
Great for business stop over.

I liked everything about it
I liked the location of the hotel. It felt like home. It was clean and the staff were friendly
I don't think I disliked anything
Great location
Nothing. All good
Friendly small hotel in a good location, rooms and facilities area clean, if your looking for a good value for money hotel I can definitely recommend
Clean and tidy, location, owner Paula helpful and friendly
Did'nt like anything.
Room was very small. Did' nt have toilet or wsshing facilities in room.. The room was cold..
2nd time we’ve stayed here. Does what it says on the tin! Ie clean, safe and generally ok
This time we had a room off the living/kitchen area so noisy when others got up and ‘held court’ with loud voices!!
Great location for our visit to the rugby match
Nothing
beds very comfortable and clean. shared facilities but clean and pleasant to use. Great to be able to make breakfast in shares large kitchen. Friendly other guests, we shared the washing up! Would definetely stay again. a big park nearby but sadly we did not have time to have a walk there. Being near a busy roundabout could have been a turn off but good double glazing and private parking around the back made up for that.
The host was very good and made me welcome
It was a good stay no dislikes
Paul was very helpful and friendly when we checked in , he showed us the kitchen facilities which were fantastic as you could make your own meals and use fridges , also free tea and coffee. It was bright and clean in kitchen and corridors . Are room was a good size with a king size bed and clean on suite. Plenty of off road parking aswell.
Maybe a full length mirror in the room would be good for us ladies and the quilt cover was a little bit bobbly
Nothing
The room amenities are inadequate and the toilets and showers are shared, which is inexcusable in this day and age.
The bathroom in the bedroom
The staff
Shop around for prices…place is fine with very good kitchen & staff
I was made very welcome and lovely clean place 😊
Room was nice and spacious and very clean
Very quite, beautiful and comfortable place. I will definitely book again if I am in the area
